We were only at the restaurant. Food was delicious and the service was also excellent. Ambience is amazing and we had a very good time at the restaurant. Definitely recommended!

I loved it during our stay, it was Smooth and Relaxing, Nice Room, very comfortable, Food was delicious and a big thumbs up for the Personnel, they are all Friendly and nice, always Smiling,approachable, and thats what excellent service is all about , We love to go back there again.

The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was friendly and helpful especially with a child. Definitely going back to dine again!

We stayed here for 2 nights/3days and it was an enjoyable experience. The food was great and the room was clean. The hotel is also located not too far of a drive from Arber see (11 mins) and the Czech republic border (6 mins). The hotel staff were very nice and beyond helpful.
As for hotel amenities, we used the sauna room by booking a few hours in advance, it was very clean and relaxing ; a much needed down time. Table tennis and billiard are also available and easily accessible in the hotel.
I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Nice rooms. Very friendly for families and very close to the ski- area.
