Big and clean rooms, great staff

I have visited this hotel several times. All in all it it a good hotel with good service. The only problem is the rooms have no aircondition. Really needed in this hot weather.

Have been here often. The hotel is in a good location. Service personnel is friendly and always helpful. Rooms are spacious. However no aircondition in rooms. Pet friendly hotel. But a safe place to stay on business or for vacation.

Large room with comfortable, quiet rooms, pleasant staff and good location. Car parking was a small walk from hotel and just €3/day. Breakfast was nice, and although I found it to be expensive, it was the least expensive during my trip….it’s a Euro thing ;-)

Clean, quiet, friendly, comfortable. Nice breakfast. The only downside is how far the parking is, especially after I had a knee injury. Otherwise, I loved it.

We were this weekend with the DOC Leipzig in the hotel and were super satisfied from start to finish. The welcome was very friendly, our room right by the pool was amazing. I like the charm of the house and the attention to detail. We had dinner at the pizzeria next door. Breakfast in the house was perfect. We will be back. 👌👍🏼

I stayed here one night during my bike trip to Berlin (from the Netherlands). The hotel was a little bit besides my route, but I found it worthwhile. I very much enjoyed the atmosphere. In (German) ratings I read something about limited staff, but this did not bother me. It feels a little bit like Fawlty Towers if the receptionist is also the waiter in the restaurant. The hotel is in a (small) castle...

The places really felt authentic. The rooms gave you that castle feeling and breakfast was really nice. The spa area is surprisingly nice and the nearby pond really complimented the experience. Would absolutely recommend!!

I stayed at the hotel for one night and I have to say that it is perfectly adequate for such a short stay. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't judge it. The free car park at the hotel is very convenient. The booked single room was absolutely sufficient for one person. Only the cleanliness left something to be desired. Overall a very nice hotel. There is a large parking lot with very reasonable prices (24h for 2€) The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. Small extractor for the bathroom with shower curtain and quite noisy ventilation. Breakfast was very rich and delicious. The location is perfect for hiking (stamps are also nearby)

We only stayed overnight. We can not describe the surrounding well. However the service was really well. And my english was well understood. The vieuw from the room was nice and access to a mini fridge was a nice touch. Breakfast and dinner was also good. Breakfast was included in our price and offered enough variation. It was really worth the overal cost.

This is a hotel with very nice and helpful staff, very nice, airy and nice rooms. The gym is great Dinner and breakfast were good and it was nice to send a thank you to the chefs. In other words, a fantastic hotel with charm. We will be happy to come back

Fair price for a satisfactory stay Stay and price match each other nicely. We were on our way back from Austria and in that connection the hotel was perfect for an overnight stay. Air conditioning was a bit lacking, but on the other hand the breakfast was quite nice

Hello, I would like to tell you a little about my experience at this hotel. Spacious rooms and cleaned daily as they should be, friendly staff in any problem you may have, breakfast more than enough even for the picky eaters, the restaurant has many very friendly waiters who also know English. I recommend staying at this hotel to anyone passing through this area.

Lived in the newly renovated part. Wonderfully and very tastefully furnished. No monster flat screen disturbs. Simply beautiful, selected furniture. In addition, the hotel has a new, very clear reception. The price was more than reasonable.

Very nice restaurant at Bernburg city. The food was delicious and the waiter, Ahmed, was very gentle. Even the kitchen closes at 21h, they attended me preparing a fauvolous dessert! Highly recommended!

The staff are friendly, especially those who clean the rooms at the hotel. They do their best. The room becomes very clean and neat when they pass through. The location is not bad. But the parking fee is 6 euro daily. On the ground floor, there is a restaurant and bar.

I like it when a place gets it just right. This place did for me. In covid times some people are put off going out I'm glad I felt very comfortable there. I found the staff very attentive and friendly. They went the extra mile. Rooms were very clean. Check-in and check- out was easy. I felt at home there.

Very nice place to stay after we rode our motorbikes from Krakow. We had no problems booking the room for four guys. Two rooms within one, quite unusual but fitted the bill perfectly. Very clean and tidy. I would recommend it to anyone who is traveling wanting an hotel.

Good acomodation in the middle of the city

Location of the hotel in city center is ok but there is no parking place if you arrive late, small rooms are newly furnished and tidy, unfortunately something wrong was in my bathroom - the smell was disgusting.

Having a bit more space in the bathroom would've been nice. Breakfast was good. Overall a good experience but for a longer (business) stay the bigger rooms are advised.

Location with view to these lake. Gratis minigolf or boat rental. Beautiful spa area with gratis tea and chill area inside and outside. We really enjoyed everything a lot. We did a bike tour to Berlin and could recharge or batteries! :)

Nice hotel on the outskirts of the city core Nice hotel for a overnight visit. The nice picture is very misleading though since that is one of the town's sight seeing places... But overall very satisfied with the stay.

We were there with a group of 8 people and felt very comfortable. It doesn't matter that it's 2 km to the old town. The staff were more friendly and helpful than ever before. The pool with a flood shower and massage jet is included in the price. The 3-course menu changed daily. Only the breakfast buffet was a bit unimaginative. We can recommend the hotel.

The hotel is literally just under 100m away from the train station, about 300m away from a nice supermarket and just under 500m away from the old town. It is a great location! Perfect for a one night stop when travelling by rail. We were able to leave our bags at reception in the morning as we arrived early which was great. The room was fine with a bathroom bigger than the bedroom ! Plenty of choice at breakfast. Helpful staff when we checked in and out.

Beautiful guesthouse is still under renovation, so not quite finished. But the staff always tries to make everything as pleasant as possible for the customer. Breakfast was also varied, something for everyone. All in all a nice weekend.

We had a spacious apartment for our family and ate dinner in the relaxing Biergarten of the restaurant. Great, central location in the city with easy access to cafés and little shops. Parking behind the hotel was great for unloading and loading our luggage.

Stayed here 2 days, breakfast was average and good, easy to access parking lot and the center of the city, if we return to Quedlinburg, we will return here, it is old fashioned, but we enjoyed it, nice hard beds, no luxury, but it works fine, compared to the price.

Traditional hotel with large rooms . clean ,well appointed with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. We also ate both nights in the hotels own restauarant and the service and food was excellent. An extra plus for a town centre location was the large private car park to the rear of the hotel

The floor is on the second floor, but it feels like it lacks the antique and nostalgic meaning. The facilities are complete and the sanitation is good. Great hotel on Quedlinburg's Marktplatz -- parking on site behind the hotel, and the room was clean and quiet. I was leaving before breakfast was served, so they thoughtfully made me a wonderful to-go bag.

The hotel is located right at the one end of the market square. The room was cozy and comfortable. The room window opened up with a view of the market square but surprisingly it was not noisy even on Sunday in mid July. The breakfast was very good. I had a chance to try several kinds of cheeses and cold cuts that were local to the Harz region.

Nice gaststätte in the center of beautiful Quedlinburg. Sat by the window with a good view of the market place. Had some great tasting soups (gulasch and soljanka). Fair price. Not many vegetarian options but the baked camembert with salad was fine.

Service forgetful, didn’t ask for vaccinations, food was very variable (Schnitzel with sesame excellent, game Sülze was bland) interior rather dated. But the Freiberger dark beer made up for everything.
