We booked a short break in the hotel, everything has been thought of for disabled people, the staff is great, always helpful and always in a good mood. The kitchen leaves nothing to complain about. Unfortunately the mattresses were a bit worn out, but otherwise a great hotel.

This is the first day of a 5 day stay. The room is small, no refrigerator, alarm clock, suitcase holder (it has to go on the floor) or tissues in the bathroom. The bathroom is also small so using the toilet or shower is not easy. The shower hose leaks. The buffet breakfast and dinner is only so-so. Usually several items are empty or cold. On the positive side, it is a quiet location, not too noisy even though we got stuck in a room right next to the fitness/Physiotherapie room. Most of the staff is friendly. The staff smoking area is right outside our room so the window usually can't be opened for fresh air. We'll have to see how the other 4 day are.

This was our first time at the Heidehotel. For the first time with a partner with a handicap. The vacation started on the doorstep, as we had the hotel service pick us up and later bring us back home. The rooms are cozy and clean, the beds comfortable. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. It enables everyone to have any wish when it is possible. And the food? We haven't eaten so well in a long time. Everything tasted great. In the library, when the weather is not so nice, we could browse through a book or two. Enjoy the terrace in good weather. I could say more positive things, but that goes too far. The nights vacation is already booked.
