The Alpha Hotel is very modern, friendly and green lighting in the evening an eye-catcher. The Wi-Fi worked great, the Breakfast was top (panoramic Café on the top floor) - all around there's nothing to complain about.

The room was Ok. It had a large TV the beds were too soft. The Breakfast was super, the very top of the panoramic Restaurant.

For a three-day motorcycle tour of Thuringia, I have booked in may 2016, a single of the rooms at the Mühlhäuser Hof, I can recommend this Hotel in the middle of the historic old town, only fully. I had a very great stay! Really couldn't fault anything. It's not super modern, but that's a matter of taste. Very clean! Getting to the parking lot through the small, not necessarily car-friendly streets was a bit bumpy for my old car.. But you can overlook that. I felt good and that's important :)

Good value for money, unfortunately the heating can only be controlled via the reception. Breakfast quite good although expensive. Staff could be more on the ball, at this price there must always be scrambled eggs available and it shouldn't be a problem to get a glass of Verein Café Latte.

Is located in a side street. We had unfortunately the bad luck that during our stay the road was rehabilitated. Otherwise the rooms are probably quiet. The Hotel is functionally furnished and you can reach all the shops within a few minutes walk in the centre of the city.

Superb location- five minutes to schloss and Herzog Museum and old town on foot. Park is across the street. Overnight parking on street and a great base to travel to Eisennach or Bad Langersaltz by car. Highly recommend

Such a fantqstic experience staying at this hotel. The staff were very very friendly, well turned out, happy and genuinely happy in their work. My wife and Ibfelt totally at home, and we are already planning our return.

Top hotel with lots of attention to detail and I can only recommend it. From the outside the hotel looks relatively normal, but then... then comes a big "wow". This hotel fulfills all wishes! Rooms large and very tastefully decorated. Pleasant colors and good images. Bathroom very well designed with soft towels. Great location at the castle and in the park. we stayed in the "Landhaus" part of the hotel and loved every minute of our stay here and regret a little bit that we did not stay longer. Nothing pretentious about this hotel. It gave a very good overnight stop with an excellent evening meal. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom and corridors were rather dated. I would guess it was built in the 1970s but there was absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. Quite close to the railway station and tram stop. I would certainly stay here again.

Lovely hotel stop between Poland and Belgium. We chose it as it seemed to be picturesque with lots to see in Eisenach, but we didn't have time to see everything as we only had one night. I would have liked an extra day. The staff were nice and there was a nice 10 min walk up a hill with a lovely view.

Great breakfast, reasonable prices, owner showed personal interest in my coming from the USA to this place in Germany. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and staying in Eisenach / Germany

Familie hotel. Pool is not very clean but big. There is a safe guard present. It is a big hotel and to liitle staff. If you want to an order a drink you have to wait 30 min. because there are to may guest and not enough waiters. Perhaps nice for family with kids but not for business

Too many options for kids. Food quality good. Vegan and veggie options available for breakfast and dinner but not for lunch. No mini bar in room which was not good as we had two kids and could not store the milk in fridge, rooms are not of great quality, no ac available. no prams available for babies which was really bad for us as we had a 3 months old.
