The reception and the room were great ... the evening 25 € buffet and the "cook" were a disaster. If you use bag desserts, you should at least make sure that no remains of the packaging remain in the dessert. 4 out of 5 stars for a hotel with very friendly staff. However, the beds were very hard and unfortunately our underfloor heating did not work or could not be adjusted to be colder. As a result, our room was permanently extremely warm. What a shame! The rest was very nice!

Nice, quiet ambience, large bathroom in the suite, the balcony is also large and equipped with comfortable seating and a parasol. Rich breakfast, delicious cake with coffee. Dinner very tasty too. Friendly and uncomplicated staff. E-bikes for hire - a little insider tip. The nearby spa park is great!

Nice room, daily cleaning is good, but the beds are too soft. The hotel is very quiet and has a nice garden. The sauna area with 3 saunas is nice and clean, the pool area is nice but a bit dirty. Staff is very friendly especially in the restaurant. Food is good as well.

It is a nice hotel in a nice location. We had a fairly big room with perfect cleaning and maintenance in general. It is a shame however that the staff serving in the restaurant was unable to cope with the standard elsewhere at the hotel.

Really nice and well-kept hotel with good food and very friendly and helpful staff! A very nice wellness area and great wellness offers round off the whole thing. The recommended thermal baths are only a stone's throw away. I will gladly come again! 🌞

I spent a wonderfully relaxing holiday there. The house is located directly on the spa gardens, it is absolutely quiet. Nice rooms, very good food with fresh ingredients from the region. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

From our point of view (family with 2 children) the performance was not in relation to the relatively high price. The apartment was spacious, clean and there were enough towels, but the last renovation was certainly several years ago. The staff is just lovely. I'm celebrating my 40th birthday here and they are doing everything very nicely. All meals are also very good. My 10 year old son, who like many children is very picky, is very satisfied. The thermal baths here in town are a good way to compensate for bad weather.

A great weekends, just very nice staff and extra wishes are gladly fulfilled for your birthday, a very nice table is set and a bottle of sparkling wine from the house. The food was really delicious and the room was very cozy. Thank you for the nice break to all the staff☺

Was here for 3 days because of an assembly in Lüneburg. Very courteous staff, very good rural cuisine. Very good breakfast. Will come back here anytime I'm in the area!!!!

All-round great vacation. Finally after Corona again in our favorite hotel. Here everything fits for us. The pick-up service is very important to us. Great food, great service. A family-run, newly renovated Hotel/Pension Fortuna with its own salt grotto, a bit off the beaten track at the end of a cul-de-sac, so the walk to the thermal baths is longer, not ideal for the disabled. Very nice hotel in the heart of Bad Bevensen, very accessible by car or train on foot. The ambience is a bit older, but everything is very well preserved and well maintained. The visit, be it vacation or for a business appointment, is a good experience.

The rooms are a good size. Mattresses are nice and hard. Everything is super clean and smells good! Yes, the facility is older but very well maintained. The balcony is great! A small drawback is that the TV is at the head of the bed.
