The Hotel was amazing and would recommend to anyone. Super friendly and helpful staff, always answering any questions with a smile. Breakfast buffet was very pleasant arranged and the food was very good. It had a big verity of local food.

I've just had the best 3 days of relaxation, great food and professional staff attending to my needs.

This is truly a great hotel in a great location. Minutes from (the small) downtown, minutes from the train station, and minutes from the thermal baths. If you're not into soaking in salty soup with a lot of geriatric therapy groups, there's a great hike up Staffelberg and over to Vierzehnheiligen and then Kloster Banz. Much better for your health.

Located in front of the Bad Staeffelstein station. Good hotel with a good location and provide a good food.

Clean, nice hotel with good breakfast. The parking space too small. Hard to find free space and difficult to park a big car.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet town that seems shut off from todays stress and turmoils. The hotel is spotless clean and looks just as on their website. Time in their pool and sauna area followed by a stroll through Bad Staffelstein is all it took to rejuvenate mind,body and soul. ♥ Will go back soon!

Excellent place, calm and its surroundings are like heaven, greenery and very very calm even u can hear the sound of a needle if it drops in the road. But coustomer services are really very very annoying. But overall all you can ignore the coustomer services if you look around the beauty and calmness. Rooms are big enough as compare to other hotels. And the good thing is its about less than two minutes...

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Came here on business and had a very positive experience. The pool and sauna is small, but well maintained. The only thing I would want would be an on site gym

Really delicious food. Good quantities and great prices. Not a run-of-the-mill salad, but something really special like pumpkin salad. But very tasty

I have not yet actually stayed at Staffelsteiner Hof, but I have been told that it is a nice place. I would be staying in the week of writing this review, however the event in Bad Staffelstein I was going to attend was cancelled. The hotel very kindly canceled my booking and I will certainly be sure to book Staffelsteiner Hof as soon as the conference is rescheduled.

We came here to eat very spontaneously. The view, the food and the service were great. The portions were large, the price reasonable and the salad as a starter was a dream.

We celebrated our wedding in the Berggasthof and are still thrilled. All guests praised the excellent food across the board, even (very special) intolerances were gladly dealt with. Thanks to the whole team!

We visited the Berggasthof Banzer Wald for lunch. Since it was a holiday, it was evidenced Locally with reservations. In spite of everything we received from the host to a table, but were informed of the operation to the fact that after a certain time the table is reserved. We would have had 45 minutes, which was of course a relaxed dinner significantly. In the end, we got, like, this but everything...

The room was very big which we liked a lot, the bathroom however as a little too tiny but overall very nicely. We also liked to have a second sink in the room which was more comfortable than in other stays.

Lovely hotel in a central location, ample parking, amazing food (breakfast and dinner at the restaurant), very clean, and genuinely friendly staff. You can tell that it is a family run business and that the owners love their job.

Restaurace dobrá, parkování v místě. Okolí příjemné na procházky. Z části pokojů nádherný výhled na celé údolí Bad Staffelsteinu a blízké opatství.

Alles im allem kann ich es nur empfehlen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Typisch fränkisch :-). Reichhaltiges Frühstück, gute Küche, leckeres Bier. Einzig für mich war es etwas vom Nachteil am Berg zu wohnen, da ich vor dem Frühstück gerne eine Runde joggen gehe. War aber nicht schlimm, dann ist die Runde etwas kürzer ausgefallen.

Slightly worn but works well for one night stay. The surrounding village is small but exquisitely beautiful and well well-kept yards full of flowers. The yard's restaurant worked very well on a warm evening , and we got fed up. Lovely sunset was visible from our window for free of charge. The atmosphere of the breakfast was devoted.

Very friendly staff, great service and excellent information on surrounding areas. Our room was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, crisp white linnen and beautiful, fluffy white bath towels. Breakfast Buffet was great too and parking is available at the property. Convenient location to take the train for a visit to Bamberg.

A small, lovingly run hotel. The welcome was warm, the rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and well presented. Gladly again, I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to have it cozy.

Our thermal bath visit was perfectly rounded off with this overnight stay. We received a very friendly welcome and felt very comfortable in the cozy, very clean room. The breakfast is very rich and tasty, many thanks to the very friendly service staff. We will be back definitely.

I had booked for 2 nights and had to cancel at very short notice. I was treated very kindly and with understanding.

Rooms have everything you need, not that big, but it was fine. Were only 1 night to sleep.. bed very comfortable, great view (when the weather is nice) Surprisingly a lot of choice for breakfast, even with fried eggs, yoghurt, fruit, freshly baked rolls and friendly service.. Gladly again

We booked for one night/ stopover. We got room #2 and it had everything we needed, good bed, new bathroom, patio with furniture, fridge and even a microwave. Everything was very clean. The landlords are very nice and try to fulfill every wish. The breakfast was awesome. Thank you again and maybe see you next time.

I go there without my own car. Could not find a taxi to go there and Mr. Schöpke picked me up from station. Very clean. Nice view and huge breakfast. I would very recommend you!

A very nice inn. Quiet single rooms at reasonable prices, great breakfast buffet, very nice family-run business. Unfortunately, the restaurant is currently only open on Thursday and Friday, but that's the way it is. Great location for excursions in all directions.

Excellent german trad food. Friendly and fast service. Price was happy surprise. Recommend Keller Bier mit snitchel, apple strudel mit williams. For bigger gang reserve a table.

Beautiful holiday apartment near Bad Staffelstein. The Obermain Therme is also just around the corner. My friends felt really good.

Apple cider cake was delicious. Price and performance match. The equipment of the restaurant is normal, it is suitable for a short break. Service friendly and attentive.

Room and bathroom are quite large and clean. Breakfast was ok. In the evening the food was good. Host couple were very friendly.

Down-to-earth, Bavarian cuisine with great service and a cozy atmosphere. And above all ... delicious ... :) Great cinema, absolutely recommendable
