Four Seasons Resort Whistler

I just got back home from my honeymoon in Whistler. We stayed at the Four Seasons and could not have chosen a better place to spend such a memorable time. The building was gorgeous. The staff and service were top notch. The food was great. And they go above and beyond when it comes to creating an experience with the inclusion of live music and daily events for everyone to enjoy. Plus it has the best pool in Whistler!
A couple side notes… the service was a touch slow so I can understand some of the complaints in other reviews. But it didn’t bother us enough to give this hotel less than 5 stars. There are also some extra little fees like daily valet parking (which I assumed was complimentary) but when there is limited space, I totally understand that you have to charge for the use of that space.
Overall, very very happy with our vacation!

Nice rooms, comfy beds, friendly service. The ski concierge is a great amenity. When it was really cold was a bit painful to have to wait for a bus to get back. Overall, very nice and recommended depending on the price you get (definitely not worth the over $1000 they seem to charge at times, but good value at lower prices).

This is more than a 5-star hotel, but I removed one star because of the poor water pressure in the shower. Unacceptable for a four seasons property.

The service was exceptional, and even when there were some minor issues, the staff quickly and professionally handled the matter.

The Ski Concierge is just amazing. It made the whole ski experience with kids so much fun. Having hot chocolate and cookies after a day of skiing was a great way to finish the day.

Then head to the outdoor fireplace for roasting marshmallows and more hot chocolate for the kids while free wine tasting for the adults inside.

The Suites are a great size for a family. Separate bedroom for adults and kids sleep on the pull-out sofa. 2 Bathrooms make getting ready in the morning much more manageable.

The front door guys were terrific and extremely helpful with any requests and assistance.

The only other downside was the extreme ramp in pricing for the Christmas week. We would have stayed longer here instead of moving to a different hotel.

This is the premier property at Whistler. A must-stay place for families.

I've traveled quite a bit in my life and I'm fairly certain that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've had. The room was big enough with a walk in washroom area and walk in closet. Up to date amenities, you name it.

Now most hotels might have that but what really made this four season stick out was the above and beyond service they provided. I was there for work so I would try and get a work out in the morning before my sessions started. This usually meant I would rush out of the room to my sessions. Coming back to my room to see it made up and my clothes folded nicely just blew my mind. They even had a nice towel bed for my toiletries. It was so mind blowing I had to take photos

We were there in the off season so I can imagine my room costing a lot more in peak season but I will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone who asks about going to whistler

Fantastic place. Kids loved it. Room was spacious, we got the celebration package. Rooms were clean. My only feedback is that the hotel staff came in for cleaning a bit later than we expected. We have kids so we left first thing in the morning and came back at 1:30 and our food and stuff was still there and room was not clean. They came by around 2pm but we were dining and putting our toddler for her nap so we couldn’t get cleaning. So we didn’t end up leaving for a long time until 4pm and the cleaning was supposed to be done for the day. Surprisingly when we left they actually came and took our garbage and replaced towels even though I thought they were done for the day. I think next time we will let the hotel know we have left the room in the morning so they can come clean then. Just with two toddlers we have some more time in the room getting sorted.

The food was good, but it seemed to take a long time to prepare even simple dishes.

The hotel lobby was nicely designed and fixtures were new. Facilities looked well taken care of, I would stay here again.

I came here to ski and it was a great experience! the rooms were nice and comfy and a cool sofa bed. This place is a go to for whistler. The view is amazing especially in winter.

It is extremely homey at the four seasons Whistler with great decor and the staff are amazing. The bathrooms are super spacious! I love the live music that they have here during the winter months. Most importantly their free hot chocolate with marshmallow or smores in the courtyard is the icing on the cake.
