The breakfast was not bad but not good either. There are a few drawbacks in the room, the wallpaper is hanging loose, it is quite dirty, it is doable for the price you pay. At night it is nice so I give this hotel 3 stars

Excellent, good value for money, that's what the stars were based on. John nice dutch guy. We had a wonderful time here with 5 men (motorcyclists). Beds sleep well. We were in room 21. The hotel is under construction. Hotel is an excellent base for motorcyclists. You are less than 4 km from Winterbergen. In the evening good beer chatting good music everything to have a successful weekend.

Has already been to the hotel several times for business and can only say positive things! Rooms are functional but comfortably furnished! Breakfast is first class. You should definitely make a reservation in the restaurant!

Room is big with balcony and the all inclusive breakfast & dinner are nothing to shout about. No toast machine to make toasted bread & coffee is bad! If you want a quiet getaway then this is the place but don't have any expectations. The hotel has only the indoor swimming pool to offer which is the only thing I enjoyed!. No coffee/tea or mini fridge facilities in the room.

Delicious food, dog could just join on the terrace, got some water without asking and the owner is very friendly. Schnitzel was really really good, with melted cheese and ham on the side. Also salad and fries. Quiet location, virtually no cars and a nice terrace with a view. Highly recommended.

Good room with enough facilities, but the cleaning service is not good as 4 stars hotel. Also the pool area is not so clean and the pool has not really good filters as well. The breakfast is good and serves in a cozy place.

We stayed at a one room apartment with two elders and two children. The apartment is new and well furnished. Very clean. The location is also very good there are lots of activities available around the park. The hotel is having a SPA with an indoor pool. We will go again .

We came here for our first experience with Winterberg. A spacious apartment with kitchen and bathroom in a separate room. But really guys, the bedroom, had no curtain or window cover of any kind. We went back to the reception and they offered us a pair a bed sheets and a do it yourself. 3 days passed and no one came to offer a better solution and score some extra points. The bed covers where too...

We stayed in the apartments that are 300m from the hotel building and we absolutely loved our stay. It wasn't a busy period so parking was available at all times, it was clean and spacious, quiet and relaxing - all we wanted. The pillows do need an urgent update so I recommend getting a pillow from home if that's something that's a deal breaker for you. The rest was great.

We liked the room and the breakfast. We had a nice place for breakfast with a view of the garden. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The location is ideal: close to the city center, but still quietly located on a side street. A supermarket is around the corner.

Accommodation is in a quiet side street, but still only a few steps away from the “town center”. Very nice owners. Great garden with terrace. Top breakfast buffet, enough tea or coffee, wide variety, nothing was missing. Room was "small" but cozy and very clean. Large carport for our motorcycle. Amazing breakfast! Super nice staff and welcoming place. The rooms were comfy, extremely clean and well kept and maintained. The bathroom idem, a bit small but excellent shower and thats what matters most. The hosts are amazing and so friendly! Will go back.

Great hotel, with very nice and helpful hosts! The breakfast was good, everything is super clean, beds/mattresses are great (the TV might be a bit small). There is a great garden and the location is very central. We had a very good time at the hotel!

Wonderful apartment, super clean and in the best location! My girlfriend and I were guests at Haus Cramer for a week and are simply thrilled! The apartment was spotlessly clean and very modern and tastefully decorated! The bed is incredibly comfortable and the mattresses are also perfectly clean! Everything was to our absolute satisfaction! We will come back :) P.s.: The landlords are simply lovely...

Great location and the cleanest rooms in a B&B that I know + freshly modernized bathroom. You could tell the hostess every moment that she does her job with passion. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the corona protective measures were implemented and adhered to. Thanks for the nice stay!

Nice and beautiful place and clean

A nice cosy place with beautiful views and close to town and the slopes. Unfortunately no microwave or coffee (perculator only) and apartment smelling of sigaret smoke was a turn-off. We'll stay elsewhere next time.

Magic, wonderful, quiet and amazing views

Nice little apart hotel right at the ski resort/bike park Winterberg. Very friendly staff/owner, great selection of breakfast buffet and cosy little rooms. Service is solid, rooms are clean and modern, a place to securely store bikes or skiing equipment is available. Parking right at the spot. Close to the city too. Full recommendation.

The park is huge and nicely arranged. The houses are well maintained, nicely furnished, good equipped and very clean. The facilities in the park are great for children and the ski slopes are just a 20 mins car drive away.

Bungalow Ausstattung klasse. Nähe zum Zentrum gut. Personal ist bemüht.

It's great that there is a bridge connecting the hotel room and the water park building, so we didn't need to wear big jackets to the water park and could take a nice shower in the hotel afterwards.

In the Centerparcs hotel, the rooms were freshly renovated, the bathroom redesigned and modern, and the furniture in the room stylish and comfortable. A large flat screen TV as well as a coffee machine and mini fridge are standard, as well as a safe in the closet. We particularly liked the new bathroom.

We come here regularly for a midweek, both in summer and winter, actually all year round. Always in a hotel room with an associated breakfast. If you are a bit careful, you can stay here for very reasonable prices. A great fun swimming pool, nice market dome with facilities for the inner person. We dared and came back to relax, I think for the fourth or fifth time. The bungalow is a dream with a wellness oasis, nothing is missing, pictures will follow. Very, very clean as always. Nice park and nice staff. We only had to look for the hotel room ourselves, as there is no more reception in the hotel probably because of Corona. That was a bit annoying as there are several stairways and hallways. The cleaning also left something to be desired as a drawer and the toilet lid were not really clean. Thank you for some wonderful days at your hotel. The friendly and cozy vibe made our stay a nice and relaxing experience. The Staff was at all time to our servic. As you can see in the pictures, an extraordinary ambience. There's so much to see there. The rooms are very nicely decorated. The breakfast is great, something for everyone. You could choose from three menus for dinner. Super tasty. The spa area was great, not so sterile, very nice to relax.

The design, as shown on the homepage, is unique and extraordinary. The atmosphere and furnishings leave hardly any wishes unfulfilled and if they do, the service is happy to fulfill them. We went there for bowling and it was quite a unique experience. The bowling place had one lane with the lane and bowling balls being different and the controls were confusing to say the least. The staff was friendly but hard to find. Personally wouldn't recommend but it was alright.

Girlfriends wellness vacation 3 nights Was with my girlfriend on March 11, 2024 for 3 nights in the beautiful small family hotel. We had the Mexico themed room, it was very nicely decorated with a small tea corner and very clean. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and there was something for everyone, it was always refilled, the nice lady who kept coming to the tables in the morning was courteous...

Really nice hotel with great rooms, services (people and equipment) and food. Location is practical, in the village, a little away from the ski slopes (but a free shuttle service is provided or access by car is very fast).

Very beautiful hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms. My kids were very pleased by the little details reserved for them such as kids slippers and kids personal care kit with special shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and a wet cleaning paper just for them. Great place to stay for skiing in the Sauerland. The Big Egg building is iconic, the views from the rooms are great, the huge jacuzzi is fantastic after skiing or hiking, and the indoor pool has a diving board and a slide. There is an outdoor pool also but it was winter when I was there. The breakfast buffet is great. Bar was nice and had good wine. Good restaurant options within walking distance...

Great hotel just at the end of downtown Winterberg. Beautiful views of the area. The spa area is huge and very nice. I did not care for the strange ergonomic pillows but that's just a personal preference. We got stuck for a short time in the elevator so be aware. The breakfast buffet is really nice.

I was there for a one-day yoga workshop from the online yoga course. The resort is impressive! The food was excellent. The service was outstanding and very friendly. I would also like to check out the rooms and other amenities.

We visit Central hotel every time we go to Winterberg Last year we even stayed there. The food is quite good for the money you pay. This year we went there again and had lunch which again met our expectations.Nice and cozy environment in the heart of the center. I blindly recommend this platform a good drink and lunch. Not a pub or a place for teenagers and early Twenties audience.
