The location of the hotel is excellent, the receptionists were friendly and accommodating, breakfast is okay, nothing special. Our stay could have been perfect except for the cleaning lady who tried to open our door without knocking first at 8:30 am! I just got out of the shower and then noticed that someone was opening the door, good thing that we blocked it with one of our suitcase. When I told her, we are checking out today, she replied unapologetically that I should hang my “don’t disturb” sign. I do understand that they have to clean the rooms but at 8:30am many guests are still sleeping and as a courtesy, please knock. Other than that incident, I would definitely recommend this hotel chain!

Ms Perez and Ms Atasoy were rude. The WC had bad smell. Fake policy about the parking spot.

Very cheap price with very limited services at this hotel. Can be OK, if you have reasonable expectations to this hotel. No shampoo and conditioner are available.

Very nice hotel, suitable for business travelers. Clean rooms, very good breakfast options and fast wifi. My only complaint is that the parking is not free and it may not always be available.

Was business for 4 nights there and was a little disappointed. Especially that there is no heating existed but only a air conditioning at night is very blows, according to the un directly on the bed. Without Air conditioning you could freeze to death at night.

Unfortunately, I Could only get a Smoking room, therefore I can not complain about the foul smell in the room. But then that light switch and the Windows were already deep yellow was already a little bit gross. Evil is also undefined smeared boogers and blood stains on the tiles in the bathroom were. In the corners and around the door stop around the carpet was dusty totally grey. The mattress was located. The room was snoring neighbor, as loud as he was next to me. Unfortunately, Heilbronn is not so with Hotels lavishly blessed, but if you can avoid it I will avoid the B&B in the future.

Very easy via Online Check-in booked with no problems.

Breakfast is not for the diet conscious..not enough fruit, not a Quark,a lack of tomatoes, cucumbers... .
Espresso and coffee are not strong enough to beans saved.
But, nevertheless, good sleep, good mattress!
