Hotels in Dachau

A place comfortable to stay. The rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast menu is good but seems overpriced. For me it was perfect as it was near to my workplace. Staff is very polite and helpful.

It’s a very good hotel to stay over night especially if you’re traveling by car. It is in a walking distance from the Dachau memorial which is a very sad reminder of recent history and a must visit in the area. The hotel is renovated, room was nice and clean. Personnel is helpful. There is a petrol station just next to the hotel.

Pro: Very nice hotel, super comfy! Every things are pretty new and in good condition! Great value indeed! (Speedy internet too!) Con: there's no telephone in room. No locker and wardrobe either :( Overall: 4.4 out of 5, this hotel is definitely underrated!

Clean and modern although rooms small and spartan though at a low price. No room phone? Had to go downstairs to ask someone to check the AC because the room was warm with curtains closed and temp turned down. Was told by the manager that all German hotels had only one temp control for the whole building. My guess is that the price was low since they were saving energy by keeping temp above comfort...

Plenty of parking available for free. There is Burger king right next to the hotel. The hotel is very clean and newish. The shower does not have a door, which I would prefer. The only drawback is the breakfast does not really worth it. There is barely any choice and what they have is not the best quality.

Great location (within walking distance to the train station, restaurants, stores, ice cream places..), excellent breakfast buffet (with a nice variety of breads, wurst, cheese, cereal), nice, clean rooms and wonderful, accommodating service. There's more we'd like to see and do in the area, and we'll happily stay there again

Clean and comfortable hotel and recommend for a short (2-3) days intensive business trip. They serve good breakfast and have a small bar in hotel Rooms are big and well equipped. Bathroom are bit small and old fashioned Not the best in town but recommended for a small trip

Nice hotel with friendly staff... specially one miss in the reception who made a coffee for me. They helped me with everything I needed. Fresh room, good cleaning, nice showers..

Bathroom fan too loud. Would have liked to have had a Nespresso machine in the room - would be better...

Hotel gave me the wrong room. 2 single beds instead of the queen-size bed I booked. The receptionist was never there and when he was there, he was useless. The cook and head chef in the restaurant next door was the rudest and most unprofessional in his discipline. I had the same thing confirmed by a dozen other hotel guests.

The hotel is very well equipped but you can tell that it is not yet fully up to scratch when it comes to service. But that was no problem and every beginning is difficult ;-) The breakfast was good and sufficient.

The food tasted very good and the Restaurant is located in a quiet location. The waitresses are very attentive.

Was very satisfied! Fast Service, nice atmosphere and above all very very tasty food! The salmon cream soup and the Pfefferrahm-roast veal of the day and as dessert Creme Brulee had and was extremely satisfied with everything. Were once there for lunch and I really must say that you can eat there super good. Probably the only deficiency is the long wait, we apologize but, to be occupied since the time the Restaurant was and the waiter had the care of many more guests. In terms of taste, this economy is not the only one! Also, the staff is super friendly, made us feel completely at ease!

We will come in the black Berghof, because it always tastes good, but mainly because you have in front of the terrace is a large Meadow with a lot of toys for children. Even a small football ground! Having been driving from Normandy to Vienna we fetched up in Dachau partly by accident. Writing as many reviews as I can about this place. I've stayed two separate times at Hotel Drei Lowen in Dachau and both times were very very nice. The new, modern remodeled rooms are very nice and clean. I was at the end of August 2014 for 2 days in the Hotel 3 lions. The Hotel is located in a quiet side street in the immediate vicinity of the Bus, the train station is approximately 1.5 KM away. On my two visits, I have had large comfortable rooms, with plenty of space and cupboards to keep my clothings in. The hotel has plenty of outside space such as the outside seating, the grassed area plus car parking. The staff especially Tony is very kind and attentive, on my trips I had to carry out some work after checking out.

Great staff and great place! Def recommend it! Owner was amazing, we checked in very late due to car issues, they had 1 room available, warm and prepared, phone charger for us, they were nice and supportive and giving us advice. We fell upon this hotel at the last minute. We decided to stay in Dachau the night before visiting the Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial. It is owned by Tony Burgmeier who is the 6th generation owner. He greeted us and was absolutely delightful from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. Not a single bad thing in a 5 nights experience

Small hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Reception is very kind and helpful. Our apartment was clean, exclusively furnished and with excellent interior design. Smart use of roof construction. Excellent windows and view. Wi-fi coverage can be improved. General impression: EXCELLENT. Looking forward to visit it again.

The food was very good! Understaffed though so we had to wait quite a while. Nice ambience nonetheless and would recommend trying it out.

We only ate at the restaurant. Nice terrace, traditional german food, correct in quality and in very good quantity. Service is polite but as often in Germany, not enough staff, meaning you have to wait quite a long time.

This place was super nice. I came at a bad hour though, around 2:30pm, at which point they weren't serving food. The tea was amazing though, and the service was absolutely top.

We we're there over night because we had a judo competition the next day. While Wi-Fi was free each got only one device. Cool new hotel in Dachau with nice rooms, some with a kitchen. The corner of town does not have many restaurants, so it is definitely a good option for longer stays. The staff and especially the hotel manager were very friendly and tried hard. Very large parking lot.
