Nice little hotel in Esens. The room and the whole house were very clean. Quiet as our room was at the back. Small but fine breakfast buffet. Dear hosts, who gave us a very warm welcome. We will be happy to come back.

Centrally located. Somewhat rustic.

Was only there for one night as a temporary solution, but felt very comfortable. As others write, the decor is very old-fashioned and clocked, but in the room and in the restaurant at breakfast everything was very well-kept and clean. The owners are super nice and gave me a warm welcome and service. At breakfast I also missed fruit and vegetables, but nothing else was missing and everything was delicious...

Wonderful little hotel with great sense of style and comfort. Located at the town centre of Esens this little gem offers exquisite hospitality. Large rooms are stylish and so comfortable we had a hard time getting back out! Balconies add extra comfort, cleanliness is a matter of course. So is free WiFi. Even pets are welcome! Dear family Schiffer, The entire stay was 1 PLUS. Cleanliness, friendliness, breakfast great. The central location speaks for itself. Everything has been thought of. For example, parking spaces at the house, clean furniture in the room, swimming pool right on the front door, and still everything is quiet. We'd love to come back!

There's really nothing to complain about here! On the contrary! You can really have a good time here. The rooms are very spacious and everything is very clean and well-kept. Even with breakfast you don't miss anything here. A very nice and friendly family lovingly takes care of their guests here. Clear recommendation !!!

We had breakfast and nothing was left to be desired. Different sets, coffee to choose yourself, cheese, sausage, fish, and also good bread and wholemeal rolls. Gladly again

Very friendly staff. Breakfast great! That's something to be proud of. Furnishings are a bit dated but functional and clean. Hotel has no restaurant, but sufficient possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Parking is good. We'd love to come back.

We were very happy with the hotel, very centrally located and yet quiet. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, everything was fresh and very tasty with a large selection. The entire staff is very nice and tried hard. As is often the case in many hotels, the pillows are not soft enough and not well suited for sleeping, one could definitely improve here. we are happy...

A very nice place in a stunning location right next to the romantic harbour. Don't be rejected by opening times. Google is slow updating. The restaurant and also the hotel should not be missed.

Thanks very much! We have stayed in some beautiful hotels on the North Sea coast. We have traveled to a wide variety of places in Advent over the past few years. It was very atmospheric everywhere. The location was nice, directly by the beach but difficult to access without a car; public transport is fairly far off. The breakfast was tasty, good coffee, different sort of buns, fruit, juice - nothing vegan though (except one choice of butter). The room was spotless, the bed very comfy. Restaurants and a shop is close by.

Warm and friendly atmosphere, good location, could have a coffee and tea tray with kettle and it would have got 5 stars, and the early morning awakening with the lawnmower was a let down. All in all a good hotel with excellent fish'n'chips.

A great place to eat and relax. The hot food selection is small but very good quality. Friendly service and decent prices. Very close to the beach with a mini golf course right beside it. A huge selection of drinks.

We stayed here for four nights and loved this hotel. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very nicely decorated, the bed is comfortable and everything in a good condition. Only downside was that the hotel doesn't offer any breakfast but there are places nearby. I can really recommend this hotel!

Even though I have only the basic German knowledge, getting to are hotel was quite easy. When we arrived, the receptionist was straight away able to get the job done as quickly as possible, which allowed us to get into are room and rest.
