The place to stay, a great hotel!

Wonderful hotel, spacious rooms, good breakfast. Just next to the entrance to the historic Zons city centre. Would come back.

Excellent! Staff is very good. I like the service very much. Highly recommended for those who wish to organize the project meetings.

Very nice place to stay in a quiet medieval little town not far from Cologne where tje prices are overrated. Breakfast is delicious and the people are very friendly.

Nice and cozy, across entrance to the castle. The rooms are spacious and clean. A bit expensive though. The bar is old school and breakfast excellent!

We had a double room on the ground floor facing the road. Nothing was amiss except maybe a coffee machine or kettle in the room but we were provided with a thermos of hot water instead. Breakfast at 7.30 is very nice. The website needs to be updated as bikes are no longer available which was a shame. The hotel rooms were comfortable however they were a bit small. The bathroom was very new and clean. the breakfast in the morning is the same everyday and it serves regular breakfast items such as fried eggs, scrambled eggs, bread, ham and drinks. occasionally sausages are served too. i tried the restaurant downstairs and it tasted very delicious!! i highly recommend the restaurant as they serve traditional...

A good hotel with very friendly staff. They have a good kitchen with a huge variety of meals for all. The rooms are nice, clean but a bit dated except for the renewed bathrooms. The airconditioning doesn’t really work but you can open windows so no problem. They have a good internet connection except for some rooms.

Not what we expected for the rate we paid. The rooms are clean and spacious, but the interior is outdated and requires some urgent updates. Staff is friendly, however, we struggled to find someone responsible to check us in and out - reception seems rarely occupied.

Very poor wi-fi signal in my room. No heater and outside it's below 0 c°. The food is not good at all and due to corona lockdown there's not many available options. Staff is top. Really good people. Room cleaning is also very good. No minibar or coffee machine in the room. Parking lot is good. Location is also good.

The hotel has wonderful location just at the Rhine with view of the river and just at the edge of beautiful Benrath Schlosspark, the staff is friendly. But the building is of poor quality. If you are there in summer you will be roasted at night as the rooms overheat immediatelly and no ac, just fans are available. A nice hotel on a very beautiful spot: you can see the Rhine from the hotel and you are walking distance from the palace and park. The hotel itself was very warm in summer, with no airco, that was a bit too bad. Furthermore the hotel is clean, the people are friendly (in a German way) and the food is good.

I really like this place, its just near the river an amazing quiet and nice place, you can sit outside and enjoy your beer or whatever you ordered, the service is good and fast.

Quite basic hotel and a bit old and worn. Lots of things broken, stains on carpet, no shower Curtain/door and quite musty smell. Bed was good.

Nice for a short stay, nearby the subway, has quick restaurants around that are opened at night , it’s nearby a mini plaza so I’d say efficient

Good location just beside public transportation

The location is convenient, close to the station, and there are many affordable restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets nearby. When I checked in, the receptionist only spoke German, so communication was a little difficult, but at other times there were people who spoke English.

The environment is very old, the wifi signal is extremely poor, there is no hair dryer, and the sheets are yellow

The place is old but good maintained and comfortable. The breakfast is not included They said it is because of the Covid situation although it’s 2022 and the pandemic is not here any more.

Good hotel in Langenfeld. Represented with historical presence. Relatively small area with decent crowd. Stay is quite and food is delicious. Good for small gathering. Large seating area. Good for quiet evenings.

Very Neat and Beautiful Hotel. My husband I , had a Peaceful night. The Manager is the Best I have ever come in contact with. His is so friendly and knows how to handle his guests. The breakfast was very good.We will return again.

Hotel was good, location not so much; teenagers walking by threw rocks at us while we were waiting outside. However, this isn't the fault of the hotel

The room was what we expected - a place to lay our head for a night. It seemed misplaced in a neighborhood that needed renovation. We were asked to park on the back-side of the hotel, which seemed like a driveway to a run-down mall with no parking. The hotel was nice enough on the inside. If you just need to get some shut-eye, this will work. I wouldn't stay here as a destination.

Right next to the train station and public transport links rooms very clean have own balcony shopping centre 5 mins walk away bed and breakfast basis but plenty of places to eat in town

Amazing value, great room for low price

We stranded in Hilden as our car broke down in the middle of the night and we had to find a place to stay for us and our baby. All team members of the hotel were so helpful and kind, provided additional space for us to let our baby nap and feed her until a rental car was arranged. This is a great hotel with an amazing breakfast, super friendly personnel and very nice facilities (pool, sauna, roof deck, parking, restaurant etc.)! I would absolutely recommend a stay!

The staff were very friendly (although did wake me up for something that was their own mistake). The rooms were clean and the showers are great, lovely and hot and high pressure. The swimming pool area is also really nice for relaxing. Lots of choice for breakfast but would be good if they offered something to take if leaving before the restaurant opens in the morning.

Great old hotel in the heart of Hilden. Within walking distance of everything with a great Italian restaurant connected to it. Great breakfast and staff. My room was perfectly fine but nothing too exciting and there is no AC due to the age of the building but that's to be expected in Germany. Lovely experience.

Very reasonably priced, extremely pet friendly and all the staff are very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The new owners have made big changes and are in the process of updating the hotel whilst keeping its typical German Gaststätte character

Love the atmosphere there, ans the cheap prices. Also free car parking. For the night: the bus Station is in the near and in under 30 min you're in düsseldorf which is perfect for a party night.

I attended a weekend course in Neuss and stayed in this hotel. Staff were friendly. Rooms were really well maintained and clean Good size bed and bedroom with a disk and cupboard. Clean bathroom with warm water.. Good water pressure.

Of the known from the Commundo conference hotel is the Best! Rooms are as usual in the conference hotel is very simple and small but sufficient. The Hotel itself is not very spacious because of the height special on an old Roman settlement. Here good shoes are recommended.

A solid conference hotel. Everything was clean, all friendly. However, the guest rooms on hot days, very hot and there is no air conditioning. In addition, the location is quite peripheral. You have to get the Bus to the train to Düsseldorf. There is a beautiful Jogging trail on the Rhine.

It is a conference hotel! The rooms are quiet and big enough, the food reasonable, and the Rhine is easy to reach on foot. In the city centre in 20 minutes by foot.
