Where to stay in Hagen

It is a well equipped, big hotel complex, conveniently located in walking distance to central Hagen. Interior is a bit aged, but still in good shape and clean. Hotel staff are very friendly.

Nice rooms nice personel ! Had a mistake with payments other than that rooms were perfect clean and polite staff !

The proximity to town is walking distance, the staff are helpful and polite but above all the rooms and facilities are comfortable and clean

The owners have converted an old cinema to a very comfortable and modern hotel. The staff can't be more helpful, lots of nice touches e.g. fresh flowers in bathroom and dining room. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was cold fare, but scrambled eggs were offered and enjoyed. Located close to station and centre and reasonably priced too. Lovely indeed.

The hotel was very well maintained with a very friendly staff. Exceptional furnishings with great motifs (used to be a cinema). The location is very central. Unfortunately no own parking spaces. Still to be recommended overall

I had a single room without breakfast for a very fair price. The room was modernly furnished with a decent TV in front of the bed on the wall, on which all standard channels were received smoothly and without any problems. In addition, the bed was a very comfortable box spring bed and a really pleasant, luxurious-looking rain shower was installed in the bathroom. A small balcony with a table and ...

The hotel is really nicely done. Staff deserves 5 stars. Deductions for the really horrible location, at the train station is all well and good but the rest. Well, in conclusion, okay for one or two nights! But I don't leave my wife out here alone in the evenings

Location is very good, with private parking at no cost. The sorroudings we neat and silence, near the city center. Breakfast was very good.

We stayed in the big 34m^2 room and it was just amazing. The bed is comfortable, the windows are big and the room is bright. The rooms are very stylish and all in all just beautiful. I had to study there for my national exam, and it was easy to calm down and feel well there. it’s quiet, spotlessly clean and the staff is more than helpful. And the breakfast: AMAZING! Freshly made egg dishes for everyone...

New, modern and well-equipped hotel near the main train station. Friendly, courteous staff. I felt very comfortable in the hotel. However, the breakfast was a bit meager for such a great hotel - points deduction.

Great room, great breakfast, nice staff. What bothered me, you have to leave a deposit of 50 euros for the room and 20 euros for the underground car park, which you get back immediately when you check out, but I don't like it. For me this is a reason not to spend the night here again. If that doesn't bother you, you can stay overnight here in the middle of the center

By far the best hotel in the region! The hotel is run very professionally and with great attention to detail. Very courteous, solution-oriented staff. First-class, air-conditioned rooms with high-quality furnishings and spacious bathrooms. Very good breakfast. The bar shines with urban flair and is well stocked. We would love to come back with the company. There must always be room for improvement...

I was there as a part of my business trip. A very cosy and comfortable hotel. Got a friendly welcome from a cool guy/ manager. Room is well maintained and looks royal. A coffee machine is there inside the room. First time i saw a coffe machine in a hotel in Germany. Highly recommended for people who have business visits in Hagen. Plus one more star for the cute girl in the reception at the morning...

Little hotel comparable in style tot premier Inn or a larger bed and breakfast. Kind staff, good and clean rooms. Surprisingly good given the quarter of the town it's located in. Have private parking. Suited for business travelers and families with small kids if you are traveling through (again, the quarter leaves something to be desired for, but don't let that stop you visiting the hotel).

I have never thought in this century it is possible to have such low standards for a hotel room in EU. Under 17 Celsius degree, old wood windows that do not close properly, very small room, very worn furnigure.... But the room was changed on request with proper one. Low rate because they tried to fool me with first offer.

Near the city center and the central station. Essential needs are available but no luxury at all. And don't recommend breakfast there.

Those who do without luxury are in good hands. Familiar contact. The breakfast is also great, great, nice owner and the staff are very warm. So I don't need luxury, what is important for me is the way people deal with them and that one is greeted with a laugh. Once a month I will be there. Simple, inexpensive hotel with solid rooms and good bathrooms. Unfortunately, your work is not very customer-oriented. So a bug was looked for in me and argued wildly back and forth instead of simply finding a solution quickly.

Nice hotel near the train station and serve two bottles of water also. There is a lift available on the hotel. Nice simple fresh breakfast with not too lavish menu though.

Very old fashioned. Cold room, heating was turned off. Directly in Hagen's inner city. Very noisy. You can basically hear the people on the street talking if you are on first floor. Breakfast room on 5th floor, only accessible by stairs since elevator only goes to 4th. Overall ok but too expensive IMO

Super amazing and kind hosts. Great and very accessible location. Serene and highly calm surroundings. As seen online or even better. Spacious and very clean kitchen. The facility is generally GREAT and I enjoyed every minute spent.

The cancellation service has been great. I couldn't travel because Germany has Covid restrictions in place and I had no problems at all. I hope to visit then later and pay them back twice :)

The staff are friendly but the rooms need a lot of work. There was no where to put or hang your clothes. The bathroom was small and it was difficult to watch the TV. Restaurant was very good.

We stayed here with children for 3 days. The staff is very friendly! Excellent attitude towards Ukrainians! Clean and tidy rooms, delicious food. Convenient location. I recommend to visit!

Love staying here with my family, lots for the kids to do and a good wifi for the grown ups. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner were great. They coped with our various dietary requirements with ease, ( 2 vegetarians and 1 milk intolerance) for the evening meal - which was delicious.
