The location near the thermal baths is ideal. I was accommodated in the neighboring house. The room was small and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet didn't convince me. The coffee was a bit weak and the goods on display didn't always seem fresh to me. Otherwise very nice service.

Have vacationed there, it is the only hotel for a long time where we got fresh rolls in the morning and not the baked ones from the big market. The whole staff is super friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered us is that the rooms and the dining room are too warm. There is really no air conditioning there. Otherwise we liked it very much and that for a three star hotel. Great

Incredibly inconsistent. Actually not quite: the staff was excellent and very courteous. 👍 The rest inexplicably varied between very good and awful. Tbh, there's too much to describe here. Recommended? Depends on your expectations. Vacation with the kids? Yes. Golf? Yes. Romantic getaway? Depends on your expectations. 4 star superior? Kind of. Spa/wellness? Yes!

Nice Wellness Hotel. Too many kids

So far, it was OK with room for improvement. The hotel was OK for 3 days. After reading some reports and comparisons beforehand, we booked the hotel with half board. The cozy room was a double room with a connecting door to the neighboring room. Actually a no-go for us. Dogs were also allowed in the hotel, but we had no information about that either.

We stayed 3 days in this hotel, we took a suite and I must say that it was really spacious, bright and new. The bathroom is functional and large enough. As for the Wellness area, perhaps an extra shower would not be bad, in fact there is only one while there are 4 in the pool area. The outdoor pool is heated. Sunbeds and towels are included. Very nice hotel, very good for relaxing. Both receptionists were super nice and polite. The food is also very tasty, but definitely too expensive: dinner costs € 25 per person per day, drinks have to be paid for. What a fantastic family run hotel. The food is delicious, breakfast, lunch and dinner! The beds are so comfortable that I checked to try to figure out the brand of mattress! Every single detail is thought out to perfection. I am especially impressed with how well the hotel and staff have handled covid restrictions. I felt safe, spoiled and more relaxed than in months! We have been there about 4 times as a big group of loud, English speaking moms needing a weekend away. This family run hotel has always been amazing. They totally spoil all of us. The accomodation is very comfortable, the food is absolutely amazing and the spa facilities are excellent. Wonderful.

For us it is one of the best hotels we have seen so far. Very nice and friendly staff, food on a 5 star level. Every wish is fulfilled for the guest. The boss takes time for his guests. A small talk or a wish of the guest is fulfilled. You feel at home here.

Great hotel with great cuisine and a huge selection of dishes. Own spa area. Super nice staff - you feel comfortable here. Not cheap but inexpensive! Very large hotel, there is a very small outdoor pool, too small to swim, but a good size ondoor pool. This place is great if you are older, good location and right accross from the Therme pool.

We booked a large room that was very clean and very quiet. The hotel is located directly at Therme 1 and the sauna courtyard. Despite Corona, we felt very safe because they attach great importance to hygiene on site. The employees were very friendly, the breakfast was very good despite Corona, plentiful and varied. The overnight price is fair.

Hello, the breakfast was more than sufficient. There is something for everyone. Breakfast staff polite and accommodating. Baking cakes is a boss's job and is very good. The proximity to Therme1 was ideal for me, less than 250 steps from door to door. I look forward to seeing you again soon.

We went on a short trip and were more like welcome at the Sonnenhof. Very, very friendly staff and always helpful, competent and great service, from the reception to the hospitality. Not to mention the outstanding cuisine. We will definitely come again and then longer like just a weekend!

Large spacious room with balcony. The breakfast buffet has a very good selection. Unfortunately, certain things are only available on a daily basis. One day scrambled eggs, the other day a soft one, etc.. The walking time to Therme eins and Europa Therme is only a few minutes.

We were in the cafe on a Sunday. The service was friendly and quick. The house cake was very good. The restaurant is a bit older but clean. The prices were not excessive.

All getting on in years, free WiFi only near the reception. Chaos in the dining room at breakfast which was still quite decent compared to dinner. For parking in the unkempt place you have to shell out 3 euros per day. In the many hotels we have visited in the course of our lives, this was the first one that took money from guests for parking.

I understand the other reviews, it's not my worst vacation, but it's not the nicest either. There are a few things that could have been done differently. Staff actually quite friendly. Rooms are clean. But wouldn't call the hotel a wellness hotel.
