My husband and I came here for our 20th wedding anniversary and loved it. We were upgraded to a deluxe lake view room and had a nice greeting card and treat waiting for us. Everyone was very friendly, courteous and accommodating. The amenities and service was great-will definitely comeback and the lake view was spectacular!!

We loved that the resort had all amenities within walking distance. Staff at the golf shop were very helpful. Melinda was extremely nice and we enjoyed talking to her at Pallino's the first night.

The resort is quite secluded and there aren’t many food options so we ended up driving into Vernon (about a 20 min drive) quite a few times. We spent the afternoon at Predator Ridge and it was a beautiful experience from start to end. The golf course is stunning and its staff is there to meet all your needs! It was a rather old building, with visible signs of wear on the walls, ceiling, stairs, and more. The noise coming through the window came both from the busy main road outside and from people stepping out for a smoke.

Upon arrival at this hotel there was absolutely ZERO parking. The lot was full along with the Denny’s lot as well. We advised the agent at the front desk which he told us to “park in the sand” which we ended up doing. The hotel is in a good location! The service is also good. The hotel breakfast is very good. There is also free coffee for customers. In addition, attention needs to be paid to changing towels, etc., it is too old. Overall very good. Very quiet too!

The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great, small but lots of hot and cold selections. Unfortunately would gave been a 5 but they did not have a crib.

My stay at the hotel was very much alright. It was good for the price, but it wasn't good, and it wasn't that bad either. The rooms were very spacious, with a full kitchen, living room, and separate sleeping quarters, but there were a lot of garbage that we found in some "hidden" spaces. Carpet looked dirty too. The comfortable beds and the atmosphere of the inner courtyard made to feel like a tropical location. Dogs are allowed in rooms and there was a nice park nearby to take dogs for a walk. Very convenient for downtown and getting to Silver Star.

Not only is the hotel beautiful filled with tropical plants and comfortable beds, the guest service was definitely amazing! I forgot my pillow at the hotel, and they search for it and held it in for me for 2 weeks, until I had successfully retrieved the pillow! They truly make sure we have a great experience!

Unique hotel with a nice indoor pool, hot tub and a large atrium. The lobby is wonderfully renovated but room looks very old. We booked for 4, but there were only 2 sets of towels. The sink was clogged and didn't drain water at all. The water pressure in the shower is also very weak. I think the bathroom needs to be renovated.

The suites are fantastic for families. We found it worked best to have the kids in the loft, leaving us the living space in the evenings. It was so nice to have a full kitchen to work with and do moast of our meals 'at home' during our vacation. The pool is great and easily accessible for the kids. I booked it last minute and the place was beautiful. It was very clean, quiet, and the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When you walk into the courtyard from the top pathway or the lower rooms, you can't even hear the noise from the pool area, so that's nice. I will definitely return in the future.

We stayed here for a family wedding, the staff were phenomenal, they were helpful and the accommodation was exactly what we needed, a place to root ourselves, have a chance to unwind in the pool/hot tub, close to shops/mall and restaurants, and close to the wedding activities etc which were at the 50th Parallel Winery not far away.

Beds are so comfy! Service and staff are amazing. Breakfast is awesome. They keep the food coming and fresh right to the end of breakfast service. Pool is good. Wish it had pool floats and stuff tho. Great stay tho. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.

2nd time staying in this hotel. Dog friendly, breakfast included. The room is new and clean. There are EV chargers in the same parking lot shared with Best Western but not sure if Holiday Inn guests can use it.

My only complaint is the excessive noise created by the heating/cooling system. There is no option to turn the circulating fan off so it's just loud 24/7. Very nice resort community. 2 heated pools made the September temperatures feel like mid August. Tennis courts we used quite a bit. Beds very comfortable and condo was fully equipped with all we needed. Definitely enjoyed our week here and recommend.

Fantastic views! A great place to take kids and good for all ages. With lots of pools, a couple beaches, and so much more to do, boredom is not an issue. The parking can get a little hairy, but it’s not so big that walking is ever really an issue. A safe, relaxing environment where everyone is always in a pretty good mood!

The spray park here is awesome: perfect place for a picnic with the kids on a hot day. It's open June (weekends only)and July and August (open every day). Hours are 10am-7pm.

Loved the warm friendly greeting. Owner was excellent at making you feel welcome. The suite had lots of cute vintage decor and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything you needed. Owner made my granddaughters visit extra special with a cute pumpkin bucket with treats.

I've stayed here since in I was a child back in the 80s. One of the best places for a getaway...I remember playing volleyball in the pool, using the slide that was beside the river, diving in th water. I'm miss the dolphins in the pool..

We spent almost 2 weeks here and it was great. We didn't have any issues with our room. We had a 1 br with kitchenette. It was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed. The internet was the fastest I've seen in a motel. When we first walked in there was no door mat and just laminate floors so we had to use a small towel. The place looked nice but the floors were still wet from cleaning and the smell of cleaning product was so strong for 8 hours. We had to open the door for about 30 min to help with the smell. Decent price in winter. Comfy bed and no noise issues. Lost a star because the breakfast was pretty lame (toast, cereal yoghurt, some over ripe bananas and a non working waffle maker); the room had a really strong incense smell when we arrived (I guess from cleaning?); and the toilet roll holder was not within reaching distance of the toilet.
