Where to stay in Hamm

The hotel is in serious need of a makeover. Rooms (inkl. Bathroom) hallways, common areas and the restaurant seem out of another time. The room, though, was very clean, the mattress comfortable and the breakfast buffet rich and plenty.

All the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and tidy. The hotel is located within walking distance from the Hamm Banhof.

Easy place to stay, breakfast was great with lots of choice. Even though it is clearly a busy hotel, it was quiet in the rooms.

Spent two nights whilst visiting a seminar. The room was spacious, comfortable bed. The room was well equipped. There is a public parking garage on site at a price of 9 euros per day. The breakfast was good with a good choice. I also had lunch on site, and it was good. The portion was big. The staff were helpful and friendly Good value for money.

The room was fine, and the bed was adequately comfortable. However the bathroom did have some black mold in a couple corners, which was disappointing for a "4 star" hotel. Otherwise the staff was friendly and the breakfast was fine, typical continental buffet style.

Super neat and elegant design. Just loved the ambiance of the hotel. And one can always enjoy their variety of menus in the dinning place. We were there as a family and stayed for a day. Really appreciate for the comforts we got there.

A really good hotel to stay somewhere we would love to come again next time we visit the town of Hamm. Everything was perfectly nice clean room with good space and the breakfast was really good nothing was missing. The staff was friendly a hotel we can definitely recommend.

Very nice rooms and beds. Nice, new and clean room and bathroom. Food was okay (althought the schnitzel was not the best), great and friendly service, good parkingspot, elevator to the rooms, WiFi was (like everywhere else) not good. Low speed, and a hastle to connect to. Why hotels does not provide propper WiFi and maybe even a smart TV for the guests, is beyond me. BUT the Hotel was a very nice place...

I L😍VE this Sauna!!! Always a nice experience. Very clean, peaceful and relaxing. Nice selection of snacks and drinks, smoking allowed outside at the tables and the locker rooms are very nice. They have two sauna “cabins” one is quiet large. Very good treatment schedule - seems there is always something going on in one of the rooms. The indoor saunas and steam room are also excellent. Highly recommended...

When it is not too busy it has amazing charm and is an oasis of tranquility, however when full it's more like a hectic mall with no sense of peace.

The room is very clean, and well presented. Bathroom is easy to use. Value for money, they offered a very good room rate. Staff are kind and friendly.

Nice place with good standards, and very well priced. Breakfast is very cheap, and well worth your money I'd say. I would also recommend their schnitzel, it was really tasty! Only issue is they don't speak English very well

Nice hotel. Considering it is a 2-star hotel, it is a good hotel. Reservation ok, rooms are outdated but clean. Breakfast is good. Friendly and helpfull personnel. Parking on the market square. Check if you need to pay. Hotel has 3 own parking spaces around the corner. Single rooms are available. Would i go here again: yes, no doubt!

Staff are brill. Bar is very cosy. Room was big and well priced. Area was a big surprise, from a quiet little square with coffee shops to a busy night life with lots of reasturants. 2 nights in total on our way through Europe. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Quite nice hotel but it seems that everythink was heavily used. But for the budget in germany (i spend 49€ per single room) seems pretty great.

We went for a friend's wedding which was held at Gut Kump and it was a beautiful weekend! The weather was perfect and we started by having lunch and drinks on the terrace area of their restaurant. The wedding itself was held in the barn, which was beautifully decorated. The barn looks rather classic from the outside but is rather contemporary inside, making it feel super stylish. I got a beer upon arrival which was very nice. very friendly staff. Room is OK, clean and pretty large. Good value for money.

Nice and hard-working hosts. Unfortunately, fewer families stay here than fitters. Currently there is no breakfast. The location is good. Rooms are very clean

Perfect for the price. The furniture is a bit older, but it's clean. The water pressure is great. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast has a reasonable selection. We would come again.

Modern and tastefully decorated, super personable service with passion from the owners. Despite the location on the street, noise protection windows make it very quiet so that you don't hear much at night. As a result, it is very well connected for both cyclists and drivers. Breakfast was delicious and enough of the variety. Lovely again!

We stayed at the hotel with friends for about a week in early / mid-June. The name is program. The best Breakfast I had in a Hotel for only 5 Euro. The Hotel in particular, my room was very clean. I had a large TV in the room and a comfortable bed. Parking is on the other side of the street from the Hotel and are free of charge. A come back, nothing speaks.

In the context of a training here in the house long-leg to come under. The whole house is consistently clean,the rooms a good size, a very extensive Breakfast, W-Lan , TV and free Parking is available and all at an acceptable price. As i point the friendly and familiar atmosphere.

Was there with a friend to take exams and would do it again. It was quiet, clean, and straightforward. Very friendly approach and the court is right around the corner. Full recommendation!
