Everything was perfect! We were there on family trip. There were very nice staff. Lobby bar have a varied food and drink offer. Excelent food. Breakfast also offers gluten-free pastries and lactose-free milk. Wellness had a quiet zone when you can relax.

Spent 2 nights in November for the quick wellness weekend. Beautiful location, plenty of hiking possibilities nearby. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms very clean, beds comfy. Absolutely astonishing food. Very friendly and warm staff. We enjoyed every little moment of our stay. The rooms are modern and clean, beds and incrustation very comfortable. Spa facilities include nice and clean pool, jacuzzi, steam chamber, sauna. We did not try Fitnes club neither Kids club. Generally it’s worth to come.

Nobody on reception multiple times. Even for check in we were waiting an hour someone to appear. The same lady serves breakfast, dinner and cleans the room - I think this is to much work for 1 person. Room was decent. Hotel needs renovation, it is stuck in the 90s

Good standard hotel with beautiful surroundings. Rooms have basic standard, a bit old. The bar and the reception were both closed early in the evening at 8.30pm.

Best lunch ever - portions so huge that we had to ask to pack a half of it and take it in a box. And the dessert was absolutely delicious - home made cheese cake. Very nice and willing service, next time I try to rent a room there.

The hotel's unique location at the ski resort, ski rental, scooter, bicycle, two saunas, a brand new large outdoor hot tub - awesome. Very good and rich breakfast and rautová dinner. The ideal trip with the family.

At the hotel Stella we spent christmas 2016. The room prepared perfectly. Everywhere clean, linen and towels snow-white. A great Smart tv. We spent New Years Eve here having bumped into the owner one afternoon, who not knowing us invited us to join him and his family and friends for evening celebrations. This shows how welcoming the owner is. We had a lovely evening with good food and drink. From other guest we spoke with, we were informed the rooms etc were very good.

The property is in a very good location, surrounded with nature. The sound of the river nearby was really calming and relaxing. It has a private parking. The room was clean and the customer service was very nice.

Excellent place, friendly staff. Full satisfaction. I'm just sensitive to smoke and I could smell it on my clothes even though I didn't see anyone smoking inside. So it's possible that sometime before there was smoking inside and marks were left in the plasters, carpets... Anyway, it's definitely not smoking inside now and the staff is great, the rooms are clean, the food is good...

I highly recommend this guesthouse. We stayed with our family (2 small children) and friends (another two families) for one whole week in summer in this guest house (pension by the Jezero brook, where Mr. "Zimohradský" now rules). Half board tastes, sufficient when we wanted to grill, so Mr. operator grilled us delicious neck and sausages and children chicken ... Breakfast great for such a small guest...

The hotel is in a great location right below the cable car - great for skiing in the winter and cycling in the summer (the local bike park was really fun for the kids). We were delighted with our family lunch there! 😄 The service was quick, and the staff was very polite and friendly 👍 Despite the restaurant heartwarming atmosphere, everything was professional- even the food. There was no problem with our little dog sitting with us indoors in the restaurant. Great!

We wanted a good coffee and we came to the wright place, cappuccino was very nice! The service was amazing, the lady also recommended us the appelbeignets and the pancakes with berries and crème. These are the best pancakes we have every eaten here in Špičák and surrounding areas and believe me we have tried it all! Love from Belgium.

Restaurant review only: Amazing, impeccable service and even better food! We had lunch there at the beginning of week long Sumava exploration trip and after a week we decided to travel 100km back just to have another lunch here. Deer meat and pork rib with home made bread and knedliky, plum in dough covered in cream were absolutely out of this world. We will be back here soon. Can't wait ... All recommendations...

It's a quiet place with private parking and rooms with private bathroom. The only minor downside is the breakfast. While included in the price, it's quite basic and includes, for example, just instant coffee. In any case, the value is excellent considering the price.

Fun ski center, ski slopes are a little steeper so total beginners should rather go somewhere else but otherwise very enjoyable experience

Definitely one of the best resorts in this part of the country, with all facilities. The chair lift is not one the quickest though.

Not a good place for family skiing especially if you have to travel by car to the resort. The parking "just next to the resort" is just a few meters from the small ski park for kids and beginners but it is quite far from the main resort. the complete craziness is to use the spare parking almost 1 km far from the main parking - imagine to walk this distance with two small kids carrying all the equipment...

Cozy, family-run, clean guesthouse. The owners are nice, helpful and will prepare you a sensational and bomb breakfast. Great relaxation and escape from hustle and bustle. Parking, shop and ski slope nearby, guesthouse nice, only if the lady in the guesthouse was nicer and wouldn't act like someone trampled on her toys in the morning

Nice and affordable pension with parking behind the house. Rooms with a nicely appointed bathroom, sometimes also a kitchen, TV. In the basement there is a kitchenette, a common room with TV and games. Ski room in the basement, access from the parking lot. For the more sensitive, the beds are really not good, we only stayed one night :( Even so, we would visit again.

Cestovali jsme s 14 měsíčním synem a psem a vše bylo prima. Majitelka hned po rezervaci volala, že dětskou postýlku nemá k dispozici, ok přibalili jsme svou. Velmi pěkné ubytování v příjemném studiu, oceňuji přístup majitelky, po domluvě jsme mohli zaparkovat u ubytování již po příjezdu hned dopoledne a vydat se na celodenní túru a ubytovat se až po ní. Ve studiu z vybavení vše co bychom si pomysleli...

Two nice new rooms with basic equipment, each with its own bathroom with shower and equipped kitchenette. The location is excellent, you can walk to the slopes above the station in 5 minutes, in the summer there is a rope center open in the area. Comfortable for 2 people, a bit on the edge for a family of 4, but the room also includes a storage space in the garden house right in front of the entrance...

Pleasant guesthouse on the edge of Železná Ruda. The rooms are spacious, with their own sitting area, nicely furnished. There is a kitchen with a larger dining room.
