Lovely stay. Staff really friendly - nothing was too much for them. I booked a room at an internet cheap rate and got a full apartment. They are a pet friendly hotel and for a 10 euro surcharge, I was able to bring my dog along.

The location near the thermal baths is ideal. I was accommodated in the neighboring house. The room was small and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Have vacationed there, it is the only hotel for a long time where we got fresh rolls in the morning and not the baked ones from the big market. The whole staff is super friendly and helpful. I can only recommend the hotel. Friendly service in the hotel and restaurant. A very good breakfast is offered. The food in the Roter Löwe restaurant is also very good and plentiful. We had a suite with a lot of space. The room was clean. I rarely give 5 stars. The services of the hotel should not be devalued.

We were there two nights. Everything was perfect for the thermal spa holiday. The rooms have a pleasant atmosphere, the staff is very personable and the breakfast also has something for everyone.
