We loved that the resort had all amenities within walking distance. Staff at the golf shop were very helpful. Melinda was extremely nice and we enjoyed talking to her at Pallino's the first night.

Absolutely a gorgeous golf course to enjoy and soak up the sun. If you are in Vernon and Kelowna you must visit this amazing place. Pictures and videos does not make justice as it is breathtaking place. #chicosreviews

The resort is quite secluded and there aren’t many food options so we ended up driving into Vernon (about a 20 min drive) quite a few times. Our cottage had a beautiful view of the golf course and it was large and spacious. The downfall is there was no housekeeping and you are not supplied with any cleaning materials to do it yourself. Our rooms weren’t very clean and there was hair on our bathroom...

All staff was welcoming and friendly. Accommodated our pup, a Shiba named Goose. (Didn't have any biscuits, so Goose only gave the lodge four stars)

We spent the afternoon at Predator Ridge and it was a beautiful experience from start to end. The golf course is stunning and its staff is there to meet all your needs! The view from the patio is the perfect place to end your day! Thank you for such a memorable experience! We will definitely be seeing you again soon.

Great resort. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, located 15 minutes outside Vernon, British Columbia. Nice food at our function. Adequate parking throughout the grounds. Amazing views.

My stay at the hotel was very much alright. It was good for the price, but it wasn't good, and it wasn't that bad either. The rooms were very spacious, with a full kitchen, living room, and separate sleeping quarters, but there were a lot of garbage that we found in some "hidden" spaces. Carpet looked dirty too. There was also a big hole in the wall which was pretty uncomfortable, and it really showed...

One night, in and out. Hot tub was empty of water. Nothing around it you prevent little ones from falling in the big hole. Room much smaller than picture. But, where else are you going to stay??? Carlos O'Briens across great street was handy

Yes, the place seems outdated. But who needs new if it's not as clean as this hotel. There's housekeeping everyday. They will change your towels and fixed your bed everyday. Yes, new towels everyday. The staffs and housekeepers are all so nice. Will recommend this hotel.

Check in staff very good, friendly, and helpful. Room was clean and well laid out. One issue, not only this hotel, not enough plug-ins for all of my devices. Location is easily found, parking is good. Check-out was similarly good. Noisy location beside main road is a down side.

Always stay here whenever we go to Vernon. Very friendly, clean and comfortable. Free breakfast is just a bonus.

Cheap and cheerful is how I'd describe the Sandman on Vernon. Great rate and a handy location, but we have noticed the property is a bit shabby and in need of some TLC in some areas. That said, we wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Us and our dog were warmly welcomed by both Toni and Chaitali.

Friendly welcome from the hotel team, room spotless and good size. Location is central, but views not inspiring. Pool was excellent and a decent size, gym ok. Free parking and plenty of spots. Denny's breakfast was good (as ever). Although they had no lift, two staff members offered to help bring things to our room.

The front desk agent Justine was efficient and kind. She was also helpful in making nearby recommendations. This hotel was a short walk to Kal Tire place where we attended an evening concert. Very close to the hotel is a friendly pub that was fun and busy after the concert. We were given a 10% coupon to use for Denny's breakfast but we did not use it. The addition of a hot tub would be ideal

Everything was great during my stay. The only thing needing improvement is the room key system. I had to have the key recoded several times and even needed the front desk clerk to let me in my room when we could not make the door key work. Time for a new upgraded room key system!

Nice hotel and value. I had a lovely stay; the beds were comfy, and I had a great night sleep, and I was able to enjoy the pool in the evenings—a great location for those wanting to ski at silver star too. My only recommendation is for larger bath towels and for more to be available in the room. I would return and recommend

The location is good at the center of town. It has a great common area and also has a nice indoor pool. Some parts of the room where badly designed though with lightswiches in terrible places. Overall very nice and comfortable.

The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great, small but lots of hot and cold selections. Unfortunately would gave been a 5 but they did not have a crib.

Booked on short notice for a low rate relative to other options in the area ($150 per night during summer.) Great hotel that located in the downtown core led by outstanding hospitality at its best. The front desk staff were very accommodating and so friendly. As well, the room was very comfortable, clean and updated. Complimentary breakfast in the hotel was enough and enjoyable with some hot foods and Wifi signal was strong and stable. It could get a little noisy through the walls in the evening from the social time around the pool, but that seemed to be the only downfall. Loved the warm friendly greeting. Owner was excellent at making you feel welcome. The suite had lots of cute vintage decor and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything you needed. Owner made my granddaughters visit extra special with a cute pumpkin bucket with treats.

My wife and I booked for one night but stayed for two! This historic house changed hands 18 months ago but the new hosts continue to provide old world charm mixed with gourmet breakfasts and friendship. We would not hesitate to book again so that we can try the third room!

As a spur-of-the-moment decision my wife and I called in and checked in a few inutes later. Previous reviews mentioned a cheap motel with ongoing minor repairs that readily accepts pets. Our experience was exactly the same. Very friendly staff, actually superior to many other accommodations

I've been using this place while in town for 4 or 5 years now and as a result I've become friends with the management. I can say I was treated just as much as a friend when I first started staying here as I am now, it's not too often you find a place or management like that. I uphold and updated this again Mar 8/23

This quaint, little motel could be SO MUCH MORE with a bit of effort & upkeep. Rooms are spacious and the brick & concrete walls offer private and QUIET atmosphere even close to a busy intersection. Staff is friendly, but likely overwhelmed or stressed with work as cleanliness and sanitization was a complete oversight in every direction. Surfaces were left sticky or dusty, and garbage from dirty guests...

This is a budget Motel and that's what you get. The floor underneath the TV cabinet hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The shower wall did not meet the ceiling (large gap) and the beds are very firm. The pool is nice for the kids.

If you are looking for a 5* hotel this isn't it but I personally love this spot. The location is great. Service is good. Rooms are clean. Price is fantastic. Have stayed here a few times. It has had some slight improvements over the years. The pool could probably use a good clean though. But wasn't horrible and still was nice. Will definitely continue to stay here when I'm in town.

We recieved fantastic service! We viewed the rooms ahead of time and were able to find something that accommodated our needs and price. Were even given a deal and a place to smoke. Will come back for sure.

Great base for a ski trip. Ski in/out. Good size rooms, comfortable beds. Nice vibe, right in the centre of the village.

Excellent stay - incredible hospitality, quiet location, and the breakfasts were amazing. I really appreciated Clare taking dietary considerations in mind. Loved that the suites are pet-friendly so we could bring our puppy along. Great value and great hosts, we’ll be back again!

We spent 2 nights at A Touch of English on the way back to Vancouver. The property sits high up away from the centre of Kelowna and has a nice pool and wonderful views. The house is lovely and the room we stayed in was very comfortable. Clare and Kelly made us feel very welcome from the outset and the breakfasts were very good. My wife and I stayed with Clare and Kelly a couple of weeks ago. We had a fabulous time. The accomodations are beautiful, and they are the best hosts! Kelowna is a beautiful town and the B & B is in a great spot. We'd highly recommend it, and look forward to possibly visiting again in the future!
