Very kind and helpful staff. Ideal location if you wish to visit Ravensburg and the Bad Waldsee region or if you are on the way to/from Bodensee. The third bed for our adult-size son was a bit small, so we didn't give it 5 stars.

Excellent service and a phenomenal cuisine! This was a completely new food experience. Never in my entire life have I tasted so much love and passion in my meal ! We will come again from California just to eat here again!

Super customer oriented stuff - we were arriving late and were awaited for even outside the standard check in hours. Outstandingly clean room, ideal location for a sleep over on the way from Italy to Germany.

Very tastefully and beautifully renovated townhouse, comfortable beds, easy access via code/key box. Overall great, but the rooms on the second floor are very noisy. We could hear our neighbors snoring and talking.

The accommodation is clean and centrally located, especially for travelers by train. Everything is within walking distance. Everything you need is there. The only thing I didn't like was that everything is rather practically furnished. I felt it lacked coziness.

Comfort and great location The place was incredible, just like the photos in the ad. Very comfortable. The only problem was the lack of information in advance about the check-in procedure. I only received the instructions a few hours before check-in, when I was already on my way to the accommodation. Coffee could also have been made available.

Nice Apartment Building We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable, the furniture is solid, uniform, and functional. The bathroom amenities are great. The fridge is silent.

The children like to eat spaetzle and cheese spaetzle here. The adults prefer to eat the roasted onion. Both are plentiful and tasty.

The huge farm with all kinds of small animals on which the children could romp around and discover without hesitation was also positive.

Our stay was very nice. Nice helpful staff very nice rooms. The food was excellent and there was something for every taste. In the thermal bath an application could not take place but we immediately got a voucher which we could then redeem at the bar.

I stayed at Art-Hotel for 1 month and I really recommend this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful, room is clean and the location is very good.

Was there for one night on business. Good service and clean. Good mattress! Smokers can go out onto the balcony from their room. Free parking in front of the hotel. Right next to the hotel is a restaurant serving Italian cuisine. The tortellini panna's service were very good! I would stay there overnight again.

Hotel was sufficient. The beds a little narrow and short. Hotel ambience sufficient for this unbeatable price! Since I don't eat breakfast I can't comment on that. If I'm in the area again, I will visit this hotel again. 4* because the parking spaces are very narrow and not sufficient.

Small room with single bed. Balcony door was opened when I arrived - at 2 degrees Celsius outside temperature. Room never got warm during the two days stay. Broken shower cabin. Noisy toilets. In total not a recommendation. On the other hand free parking and really downtown.

Liked the location, and the size of the room. Didn't liked the cleaness and the fact that in hot days, some rooms are impossible to use due to the lack of air conditioner.

Nice quiet room, all the employees made me feel welcome and spoke perfect English, breakfast was very good, and they have parking. The room was spacious by German standards. No air conditioning but it was not that hot during my stay.

The hotel was easy to find using in car navigation. Staff were good to work with & accommodating . Room is slightly smaller but adequate for two for a night. My room is clean and tidy. The hotel did not provide a kettle so I could not have hot drink in my room. The hotel is a bit far from the train station when I have two 20 kgs- luggages with me. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for my friends.

Wonderful rooms, HUGE spacious bathroom and shower. One downside though is that all the smokers hang out right in front of the only entryway which really makes it difficult for someone with asthma or COPD. Not too non smoker friendly in that aspect. Great location. Olive and Wolfgang are wonderful owners who strive to provide the absolute best experience for their guests. I will never stay anywhere else but here when visiting Ravensburgh. This is my second visit!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Wolfgang, Olive and their staff is so amazing. I had a lovely time getting to know them. Highly recommend eating and staying here. They have some of the best food that you can find in the city. When you stay at the hotel you will feel like family and that is a very special thing.

Definitely the best experience I've had at any hotel. Staff is very open, kind and friendly. Very much so will do anything to make sure that your stay is a comfortable one. It's kept very tidy as well. As far as hotels go, you can only go right with this one. Haven't tried the food as of yet, but it looks and smells wonderful. One of the best restaurants in Ravensburg. Really good Swabian food and some special dishes. All accessible via wheelchair. Please note that vegetarian options are given but less due typically Swabian food. Staff is awesome and if you need something just let them know. 5* without doubt!

Perfect for a city break in Ravensburg, right next to the train station (though you'll not hear one from your room) so you're connected to just about everywhere. Friendly staff and onsite parking.

Very conveniently located to train station, super market, restaurants, taxi stand etc. Room and breakfast were good and front office staff very friendly and helpful. Only issue was the thermostat in the room was not easy to operate making the room quite hot and had to keep the windows open. Will stay here again on my next visit.

I gave 4 stars because I was not satisfied with the hygiene of the bathroom. More attention should be paid to bathroom hygiene, especially in the shower and toilet. I will return to this hotel with great pleasure. I wish all employees good health!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. This place is perfect for a short or longer stay in Ravensburg. It’s central location makes it a quick walk or train ride wherever you want to go in the area. Rooms are very clean, quiet and also nice and cool. The default 12:00 check out time is perfect if you like sleeping in. See you next time.

Great hotel with modern rooms with balcony and on 2 levels. Very nice and polite staff in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet with plenty of choice and if something was missing it was immediately refilled. We have often been to the Terrassenhotel, just to eat but also overnight. We really appreciate how courteous and friendly you are served here as a guest. Lodged here for a short time as it was fair priced and not too far away from the places I had in mind. Check in is really 24 hours ( key box ). Interior ( carpets for instance ) could be better but considering the price it was okay. On-site parking is additional 5 EUR and off-site parking spaces are rare. Nice hotel, clean comfy and well equipped bedrooms. Bathrooms large and spacious. Decent breakfast, although there is a lack of hot food options. Major let down for me was no air conditioning, and no fan in the room to mitigate this. With proximity to busy road and having the windows open made for an uncomfortable night.

We have went there for dinner with colleagues. The main dishes were quite well also wine's. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. We did not stayed at the hotel, next time I will try.

Ideal stopover on the way from Rhineland to Südtirol. Not far from Autobahn intersection. 5 minutes walk from the old and beautiful part of Memmingen, free parking . Quiet rooms, clean, spacious, everything you need is available, fair pricing, good breakfast. If weather allows, book a table in the beautiful beer garden. Surely will return when in the area again.
