A sweet hotel in the center of Greifswald. The staff is wonderful and communicative, also in English. It's a dog friendly hotel, very clean and relaxed. Breakfast was delicious and we've been asked what we'd like to eat upon checking in, which was really good, rather than having food going to waste. Suepr recommended, would love to visit again with my dog the next time!
Only small downside was no fridge in the room, the WiFi wasn't stable either but the hotel representative said he'd take care of it.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war top. Sieht auf den ersten Blick ein bisschen wenig aus. Es ist aber alles vorhanden und völlig ausreichend.

Hotel was almost like a B&B. The staff welcomed me without asking me who I was, just expecting me at the time I was supposed to arrive. Breakfast was beautiful. Room was clean. Location was great - right near the Market Square.
My only complaint which is minor was there were no amenities in the bathroom. Only liquid soap. I didn't think to bring any of my own soap, shampoo, etc. because it was a hotel so this was a bit of an inconvenience.

Thank you very much for the hospitality. I appreciate the assistance from your staff members, the old man and a lady that were very kind to us. Greifswald is a beautiful city, I love it much and hope to come sometimes again with my family to stay a couple of days near the river and boats.

Just off the Marktplatz, tucked behind an historic Gotik Backstein edifice, is this exquisite contemporary gem. Each room features a different artist. Wonderful, fresh breakfast served overlooking beautiful fachwerk buildings surrounding small garden. The very helpful cheerful owner runs a very happy, efficient ship. This is our second year here. Most of the personal is the same. Everybody so very welcoming and helpful. Immaculate, beautiful, and a great pleasure to be here. We fell so privileged to have found this jewel in Greifswald.

Very nice but basic hotel in the heart of Greifswald. The rooms are basic, but very clean and comfortable. The service was perfect and the breakfast was great as well. I truly enjoyed staying at Hôtel Galerie.
