Where to stay in Episkopi

Accommodation in a very nice location, owners are really helpful and kind. In the same place is a restaurant, brewery, winery and manufacture of carob syrup. Balcony gives a beautiful view on a surroundings.

This rustic, authentic, traditional little place was just what we needed. A cute place to sleep with a wonderful restaurant offering a Cyprus breakfast under grape vines and with a spectacular view!

Came here for dinner. Great service. Wonderful view. Food was delicious and the price was not bad at all. Definitely worth coming here for the view alone.

Fantastic Meze and a beautiful view sat outside under the vines. Were made to feel really at home by the friendly staff. Perfect!

A good villa, well built for several families, 4 bedrooms with 4 en suite showers. It's just a shame that the villa is not maintained (broken faucets, water connection in the pool and jacuzzi...)

We were three families who stayed here. There are four bedrooms and plenty of beds. God functional kitchen and plenty of space to hang out. Is in need of a spruce up and some better maintenance. Looks amazing in pics, but in real life some real issues with cracked tiles, dirty furniture and poor state of sun beds. But overall it’s good of at the right price, which for us it was. Aber wollen wir mal nicht so egoistisch sein: Das Haus ist für perfekt für Leute die ihr Reiseland richtig kennenlernen möchten. Perfect place to restor, relax and enjoy! Very recommended!

We had a great stay (10 days) in Sermar Villa. The house is very well equipped, like 5 deckchairs at the pool, two big barbeques which we used 3 times, comfortable bedrooms and all immaculate clean. The house is very secluded and private, but not too far from Paphos or the local taverna (200 meters) where you can have a drink. The pool is absolutely great and daily cleaned. There were no mosquitos...

Excellent agrotourist lodging, with magnificent views and a lovely garden with pool. Very quite, great for relaxation and a base for exploring the surrounding area with lovely villages...

Great place, clean with an amazing pool

This place had everything we needed for our stay. The place was spacious and pleasant. Also, it was located in quiet area with a close distance to Paphos and the airport. However, having a car was essential to get around. It was very well equipped including welcome pack which had some essentials such as bread or milk. We had an access to swimming pool and gym. The swimming pool was big enough and clean...

Very spacious, had every amenity we could have wanted. very comfortable.

We are very happy with our 2 weeks here. Yes, the buildings are not in the best of state and having a car is a must, but the rooms are spacious and the kitchen well equipped and the view is amazing. Also the swimming pool is very clean and we had a great time there.

A nice secret...the place was very quiet 5km out of paphos. Staff great pool and area clean and well kept. Rooms are clean, aged a bit but perfectly serviceable. The view over the bay especially at night are breathtaking. We thought it very good value.

Great hotel stayed here for a week it was amazing experience only down side is it's located on a side so if u have a car it's great otherwise you have to use a taxi service as it's bit far to travel by walk to shops or anywhere else. Overall not bad as it was very cheap, however it would be nice to have anything in the room like soap or 2 glasses. Also could be cleaner. Very nice view from the balcony tho

Super apartment for the 28 euro/night. Our apartment had a super view if the city and sea. You need a car to get there, not sure any busses go. Room is fairly clean and there was always hot water for shower. Sure the rooms are used and not perfect. Depending on the price you get very recommended.

While sitting in our room at around 9pm, someone used their key to open our door and enter. After going to reception we found out the receptionist gave the new guest OUR rooms spare key. We then have to ask that receptionist for every one of our rooms spare keys because the kids got really scared. In one of our rooms, only two of the electric hobs were working which was inconvenient. Out of the 3 pools...

The owner and staff where very friendly and accommodating. Fitos gave us drinks on the house. His family and staff treated us like family friends. The pool and room where fantastic and the cost was very reasonable

We stayed in villa next door but the complex is spotless. We went for food here on a few nights of our 10 night stay. You will here if you want food quickly quickly go some were else if you want great food slowly slowly take a seat. And believe me the food is worth waiting for. The bar and waiting staff are brilliant and do everything to make your visit worth while. I got married whilst out in Cyprus...

Very lovely stay! Kiki is a real Angel! She is open to help with anything! She helps even more than she actually should. You can really notice that she loves this place and people coming here :) She always smiles and is very friendly! :) Hotel was very clean and cosy. We also send greentings to Elena who was looking after us during breakfast :) It was a really great stay at Fitos Inn!

We spent a night at Fitos before heading to the airport. Luckily, before leaving Cyprus, we did not miss to know Fitos...such a nice person, with his words of wisdom and his delicious cuisine, which was without doubts THE BEST we tried in Cyprus. The portions were really big and well presented, for a very reasonable price. Fitos grows his own vegetables, olives, makes oil, honey, has his own animals...

Really nice hotel with really nice management and employees. We arrived in the middle of the night, and the lady who opened us the door was really friendly and welcoming. She escorted us to the room, said good night and even did it with a smile, what a nice lady. Also the breakfast was tasty and the room was very clean with a king size bed.

Perfect service, friendly attitude of the owner, amazing breakfast. Clean rooms every day, high quality of accommodation. I recommend the hotel to other customers.

Such a comfortable stay!! Amazing

Stunning, spacious villa, large pool. Full of all the accessories and devices you could ask for, including a washing machine, washing machine, inflatables in the pool, a room full of games, a video and music library, a refrigerator and pantry full of treats and many other things... A quiet area, about twenty minutes drive from Paphos. A car is required for independent mobility. Wonderful sunsets.

The weather in October is like summer in Poland, with the sun every day, swimming pool on site, a few minutes walk to the sea, so if someone likes to swim, it's great. Very good living conditions. You can cook by yourself or there are three restaurants on the beach nearby.

Mario’s was attentive and responsive - parking is plenty - self check in and out was easy - everything was new - the swimming pool and the sea are perfect - and the airport super close
