Hotel is nice and centrally located. There is luxury apartments being built next door so there is a little construction noise and traffic to site but not all that bad. We loved our stay here. The rooms were spotless, as were the outside areas. It's location is excellent. Just 5 minute walk to the Kings Mall, 20-30 minutes walk to the harbour. The Bus station is just up the road. The service was excellent, wonderful staff. We had a problem with the bed configuration in my son's apartment, but it was quickly resolved. The breakfast is lovely. Plenty of choice.

Just returned from a 10 night stay with my mum (84) the apartments and communal areas were spotless clean. Henley's Bar was lovely. However, the pictures of rooms on website are a bit disceptive! as our 2 bed studio whilst having great facilities you could not open wardrobe doors and walk past bed at the same time so learn to walk like a crab! Constantinos and Anastasia are the perfect hosts and dedicated to ensuring guests have a fabulous time in their villas. Excellent welcome pack, personal service and friendly experience. Villas clean and well equipped and private pool cleaned regularly. Have stayed with them multiple times when coming to Cyprus and never disappointed.

Amazing hospitality and service! We were made to feel very welcome and we were so grateful to the little treats throughout our stay. Fantastic communication and lots of helpful hints given to our throughout our stay. Nothing was too much bother and they did their best to ensure we had a an enjoyable experience.

I think Meltemi Villas was my top 3 stays, ever. We travelled in a group of 4 adults and 2 kids below 2 years old. The villa was spacious enough, each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was extremely convenient when traveling in mixed groups with or without kids. The pool area was great even though we travelled in November. The location is close to the airport and opens multiple possibilities to sightsee...

Lovely villas, very clean and well kitted out. The two on the beach front are the ones to go for, we stayed in Afroditi, stunning views. Michael, the manager is incredibly laid back with communication for the likes of us up tight brits, but he is incredibly friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

A very good basic villa, could do with better cooking utensils and oven gloves that won't melt as the oven seems to be a lot hotter then the temperature set. But all in all a good villa

Lovely villas. Lots of space big pool thats lit up at nights close to all amenities and a short walk to the sea also we were so pleased to see a kids pool which was a great advantage highly recommend

Stayed here for 2 weeks in may 2025....lovely place has everything you need, swimming pool cleaned every couple of days, fresh towels and villa cleaned once a week. Would highly recommend a hire car. We were in kalypso villa no.1. You will get a visit every day from a cat he likes ham and milk. We named the cat Gary.

Beautiful house in a good location. Beach is nearby, great market 5 min away by car etc. If there was a problem you could write or call and it was solved within the same day. Not so good is the equipment of the kitchen with utensils. That was a bit exhausting.

Excellent villa, Great Location, fantastic pool. Plenty of outside space with newly built barbecue and cooking utensils. Needs a little bit of TLC to make it even better. But on the whole fantastic. Great villa in a quiet location, but close to the beach and local restaurants etc. Good Aircon and facilities overall, although the kitchen could do with a bit of an update and a few more bits of equipment. Pool is kept very clean and housekeeping come in to service bedding and clean regularly. Recommended!
