It is a well equipped, big hotel complex, conveniently located in walking distance to central Hagen. Interior is a bit aged, but still in good shape and clean. Hotel staff are very friendly.

Location is very good, with private parking at no cost. The sorroudings we neat and silence, near the city center. Breakfast was very good.

We stayed in the big 34m^2 room and it was just amazing. The bed is comfortable, the windows are big and the room is bright. The rooms are very stylish and all in all just beautiful. I had to study there for my national exam, and it was easy to calm down and feel well there. it’s quiet, spotlessly clean and the staff is more than helpful. And the breakfast: AMAZING! Freshly made egg dishes for everyone...

A great new hotel in the centre of Hagen. Nice, service-oriented service. Excellent, well-equipped bathroom with hairdryer, hand cream, soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Capsule coffee maker and tea set in the room. Unfortunately, there is no fridge and I missed a kettle. Also, a cloakroom in the entrance area would be desirable. I did not have breakfast. Overall, highly recommended.

New, modern and well-equipped hotel near the main train station. Friendly, courteous staff. I felt very comfortable in the hotel. However, the breakfast was a bit meager for such a great hotel - points deduction.

Welcoming and caring family business We're staying at Hotel Lex every time we're in the area and can confirm that everybody is being welcomed catered and cared for from the outset. The location is conveniently central and in walking distance from the station. The breakfast is rich and the rooms are larger than normal. Strongly recommended!

If you see fit to pay the former industrial town a visit this is a good place to stay. Comfortable beds, roomy bathroom and a nice breakfast. The reception will help you find your way around should you need it. Try to explore the surroundings, the city centre offers less charms. Recommended.

Seems to be quite run down - rooms are OK, but lack ventilation / AC. Sticky bed lamp switches & surfaces, bed sheets are not super clean either. The only good thing is breakfast - but only in comparison with the hotel itself.

Great basic hotel that ticks all the boxes - immaculately clean and well appointed. Comfy beds, great showers and quiet rooms. Breakfast in the bakery next door is a little cheaper than the hotel. Bus stop right outside the hotel to get to Hagen easily

My stay at Campushotel was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was good.

We've stayed at the Campus hotel previously and it's our hotel of choice for short trips to Hagen. This time we had to use the late check in facility, which was straightforward. The rooms are comfortable, breakfast buffet excellence, as is the brot cafe on the premises. Next door is a good restaurant (Landhaus Tomas) for an evening meal. Great place to stay if you need to be close to the university. It's just 2 minutes walk. I've stayed there a few times and will definitely choose it again if happen to be in Hagen. Very clean rooms, look newly renovated and modern. Friendly staff always ready to help. Possibility to check in late at night using terminal.

The owners have converted an old cinema to a very comfortable and modern hotel. The staff can't be more helpful, lots of nice touches e.g. fresh flowers in bathroom and dining room. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was cold fare, but scrambled eggs were offered and enjoyed. Located close to station and centre and reasonably priced too. Lovely indeed.

It's very close to the train station, and the facilities are really average. However, it's only for this price, so it's okay for one night. There's no elevator, and it's tiring to carry a lot of luggage upstairs.

Absolutely superb place with wonderful design and great atmosphere. An experience not to be missed.

Little hotel comparable in style tot premier Inn or a larger bed and breakfast. Kind staff, good and clean rooms. Surprisingly good given the quarter of the town it's located in. Have private parking. Suited for business travelers and families with small kids if you are traveling through (again, the quarter leaves something to be desired for, but don't let that stop you visiting the hotel).

Overall, the accommodation was OK for an overnight stay. On arrival, you were told to hand in your room key when you leave the hotel. However, this seems unsafe, as there is no safe in the single room. The reception was not manned in the evening when I returned to the hotel and wanted my room key back. There was no notice at the reception and the keys were freely accessible, only a camera on the ceiling...

The couple owners were friendly, and helpful. The room was comfortable, and clean. Because I got a heat wave, I miss a fan (I don't like air conditioner). I appreciate my stay there.

The stay was pleasant, Mr & Ms Simon were very friendly. I will definitely go there with my wife on my next trip. Simon was supposed to teach me snooker.😊

The cancellation service has been great. I couldn't travel because Germany has Covid restrictions in place and I had no problems at all. I hope to visit then later and pay them back twice :)

Hotel Good & easily accessible. Good house keeping & well maintained.

The staff are friendly but the rooms need a lot of work. There was no where to put or hang your clothes. The bathroom was small and it was difficult to watch the TV. Restaurant was very good.

Love staying here with my family, lots for the kids to do and a good wifi for the grown ups. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner were great. They coped with our various dietary requirements with ease, ( 2 vegetarians and 1 milk intolerance) for the evening meal - which was delicious.
