The staff onsite are so helpful, accomodating, so nice and friendly!
The villa was amazing, and has everything you need, and then some. The beds are comfortable, all equipment is new and works perfectly. Washing machine, dish washer, coffee pod machine, in addition to all the kitchen amenities, big screen smart tv.
The patio on the ground floor was amazing for beach front family breakfasts, and the balcony on the roof has spectacular views.
The grounds are kept to the highest standards, beautiful and clean.
But on top of these beautiful, modern apartments, is undoubtably the impeccable service provided by the staff onsite. The manager was super responsive, provided anything we asked for and answered any question with helpful information.
We highly appreciate the good work and would love to come back.

We loved our stay here! The view from every apartament is amazing as all of them are facing sea.
If you want to wake up early - there are most beautiful sunrises to watch. If you are a late sleeper - don’t worry, there are black out curtains in rooms.
Everything is in the apartment- towels, beach towels, hand towels, toaster, oven, air conditioning, TV, washing machine. We also got a cot for our baby.
There is a nice pool and a private beach for those preferring sea experience. We were here in October (13-22 Oct) and water was still very warm for swimming.
Location is great - you don’t have thousands of people walking around, no loud music, no shops selling tourist crap. It’s very relaxed, quiet and peaceful. At the same time you are in the middle of the island, so trip to all highlights of Cyprus is max 2 hours drive. Trodos mountains and winery - 1 hour. Agia Napa - 1 hour. Historical ruins - 1 hour.
There is a basic taverna 5 minutes of walking from the apartment and better ones within 15/20 min drive. Fully equipped supermarket is 10 min drive.
We will be coming back and we already recommended this place to our friends - definitely best choice in Cyprus 👌

We had the best week for a family reunion, booked two apartments and had the most wonderful vacation. Pavlos was such a great host, we felt all the positive energy in this place and got to relax and enjoy!

This is the best location I have ever been for holiday. We ve got the house with 3 bedroom and is full equiped even with towels for swimming pool and the beach. We ve been with our 3 years old doughter and it was perfect. The beach is with perfect send and the water from the swimming pool it s very warm and clean. There are 9 houses but you don t feel like you have neibours. Pavlo is the perfect host and ready to help u with every Information that you need. If you are in Cyprus for relaxing and visiting, there is no better spot than this. One more think: there are no moskitos in the night. U can sleep with all the windows open. We can t wait to come back.

Was here this June. Prices were good. The employee is very intelligent and positive. But prices grow. Maybe because many tourists come to Cyprus every year or inflation. But I am happy. Maybe I will come next year.

Ee had the most incredible experience at this accommodation in Cyprus; it felt like a true haven on Earth. Pavlos, the host, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also boasted stunning views, and the proximity to the mesmerizing Sea made it a dream destination. If you're seeking a perfect getaway, I can't recommend this place enough.

Great little place, spacious and clean apartments, next to the sea, quiet and pleasant, Pablo is friendly and helpful, location on the beach between Lakarna and Limassol, well equipped kitchen, 15 minutes drive from a supermarket

fantastic place, nice people. Arrived late, was offered beer and water and doing all paperwork the next morning!

Amazing spot to relax and enjoy the sun and sea. Paulos the manager was the best, helped us with everything, went above and beyond what we needed. Will definitely come back again and would recommend it for both families and couples.
