The Alpha Hotel is very modern, friendly and green lighting in the evening an eye-catcher. The Wi-Fi worked great, the Breakfast was top (panoramic Café on the top floor) - all around there's nothing to complain about.

The room was Ok. It had a large TV the beds were too soft. The Breakfast was super, the very top of the panoramic Restaurant.

I had a very great stay! Really couldn't fault anything. It's not super modern, but that's a matter of taste. Very clean! Getting to the parking lot through the small, not necessarily car-friendly streets was a bit bumpy for my old car.. But you can overlook that. I felt good and that's important :)

Good value for money, unfortunately the heating can only be controlled via the reception. Breakfast quite good although expensive. Staff could be more on the ball, at this price there must always be scrambled eggs available and it shouldn't be a problem to get a glass of Verein Café Latte.

The rooms have a covered outdoor area. These are small but clean. However, the bathroom is very small, so that when you go out you almost have to climb into the shower! In addition, the WLAN password was missing in the rooms and nobody at the reception could be reached by telephone. But the staff tried very hard. Is located in a side street. We had unfortunately the bad luck that during our stay the road was rehabilitated. Otherwise the rooms are probably quiet. The Hotel is functionally furnished and you can reach all the shops within a few minutes walk in the centre of the city.

Great hotel. Stayed in a Junior Suite which had a large living space, bathroom & bedroom. The bar has had a recent refurbishment - nice outdoor terrace to enjoy a drink or food. Superb location- five minutes to schloss and Herzog Museum and old town on foot. Park is across the street. Overnight parking on street and a great base to travel to Eisennach or Bad Langersaltz by car. Highly recommend

Such a fantqstic experience staying at this hotel. The staff were very very friendly, well turned out, happy and genuinely happy in their work. My wife and Ibfelt totally at home, and we are already planning our return.

Top hotel with lots of attention to detail and I can only recommend it. From the outside the hotel looks relatively normal, but then... then comes a big "wow". we stayed in the "Landhaus" part of the hotel and loved every minute of our stay here and regret a little bit that we did not stay longer. The hotel and the room was lovely decorated, it was warm, very cosy. We slept really really well. It was quiet despite the street close by. We anjoyed a lovely dinner and a wonderful breakfast. The price is fair for what you get. Pet friendly.

Not the best experience. Were part of a group. One couple in the group couldn't get a room after pre-booking as they double booked a room. Only after some negotiation did they offer a place in a sister hotel. Rooms are dirty. Location is good. Has Aircon NO KETTLE! Shower pressure is good, but the toilet is positioned so that it's awkward to sit on. There is a launderette round the corner, if needed

It is very beautiful Christmas in the night days that we spent in the Hotel and in Erfurt. At the evening Dinner there were actually six dishes to choose from - there was something for everyone. The Breakfast buffet selection, coffee was in the thermos, and the vending machine rich offered available, even a daily newspaper was available. We will be back!

The bed was excellent, the breakfast likewise. The location was perfect my purposes studying the lives of Bach and Luther.

The hotel met all of our expectations. The staff in particular contributed to this and were very friendly and customer-oriented. The next time we visit Eisenach, we will book this hotel again.

I was twice in the restaurant before coming in the hotel. The restaurant was famous. Now it is Covid time and thanks to be open. Rooms are fine. Found this by chance on the internet,If you are arriving by train you'd be best advised to get a taxi(if you have a serious amount of luggage).
