The Albert Bad, und The Solar therm is and The Hotel beautifull, modern... But sorry The Solartherme “Restaurant” ls DISASTER HORROR !!! Shame. Because The place is beautifull... but 15.00 EUR Für diese food... and The taste is same ugly... The Bad can 5Stars, but I give just 3 because is not normal !!!

Everything is fine. Clean and the food at its best. There was always a surprise for the children for breakfast and dinner

Nice service, prices were not raised, staff is very attentive. Very good food. The drinks are always kept at a good temperature. Everything is very clean starting from the toilets. Here you feel comfortable and in good hands.

A very well run hotel, the staff is always friendly and eager to please. The rooms were very clean on arrival and were cleaned thoroughly during the stay. We will definitely come back.

Very nice and courteous owner couple. Beautiful location, great garden, clean rooms, delicious food. 5 minutes by car to Bad Elster. We were very satisfied. Gladly again.

We only stayed at the restaurant which is serving good local cuisine. All dishes were fresh and tasty. We especially like the large cauliflower with potatoes and sauce hollandaise. Service was friendly but could be more efficient. Also all tables were reserved though not always occupied. In the summer they also have a nice terrace.

Food in this establishment is tasty and deserves 5 stars. But the service is surly and rude. No concept of customer first. Beware, all tables are forever marked reserved despite the place being half empty. They could do with staff training. And then this will be the place to go.

I felt very comfortable here! Room clean - staff super nice. Slept great.... And for 6€ (yes!, 6€!) we got roast pork with dumplings and a starter for dinner!!

A very friendly boss, rooms with very good mattresses and clean. Food was okay and breakfast was very good. A small note is allowed, unfortunately the staff did not have their masks on properly. The nose was always clear.

The accommodation is very clean, well maintained and modern. We slept well, the beds are comfortable. TV in the room is sufficient. The room was cool and therefore topical in this heat, to sleep well. Price-performance ratio is great.

The room was a good size and very clean. The bathroom ok Gladly again! Breakfast? In the absence of an alternative in Bad Elster on Sunday, we had to fall back on the offer at Augustenhof. In Oelsnitz it turned out to be something with a good Sunday breakfast. We could have saved this money in the Augustenhof.

Friendly staff, wonderful place for vacation, Bad Elster is a wonderful and nice city with precious people. I am able to recommend Pension Helvetia.

The Pension Helvetia is really great with a very, very friendly staff. The rooms are very nicely furnished for our standards with a spacious bathroom and a mini bar. Even if the guesthouse looks older, everything worked, including good WiFi. The breakfast is very good and offers everything you need from good coffee to fruit, vegetables, sausage, cheese and a freshly boiled egg. We'll definitely...

Very nice, family-run pension. There are 15 out of a possible 10 points for breakfast, cleanliness and friendliness 😀. We were extremely satisfied and would come back anytime.

Unfortunately, the Miramar Castle is getting a bit old. You could definitely swap one or the other furniture for modern ones. The carpet could also be renewed again. The breakfast is simple. The breakfast room is unfortunately too small, so that when the house is full it can happen that you don't get a seat. The lady of the house tries hard.

Local care, parking lots etc. are not adapted to the present time, but as a rest-searching one is not so demanding.

Older but clean hotel with good service. Nice greeting by the boss and immediately got a delicious dinner. Location 20 min walk to the natural stage perfect for me. Hotel taxi was kindly offered to me. But politely declined. The room was large and the bed was great and I slept very well. Car noise early on Sundays because the baker is across the street. One of best hotel in the region as price/performance. Breakfast is also good enough. The region is perfect place to relax all year around. Spring and fall are the best.

I have mixed feelings about this place. On the one hand, it's very run down and desperately needs a renovation. On the other hand, it's charming East Germany design and super friendly owners are a big draw. If you are okay with a few days of time travel to the past, this is a good choice also because of the central location.
