It is a large building called "Castle" in the center of Quedlinburg, equipped with numerous rooms and several large breakfast rooms on the first floor, as well as a courtyard. Great location. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Only stayed one night so didn't use spa area. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend and return in the future.

It's a beautiful hotel right next to the Blankenburg Castle. It's in 15 minutes walking distance from the train station. The room was very clean with a really nice view. My only complaint would be the wifi speed.

We had a spacious apartment for our family and ate dinner in the relaxing Biergarten of the restaurant. Great, central location in the city with easy access to cafés and little shops. Parking behind the hotel was great for unloading and loading our luggage.

Without even being a guest at the hotel I was greeted professionally and was being helped nicely and provided with a free of charge dental kit I was asking for!

We had a very enjoyable three days here. Good service, friendly staff. No a/c and we were there during the heat wave of temperatures in the mid 30s Celsius, but the hotel provided a fan, which helped and the nights cooled down enough for comfortable sleeping. What a great hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the rooms are huge with a very nice big bathroom also. The hotel is literally just under 100m away from the train station, about 300m away from a nice supermarket and just under 500m away from the old town. It is a great location! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Quedlinburg

Perfect for a one night stop when travelling by rail. We were able to leave our bags at reception in the morning as we arrived early which was great. The room was fine with a bathroom bigger than the bedroom ! Plenty of choice at breakfast. Helpful staff when we checked in and out.

Stay here for work quite often. Have always had a pleasant stay. The Hotel isn't always busy so breakfast might sometimes be limited.

Friendly reception even though we turned up without a reservation and the staff were busy with a wedding at the time. We had a choice of campsite and plenty of space (end August) and were able to wash and dry our laundry (€8 a bit much when compared with other campsites). The washrooms were a bit limited, with cooking, washing up, laundry, and chemical loo emptying all in the area of the women's toilets

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The room was excellent, breakfast had enough choice and fresh fruits/food. The employees are very nice and kind and always willing to help if needed. The Region is very nice with beautiful nature and calming surroundings. If your looking for a quality stay in the Harz region, we absolutely recommend this hotel. Hope to be back next year!

We decided to visit Auerhahn with my family for a relaxing weekend. The hotel was the perfect fit, as we had a room with a cute balcony which allowed us to enjoy the sunset all together. The room was clean and the staff was great.

I have never been to Germany before, but this experience made it worthwile to go back again. Lovely people in a very cute and tidy hotel.

Parking is in front of the hotel, on street. Modern facility. Linen and towel are for extra charge. A room for 2 persons cost 60€ (with linen and towels). Check out is already 10:00.

Good stay. We've been in the room with four people (beds for up to six) and had one bathroom. Everything was clean, staff was friendly and even checked me in after the official hours. Breakfast could not be served due to Corona. To improve: WiFi quality and kitchen (fridge was not turned on).

Usable as an emergency stay, but nothing I would recommend if you have another option. Although breakfast was good and the rooms were clean there is a very little space and too many people for one bathroom in the morning.

I really liked the hotel and the location. Just one point which I didnt like was the breakfast spread. It was fancy undoubtedly but the quantity and the variety was not sufficient especially for the tourists from different nationalities. I understand its a very small town and not many things are available but atleast the basic breakfast should have been better. Rest was all good.

The cutest and prettiest hotel in Wernigrode, it's like a little castle! Parking was ample and free, the rooms were extremely spacious and very comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful (they give you a little discount booklet for local attractions and dining), buffet breakfast was great and they had umbrellas to borrow (which came in handy for us). Only a short but steep walk to the actual castle...

In Overall it was good. However, you need to be early to get all options during breakfast and the presentation was not the best.

Basically a solid 4* hotel. But nothing special. Large building and plenty of rooms. There were events on Friday and Saturday nights with loud music. You could hear it on the third floor until about 1 a.m. Breakfast was okay, but only standard.

The view is worth a visit. The team is very warm and the atmosphere is informal. My dog ​​was also welcome and was petted extensively and spoiled with treats. A small but very cozy hotel. The room was clean and big enough for two people. The location in the city center is also an advantage. However, there is no parking lot near the hotel, the car can be parked in public parking lots (about 300m away) for a parking fee. Well, it's difficult with the luggage. I still give 5 stars.

Simple hotel right in the center with a few lovely touches such as flowers and fruit in the room. You can make tea and coffee in the hallway. There is no breakfast in the house itself. You can have a good breakfast at the bakery next door. The location means that even the hotel smells of baked goods.

Beautiful hotel with a castle view from the room. Everything is within walking distance. Rooms are very clean and staff is lovely and polite. Gets a bit loud since it's situated next to a fairly busy road but it's not a big deal. We rented the family room with kitchenette and it was nice and spacious. Highly recommend.
