Wonderful hotel, spacious rooms, good breakfast. Just next to the entrance to the historic Zons city centre. Would come back.

Very nice place to stay in a quiet medieval little town not far from Cologne where tje prices are overrated. Breakfast is delicious and the people are very friendly.

Nice and cozy, across entrance to the castle. The rooms are spacious and clean. A bit expensive though. The bar is old school and breakfast excellent!

We had a double room on the ground floor facing the road. Nothing was amiss except maybe a coffee machine or kettle in the room but we were provided with a thermos of hot water instead. Breakfast at 7.30 is very nice. The website needs to be updated as bikes are no longer available which was a shame. The hotel rooms were comfortable however they were a bit small. The bathroom was very new and clean. the breakfast in the morning is the same everyday and it serves regular breakfast items such as fried eggs, scrambled eggs, bread, ham and drinks. occasionally sausages are served too. i tried the restaurant downstairs and it tasted very delicious!! i highly recommend the restaurant as they serve traditional...

A good hotel with very friendly staff. They have a good kitchen with a huge variety of meals for all. The rooms are nice, clean but a bit dated except for the renewed bathrooms. The airconditioning doesn’t really work but you can open windows so no problem. They have a good internet connection except for some rooms.

Not what we expected for the rate we paid. The rooms are clean and spacious, but the interior is outdated and requires some urgent updates. Staff is friendly, however, we struggled to find someone responsible to check us in and out - reception seems rarely occupied.

Very poor wi-fi signal in my room. No heater and outside it's below 0 c°. The food is not good at all and due to corona lockdown there's not many available options. Staff is top. Really good people. Room cleaning is also very good. No minibar or coffee machine in the room. Parking lot is good. Location is also good.

Glad we found this place Lovely hotel with free open carpark. Our room was a business room, it had a microwave, sink and fridge along with a work surface to sit out. Fijn hotel, waar je goed je auto op eigen terecht terecht kunt, op wandelafstand van het stadscentrum. Kamer is ruim modern en schoon. Het ontbijt is compleet en top. Ook onze hond kreeg veel positieve aandacht van het hotelpersoneel. Met de hond mochten we niet in de ontbijtzaal. Ontbijten mocht wel met hond in de lounge hoek, de koffie werd bezorgd en onze hond kreeg nog een paar lekkertjes. Nog...

Freundliche und hilfreiches Personal. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Alle Kaffee Spezialitäten kann man an einer Maschine am Buffet holen. Danke an die Dame und den Herren, die mir morgens beim Frühstück geholfen haben. Unser Zimmer war frisch renoviert. Kein Teppich, das ist schön. Herzlichen Dank auch an die Rezeption, der Tipp mit dem Restaurant an Rhein war ausgezeichnet! Wir kommen wieder ins Achat

It's a beautiful place to stay in after a long and tiring day at work. Very peaceful and quiet. I just love the place to stay.

My room needs a renovation, the bathroom even more. My back hurts after the night, either not the right or an old saggy mattress. For me in any case too soft (80Kg body weight). I did not try breakfast, Wi-Fi breaks off or is too slow. Worth a try, but next time I'll book something else.

Great price compared to other hotels during the Christmas Market season. Even included buffet breakfast. Not the most "luxurious" of hotels but everything was clean and tidy. Great for a couple of nights or quick stopover.

A great place to stay! We arrived after a long road trip and were happy to enjoy a warm room to take a nap! Then, we enjoyed a great meal at the restraunt. Plus, they have 6 local beers on tap! Score!
