A stunning resort - I was there for a meeting and didn’t get a chance to use the facilities. From what I saw it’s a wonderful, place to relax, golf and do all the other things I didn’t get a chance to. 😄

Superior and high-end hotel in a beautiful area in the Black Forest. Very friendly staff and clean rooms.

Had a quick tour of the property. Wonderful location, friendly staff, beautiful pool area. The central "Spielzimmer" for the young ones, with toys for the very small, to table tennis, Fussball, pool table and electronics for the big ones, is large and for all age groups. If the kids play golf, the Hotel is a great place. For non-golfer (kids), probably a bit too quiet. Excellent location for company...

Amazing experience. The Suite rooms in the annex/dependence deliver a great comfort besides being isolated from the main building (2mns walking max). The place is very quite and offers a nice view over the golf area. And you get extra preparation in the room if you have a dog (dogs not allowed in the main building). Amazing 5 star luxury resort. The staff is super friendly and it’s an absolutely beautiful hotel. I love the bar, there is also a smokers lounge.

A true 5 star hotel: From the first class (and friendly) check-in to the quality of every fixture and fitting, this is a really impressive hotel. I particularly liked the gym facilities. A huge range of high end equipment, and there was a separate room to use for yoga/ personal exercise (when not used for classes), the pool was lovely with many places to sit or lounge by. Is okay. For a quiet room, you have to pay a few euros more, otherwise you out of sleep to the busy Federal highway. On the quiet side of the flight is then stopping place, where it might be too loud.

The Hotel has a sound equipment and really clean rooms. The Breakfast is good and the reception very friendly. Really modern, the equipment is not working but everything essential is there. If a does not interfere with the location between the airport and the motorway, you can stay here. (Ear plugs are provided with each room)

No WiFi, shower faced over the side of the tub rather than the long way, little in the way of toiletries, breakfast unimpressive for €13. I found fake stuffed heads, velvet/velvetine chairs, and brothel-esque mirrors to be tacky, but I think a lot of people might be impressed by the extensive indoor fountain. Clean room, no view, and again, even in the lobby, WiFi consistently drops you. Trains not...

Friendly staff, nice rooms. The dear-head on top of the bed scared me at first though😅 Breakfast was really good, but the options for vegans were a bit rare. All in all a very nice, old, fancy atmosphere.

Functional hotel in Donaueschingen, excellent to stay a few days waiting for the weather to improve for our canoe trip on the Danube. Breakfast is huge and really nice. One receptionist tried to move us to another room when we needed one day more, but another one let us keep our room, which was great. Rooms are quite big. WiFi worked. But yeah, very transactional and not very hospitable per se.

General speaking it is good. Not super clean but ok. The bad thing was that the sunlight enter the room at 07:00

Nice hotel. Renovated room. But this is austere behaviour. No fridge. No night réception We came back at 22h15 after diner on a thursday night. All was closed even they have a restaurant... We met people. Can we have a last beer? No it is close. This is Not service. this is not hotel. We expect more from a 3☆ hotel...

Clean and comfortable room, with very good dinner and breakfast. Overall price to quality ratio very good. The dinner maybe was a little too pricey but very tasty food.

They serve a very good breakfast with diverse choices. They have also a very good chef in the restaurant, if you decide to dine in the hotel. "Home-style" cuisine on a high level, highly recommended. The garden, however, is not for peace loving, then on a drive-through road located. Service very friendly and attentive.

An absolutely amazing Hotel and Restaurant. Since(n) gets what's on the plate for his money. Since the Chef does the cooking himself, with fresh ingredients from the market and herbs from the own garden. Hammer And Desserts. The rooms are newly renovated and very lovingly furnished with taste.

We had a great stay here…….not the most inviting from the outside, but really nice inside. Staff were helpful, the owner cheerful and engaging, made us feel very welcome. The Lindenhof is definitely a good option to choose for the Black Forest marathon weekend as the hotel is in the middle of the historic old town and a mere five minute walk away from the start and finish point of the event. Rooms are spread across three floors and many have their own balcony. The single beds are rather small but the single rooms themselves are spacious. The breakfast is a great buffet...

Liked convenience to Black Forest, friendly helpful staff, cute village and free parking everywhere. Pillows too big and soft, but no other complaint.

The location is excellent, close to the Danube spring in a painteresque environment. We had a very comfortable family room, easily accessible via the stairs or lift. Breakfast was great. The hotel staff is very nice an friendly. A very spacious garage is available for the bikes, at night it stays locked. The hotel’s outdoor restaurant is great fir dining.

We stayed here for one night while passing through by bike. A very nice older inn, as we know it from before (our impression) We had an older room (no criticism), which was very well-kept and in which we felt very comfortable. Certainly there is room for improvement here and there, but if you spend the night here you certainly won't go wrong!

A comfortable, quite and clean hotel. The interior is old but well kept with new referbished bathrooms. It's a short walk from the station and also close by to many restaurants (including a fantastic Italian ice cream cafe). Great place to stay, they also cater to cyclist if you are cycle touring in this area.

Friendly staff and good location. Some places need a little renovation but the bedrooms were good and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of everything you expect. The on site parking was expensive and could have probably parked on the street for free.

Great location to begin cycling along the Donau. Victor was very helpful to accommodate our late arrival. The bicycle storage was secure and easy to access. We slept well and the breakfast buffet was excellent!

Lovely hotel in the middle of the city. We are riding our bikes on the Danube and they provide secure parking. Room was spacious and spotless and the bathroom was awesome. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food and service were excellent. We shared the bolognese and carbonara. And glasses of wine are very generous! Highly recommend.

I stopped by this place while on a motorcycle trip. The room was neat and clean, and a small issue with the shower is being corrected. I walked into an obviously top notch restaurant in shorts and a Hoodie and was accepted and received great service. My biker hair and clothing did not fit in 😁 A great place to stop and stay, and ease enjoy the great food.

The food was outstanding, we had the 4 course menu, the asparagus and the lamb with buckwheat were delicious. The service was on point and attentive. Highly recommended, we will comeback for sure.

Good spot to stay for one night. It's outdated, but probably that the charm here. Rooms are very dark, using very low wattage bulbs in few lamps which work. The host account was hacked and they managed to steal some of my personal data.

Beautiful hotel in a picturesque village! The place looks vintage but is well kept. Bed linen and towels were of high quality and everything was clean. Accommodates for late arrival times by leaving keys in a lockbox just outside main entrance. We payed ~100€ for four people and one night. I am sad that we did not stay longer. On the hill place hotel, has old style small rooms, quite friendly service, food so far ok. The only thing was, hotel staff that lives in a room over our room was very loud over the night , running like animals trough the room, maybe under drugs. So be sure to ask for a room that does not have staff living on top of it.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet is really good and filling. Restaurants are available at walkable distances for lunch and dinner options. Free parking available. I was not happy with the Wellness (massage) services offered within the Hotel. They seemed to have a new website of their own (not yet updated on the Hotel's website) as well as missing several massage options.

Pros: - Staff was friendly and helpful - Breakfast was good Cons: - Most of the hotel looks old (furniture, decorations, etc) - My room was cold when I arrived and it took about two days of heating to get the room temperature to be at an acceptable level - Walls are thin - Wifi is slow and stops working at some points - Elevator was broken the whole week I stayed there

The room was spacious, a bit old but did the job just right. The shower was a bit too small to my liking. Overall great location, facilities, and cleanliness. I look a bit outdated but very neat, the rooms are clean, the food good, the staff pleasant and unobtrusive. In-room coffee machine and free welcome coffee ... wi-fi is very good 👍

For those who complain you should take a 5* hotel and pay 500€ per day.. this is very nice hotel... rooms are big and nice.. breakfast is unbelivably good..we are now here...first time in Bad Durrheim and we will come again to this hotel...

I loved staying here. The restaurant had amazing food! The rooms were beautiful and it was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

We were seated immediately arrival on a Sunday afternoon about 12:30 pm. The waitress was fast and friendly. It was a very german menu with a lot of choices. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable. I would go there again.

Great, friendly hotel with nice rooms and good burgers. The music in the restaurant is played via an LED triptych, so that depending on the mood, bar lounge music or other topics can be played (almost like live music) ... Since we were here in the opening week, I keep my fingers crossed for the corresponding success

Lovely relaxing stay. Superb place to stay, a really spacious and clean suite on the top floor. Bar/restuarant served superb food and a great breakfast. Nice quiet area and easy walk into the centre of Loffingen. Parking spaces are not abundant but there is plenty of parking in town a short walk away so no real issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Been there a couple of times for dinners after work. This place has great food and the atmosphere is nice, unfortunately you will have to wash your smelly clothes after a visit.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Linde Gasthof. Very friendly people, large clean room with a comfy bed. The breakfast was very enjoyable and the dinner just great. Highly recommend to stay for a night or two and go to the Wutach Schlucht to be amazed by it's beauty.

This place is great, have a good night's sleep and eat well in the centre of Löffingen. It has the traditional atmosphere of a charming wood-creaking black forest hotel. On top of that the owner and chef of the place offers a menu with delicious freshly made dishes that often add a modern and creative twist to the regional cuisine. Be sure to check the kitchen's opening hours.

I stayed with a group four motorcyclist to explore the stunning scenery and enjoy the winding roads of the Black Forest. The Gasthof was perfect for our purpose with locked secure parking and an English speaking motorcycle enthusiast hotel owner who provided advice on routes to ride. The hotel is run to a high standard with very comfortable double and single rooms. The usual continental breakfast...

Decent hotel with helpful and kind staff. Hotel is near to the forrest, but Villingen downtown is a bit far, so I recommend coming with a car. Note that reception works only from around 7AM to the around 7PM. Rest of the time key lockbox is in use.

Ok place to crash for a night. I didn't like the thin bed linens, but the room was large and clean. The caretaker leaves at about 9pm, but keys are left out for late arrivers. The breakfast buffet in the morning was small but quite nice, and since we were, as far as I can tell, about the only guests still in the hotel it was quite sufficient! We only rented the sauna by the hour, so I can't rate the service and the hotel rooms. It's always a great experience in the sauna. You can bring your own food and relax with your friends, have a sauna, eat and enjoy the view on the terrace.

Owner very friendly and helpful. Was immediately offered a garage for the motorcycle. Breakfast wonderful. Unfortunately, after 8 p.m. no more hot food. No points deducted, because we had to realize that this is common in this area.

It was just incredibly beautiful, it couldn't have been better, from breakfast to dinner, everything was great Very, very friendly staff, including the boss, simply great! Möhrringers Hotel is the best hotel I've ever been to. Definitely better than the 5-star Hilton at Munich airport and the Clarion hotel in Helsinki. Our room had a nice balcony where it was a pleasure to sit. Breakfasts are ok, dinners in the restaurant were great. If you like hiking or biking, this location is just marvelous - there are many interesting routes in every direction. And with a short car ride you can reach a few amusements park that'll be interesting for children.

Really nice people. We slept in a beautiful renovated room! We had diner a few times, because the kitchen surprised us again and again. We'd liked the surprise diner, variabele fish and meet or vegetarian, always with a lot of vegetables :) wonderful hikes around the guesthouse.

Love it here. Family Fichtel are fantastic host . The food is terrific and all handmade with local products by chef Alfred Fichtel. The hotel is well kept, clean and the family ambient is superb. There are lots a tracks to walk and enjoy nature.

The black forest area intrigues an explorer's interest- it really reminded me of cartoons, seeing the forest section. Reaching the hotel, the views were brilliant from the premises. A new hotel with a nice wellness facility, which includes a Finnish sauna, Hamam Sauna, swimming pool (outdoor & indoor). The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is diverse and tasty. The hotel is pretty far from all the bigger cities, but this is probably the good side of it's location - should be nice area for hiking in summer & winter. Overall very good impression.

I stayed in the rosengarten hotel for a working seminar. The place was great and perfect for working and team building events. The food was delicious and the service really good. I can only recommend this place!
