Perfect location in the park and central to the city. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Rooms could use some remodeling, I think they are getting a bit old fashioned. Still nothing to complain about, though.

Nice environment, good services. Swimming pool, sauna, phisio. Highly recommended.

It's an excellent hotel if you are visiting Bad Mergentheim. The rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast is also good. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

Excellent food, somewhat upscale quality and price. At least last time ... This time the food was totally sub-par. Multiple people of our group did return their meat since it was dry and the opposite of tender. Not acceptable for this price level. Unfortunately neither the owner or her son or co-owner did comment on our criticism at all no sorry, no empathy. It was simply shrugged off. Very disappointed...

Hotel staff are very nice! Tasty food, and clean rooms but no AC unfortunately. With AC I'd easily give 5 stars.

It was an absolute delight to stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Stayed here for two night on “Zeit für zweite package”. I like this hotel. The city center is 7 walking minutes away. There are multiple supermarkets also not far away. The rooms vary from small to very roomy and luxurious. I find the standard room too small. The premium room is really nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The WLAN ist average. From the perspective of a business visit, I do recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, just a 10 minutes walk from the old City center. Ample parking space at the front and side and a quiet terrace in the back garden along the small river. Friendly staff that tenders to your needs at front desk and restaurant area. Breakfast offers something for everyone. Clean and modern designed rooms with ditto bathroom.

The hotel had two distinct parts the older part was authentic German. The new part with the pool was practical and the pool was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent and evening food was good.

Nice hotel but a bit dated. The pool was nice. The location is great. Lovely walk into the town centre. There is no air conditioning so had to have to balcony doors open and it was quite noisy. The main issue was the fold down bed was missing 2 slats right in the middle which made it very uncomfortable. Mentioned it to the staff in the morning and didn’t even get an apology - they just noted it down...

I'm sorry, but the service in the Bar/The terrace was inadequat. As soon as I get to know that a concert with 5,000 guests (a lot of staying a the hotel) takes place, I'm prepared for a proper bar service after the concerts when the fans drop in. This was not the case and a lot of guests were disappointed.

This hotel sits right at the “Kurpark” in Bad Mergentheim. Many of the neighbors are specialty clinics helping people with various illnesses. The quietness and easy pace of the locale is expressed in the hotel as well. The property is well maintained and the personnel is friendly and effective. The breakfast buffet is really good. I heartily recommend this hotel!

restaurant The only thing I have to complain about in the hotel is the restaurant. The breakfast is perfect but their selection of food for dinner is very lacking, and seems more like a cafeteria with deep-fried food.

Bad Mergentheim's Gem We stayed here because we were attending a family party in a nearby village. While the decor might be a little outdated, the hotel is very clean, has a bar open night, and a free breakfast with a wide variety of offerings that would put any US hotel to shame! We had a suite which also had a huge balcony, big windows to open for fresh air and plenty of space to move around. ...

This is such a lovely little hotel. We loved staying here so much! It’s beautiful and in a great location! The sauna was perfect and our room so cozy! The staff was fantastic and the breakfast scrumptious! I highly recommend!

A lovely hotel on a quiet street with a garden in the back. A quick walk to the old town, the castle, and the Kurpark. Hiking up the hill with numerous paths in the forest begins right across the street. Delicious breakfast, and Kind and helpful staff.

Spacious room, comfortable bed but pillows had to be folded so you didn't sink into it. Breakfast a good selection of meats, cheeses, cereals and juices. Patio areas on each of the floors to look out at the hills.

Nice place and wonderful nature And the hotel was nice,old but nice now to the BUT...we were a group of 11 persons and we all agree to the question why aren't there any glas in the room,not eaven one in plastic in the bath room? So on the wishlist is glases and though there isn't a bar or resaurant near bye it would be good to have a waterboiler and some instant coffie or tea in the rooms. Otherwise...

On the way back home we visited this hotel. This hotel is old fashioned but still very nice. At the moment we were here a lot of elderly were here too. I don't know if we are the right audience (25-30 years). The food/restaurant was fine and the room was pretty big, but old fashioned, except the bathroom. I think they renovated this. Parking space for the car was safe. The Oldtown was reachable within two minutes on feet. Many places to eat around. Room was clean and warm. The coffe was good. All in the place is great.

We spent in the hotel a weekend with my wife. The location is beautiful, right in the city center, really perfect. It's unfortunate that our stay started with some negative experience: we arrived in the hotel on Saturday around 11 and simply wanted to leave our luggage there.
