the facilities and the hot tub and pool staying open till 11pm which is very good and lovely spacious balconys
My first time at Legends and I'm in love. It's quiet, close to the mountain and the staff are great. I'll definitely be back. My one bedroom suite is better than my apartment back in TO!
We had a great suite for a very reasonable price at the start of the season. Everything was very clean and functional, the equipment storage was convenient. Great location in creekside. I would definitely recommend
Always a great place to stay over in Creekside. Full kitchen so you can take advantage of making some meals and save money that way. Large cozy rooms. The bathrooms all have heated floors perfect for the winters. The sofa bed isn't that comfortable but the others are pretty decent. A great fireplace in the room too.
Rooms- Clean. Spacious. All Mod cons. Great grocery store. Beautiful scenery. Fun walking trails. Nice pool. Great restaurant. 7 min drive to Whistler villages.
Lodging Ovations is the rental management company for First Tracks Lodge, Legends, and Evolution. Lodging Ovations are an extremely well run company and they are in control of these three buildings. Probably one of the best rental management companies in Whistler...in my opinion.

My favourite hotel in Whistler! - This resort is magic. From the moment you arrive, the hotel and the team are warm and inviting. The guest rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and sure to impress! The views are gorgeous and the food was excellent. Thank you for having us! looking forward to our next visit.
Amazing location, right on a small lake. Hotel has canoes, kayaks, & paddle boards to reserve (for free). The rooms are BEAUTIFUL! Spa on-site which was lovely! The staff were wonderful as well. Bike trail right off the back of the lodge. Just spectacular. And free shuttle service to Whistler Village (about a 5-10 minute drive). Would love to stay here again.
My family and I had such a great stay at Nita Lodge. We celebrated 3 birthdays and the staff acknowledged them all! The room AND bathroom were excellent. Paddleboarding on the lake was awesome. The small pool was excellent for the kids. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. There was a diner that was walking distance which was delicious as well. They have a shuttle that drives into Whistler village...
I’ll start my review by saying that this place is amazing! I’ll break down each point as I feel like certain things need to be improved. Check-in was a breeze, no issues there. Lobby well decorated with comfy seating, however as someone who is visually impaired, the lighting definitely needs to be improved. It is very dimly lit, and while there are lots of lights, certain areas of the main corridor...
Great location, very nice hotel, friendly staff that were always more than happy to help with anything.
This was such a beautiful cozy hotel! It was my first time in Whistler and I felt like I was in a winter wonderland. The property itself is centrally located and is beautiful with many dining options inside. Our room was spacious and very nice. Beautiful electrical fireplace and luxury bathroom with a soaking tub plus a perfect little patio to enjoy the view

A fabulous hotel. Very large rooms. Spacious bathrooms. The staff were very helpful and we made good use of the complimentary hotel car to get to and from whistler. The pool is lovely and warm. The free treats are nice and welcome. Room service was very good standard. We didn’t eat at the restaurant. Reception staff very helpful.
Nice rooms, comfy beds, friendly service. The ski concierge is a great amenity. When it was really cold was a bit painful to have to wait for a bus to get back. Overall, very nice and recommended depending on the price you get (definitely not worth the over $1000 they seem to charge at times, but good value at lower prices).
This is more than a 5-star hotel, but I removed one star because of the poor water pressure in the shower. Unacceptable for a four seasons property. The service was exceptional, and even when there were some minor issues, the staff quickly and professionally handled the matter. The Ski Concierge is just amazing. It made the whole ski experience with kids so much fun. Having hot chocolate and cookies...
I've traveled quite a bit in my life and I'm fairly certain that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've had. The room was big enough with a walk in washroom area and walk in closet. Up to date amenities, you name it. Now most hotels might have that but what really made this four season stick out was the above and beyond service...
Fantastic place. Kids loved it. Room was spacious, we got the celebration package. Rooms were clean. My only feedback is that the hotel staff came in for cleaning a bit later than we expected. We have kids so we left first thing in the morning and came back at 1:30 and our food and stuff was still there and room was not clean. They came by around 2pm but we were dining and putting our toddler for her...
I just got back home from my honeymoon in Whistler. We stayed at the Four Seasons and could not have chosen a better place to spend such a memorable time. The building was gorgeous. The staff and service were top notch. The food was great. And they go above and beyond when it comes to creating an experience with the inclusion of live music and daily events for everyone to enjoy. Plus it has the best...

Stayed 3 nights recently at the Aava with my wife. Location is excellent, right across the street from access to Whistler Square in Whistler village. We were upgraded to a Superior King room when we booked and it was a nice room. Lots of space on the 3rd floor with vaulted ceilings. The bathroom was a bit small but everything else was fine. The property has been renovated but some areas were still...
A perfect hotel in a prime location near the Whistler village. The rooms are great, given the cheap price tag. Rooms are clean and well organized and spacious. The TV is a bit small and occasionally malfunctions, but it isn't a major problem. Additionally, the Soundflow alarm clock is an innovative addition to the aesthetic of the room as it allows a better flow of audio. The staff here are friendly...
We really enjoyed our stay at Aava. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself was nice and the rooms were comfortable. The pool area and hit tub is a great place to relax. The location is walking distance to everything as well which was perfect. I wish I could remember the name of the front desk employee who helped on us multiple occasions. She was super friendly and always...
Nice relaxed hotel in a great location. Could use a spruce up and a lot more attention to detail. The pool, hot tub and lobby are really nice spaces. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning is sub par. Elevators were very dirty and don't appear to be vacuumed often (if ever). There is an odd lack of wall hangings in this hotel. Literally don't remember seeing one piece of art in the whole...
Good hotel in a very good location. The rooms are big. The equipment is not luxurious but practical. Everything was clean and the rooms were made tidy. There are two negative points. For one thing, the air conditioning is extremely noisy. We had to turn them off while we were in the room. Secondly, the rooms are poorly soundproofed. For us, earplugs were mandatory even with the air conditioning...
there was a lovely lady who greeted us when we arrived early and she could not do enough to help us. The next day there was no problem leaving luggage while we walked the village. cimfortable bed & great location.

Beautifully kept lodge, loved having all the amenities of home available. We stayed during off season but there is a lift right outside the door! It was fairly quiet which was nice.
This place is beautiful. Located in the creekside village which is great as its quiter then the village. Its also sky in and sky out. Full suites so you can cook meals in or eat out a few resturants close by or a short drive into the village. I would recommend this place to everyone.
First Class Resort! Right in Whistler Creekside at the base of the Gondola. Its nice that you can quickly go back to your room to go to the bathroom and eat a snack in between runs. Its great to be close to the Village which is only a 5 minute drive yet you're far enough to enjoy quiet time! I love that they have board games you can borrow from the lobby. The pool and hot tub is great! Nice to...
Probably one of the best designed and built condos. Steps from the lift. This is a 5 star holiday place to stay.

Overall: The location is phenomenal!! The room I stayed in was clean, bright, and extremely comfortable. Amazing view of the mountains. Hotel staff was friendly. But I do not think I would return to this hotel due to lack of privacy – as a tip to management, you should not place guests in rooms directly adjacent to active maintenance. And if you have to place guests in these rooms, then maybe offer...
Handy location, close to gondola and a few restaurants. Parking is handy too. Very friendly staff. Comfy bed, spacious condo. We really had a good time.
The location was great. Skiing was made easy with the gondola a short distance away. They had ski valet which is nice. The room 404 however is mediocre at best. The chairs have old stains, my shower towel had hair in it, the shower grout had a lot of mold, and the other shower's shower curtain had pink stinky mold all over the bottom. They get enough money to at least switch out/wash the shower...
The location of the hotel was absolute the best! Probably the closest hotel/accomodation to the Whistler gondola, merely steps away. The room had a beautiful view of all the runs, the gondola which was awesome to watch all the activity. The room was spacious and offered more amenities than expected. We never did use the pool or hot tub. The underground parking is pay parking, but for hotel...
We stayed two nights here as a family of four, with a 5 year old and an 8 month old. Overall a great stay with a few opportunities. Pros: - Location, location, location. Being in the upper village was awesome for us with the kids. All the kids activities and the farmers market right downstairs, several places to grab food within a 5 minute walk, and the main village only a 10 minute walk away. The...
This was a very convenient place to stay. I did mark it down one star because we had a few issues come up. 1. The pay station for the underground parking was broken. We wasted more than an hour trying to figure out how to pay so we wouldn't get towed. 2. One of the benefits of this hotel is free storage if your skis/ snowboard at Spicy Sports. The hotel does not allow you to bring these items in your...

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this lodge! The tranquility and comfort made it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway.
The Carleton Lodge has prime location right across the primary gondola. Perfect for a short commute, especially if you're in your boots already :)
The lodge was great and very accommodating. They also had great amenities and nearby attractions. The overall visit was fantastic!
We didn’t stay here, but used the rental and ski school services offered here. The gentleman was very helpful in fitting my wife with a great pair of boots and skis. My wife also purchased a ski school session here which was a really great experience. Everyone that worked here was very friendly and helpful. A busy atmosphere, but not overwhelming. There was also a gift/supply shop, and a cafe with...
I was just passing by and decided to take a look inside to see what they had for snow gear, the options they had were quite nice but I was quickly turned off from the sight of people and massive amounts of puddles heading downstairs to the common area. As a visitor not in snow or water resistant gear, the brown and dirty puddles along the walk way and stair way was really a turn off. In addition, I...

The garage is not tall enough for your standard minivan with a roof carrier. The room needed maintenance, our bathroom fan was broken. Otherwise it was acceptable for a short Blackcomb ski vacation.
The girl at the front desk was helpful. The rooms are nice but a bit dated. It's quiet which is nice. It's hard to find a quiet place around here. Close to pretty much everything. We never have to use the car when we are here.

Nice pool area with small pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Pool towels available free of charge. Parking available at $20 (April 2023) Good size rooms with kitchen so perfect for staying with friends and cooking meals to save on eating out. Really close to the village, short walk up the hill. The hotel have a shuttle service (not that we used it) during ski season to take people up to the village with their...
Nice, decent space. Easy to hang out in the living room /dining area with a big enough table for 5 adults and two sofas. The shuttle service is nice to save a few minutes of difficult walking up the hill to the village in ski boots. Dog friendly is great, and hot tub /pool is available until 930pm. There's only one small elevator in the whole building, but using the stairs was easy staying on the ...
What a beautiful Hotel! Everything is brand new , clean and comfortable! There are Pool, Gym, and Shop… all the things you need! The buffet breakfast is included and was great and freshly made and prepared! The most amazing part of this hotel is there is a surprisingly spacious and fancy restaurant inside the hotel
Amazing facilities. the staff were very welcoming. Lovely breakfast.Hotel is very close to the mall and other facilities. 10/10 exceptional . Thank you

They aren't giving anything away here but the staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are well-appointed. Ours had a complete kitchen complete with dishwasher and laundry.
Very nice stay at the town plaza! The condo was clean and quite big. My major disappointment was that the hot tub was in another building that our condo... So not very inviting to go. Also, although the staff was nice they weren't very keen to go the extra mile for you (i.e we had a very dirty ski locker and we had to insist they clean it ...) but other wise I would recommend this place!
It was a bit bard to find the check-in area but once we found it everything was very smooth. A very friendly and polite staff member at the front desk got us checked in very quickly and explained the rules regarding parking. The room itself was very large and had everything you would need for a long stay. We are already trying to plan a winter trip with a stay here if it's possible. Very reasonable...
Noisy fan in the room and abysmal shower pressure in our sweet. The secret tunnel more than made up for it though. The kids loved it!

Great lodges and ski on/off to blackcomb mountain. Modern updated interior and decent outdoor hot tub for shared use
The very best of ski in ski out. Beautiful building, beautiful location, beautiful rooms, beautiful views, beautiful skiing!!
Nice ski in ski out on Blackcomb. Great big hot tub. Spacious rooms but our place had a slightly dated feel to the decor. Serve the purpose of enjoying a centrally located home for your time on the slopes and the village.
Easy walking access to the Olympic Village, nice rooms with beautiful views, a nice large hot tub available, and wonderful hiking, biking, and skiing available in the area.
Great rooms with ideal ski in ski out location near the upper village. Hot tub is great for those after session aches and pains.

It was a condo suite good for a family or someone staying longer term, but it was just my son and I staying three days, so it wasn't ideal for us. We'd have preferred a hotel with breakfast included and the amenities of a hotel—like 24 hour front desk!—but nothing else was even remotely affordable. Whistler is expensive, especially at holiday time!!! But the room and premises were clean, attractive...
Just. Wow. The chicken nuggets are off the hook at this place. Babes everywhere, full service bar counter, cozy vibes and door to door transit. What's not to like?!
Overall we had a good stay. We stayed in #425 and found that the room was large enough for a famil. One king and one double were both spacious and the two bathrooms were useful. the sofa bed was also usable, although as a sofa bed, its not as comfy as the others. Check in time was at 4, and the front desk closes at 5, so if you don't arrive between these times, you have to review your email with...
Clean and friendly service. Rooms were a little dated and parking spots are too small. UNFORTUNATELY, a majority of people drive big SUV type vehicles which would end up parked over their line.

We stayed in a one bedroom with den. Ample space for 6 adults, two bathrooms, a balcony, and fully stocked kitchen. Rooms need updating!
We stayed here for 1 week during our visit to Whistler Blackcomb resort. Overall it was a cheap place to stay but unfortunately we had multiple issues with our stay. First off the room that we stayed in was much smaller than the pictures make it look. So be clear how much space you need. A room that says it sleeps 4 should be carefully considered due to limited space with 4 people in it. We also had...

Good location and good floor plans. However, property is shown significant signs of aging. I'm not sure owners are up to do lift up
Really nice place. Had a full kitchen AND our own hot tub. Fairly cheap for a group of people too. Would definitely recommend!
Place is fine but check in and out is located in creek side. Not a hotel but a time share apartment complex. The fire place is useless, it is pretty cold and noisy at night Coz of the drunk people in the street just below.

[EDIT: We've stayed with different host in the same complex. Our review is for that specific unit. Overall, this is an amazing place to stay when you're in the Creekside area!] Our unit requires some maintenance. Like other reviews said, there's no A/C. We were lucky we didn't come when the temps were high. Our unit was right by the pool, and it can get a little loud during the day. But that's expected...
