It's my 1st tour to Germany & stayed in this lovely hotel for 4 nights. Room & the bathroom was so neat & cleaned. Housekeeping Staffs cleaned the room and the bathroom daily. I stayed there for the first time and enjoyed the central location, surrounded by the city park. The room was light and airy, with a French balcony. This Hotel was perfect for what we needed. PLaced in a loely town with a very relaxing feel. The Hotel and staff were friendly and efficient. We had an early start so chose to eat in the Hotels restaurant which proved to be great. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was great even early on a weekend. Incredibly helpful staff. I arrived in Heilbronn to find my actual hotel closed. The Mercure staff could not have been more helpful. Found me a room. Recommended a good restaurant. Helped me call my other hotel the next day. I would definitely recommend.

If you're after something convenient, clean and easy to get to, this is the place! It's a tram ride away from the central station or about 15 mins walk. Hotel is located in the city 15-17 mins walk to the main station. There is a super mrkt 6-7 mins walk away. No restaurants nearby but not to worry as the hotel has a good restaurant within. Breakfast is normal but fulfilling. Staff is super cool and supportive.

Super super and super, we stayed in the Nairobi junior suite and it was all that we wanted, it looked like a a picture from a magazine, it was super clean the bed comfortable (with 1 big mattress) so I could lay comfortably in the arms of my husband without laying in the crack. Very nice breakfast and located close to Neckarsulm Restaurants! The rooms are not nice any more and urgently need a make over. Cleaning only on request, which is one thing you do not want to care about on a business trip. The staff was always nice and supportive.

There is no king size matrasse, only 2 separate bed, which was not comfy.

I was there a few days for a training, and can complain about ncihts. The owner (at least I suspect that it is the Couple of the owners) are very nice and accommodating. I had a Smoking room, good Breakfast and nice small talk with several employees. The statement on the delivery company problomlos, several of my colleagues in another Hotel had a very big problems. In a great location in Neckarsulm and easy to reach by bike, the hotel scores with a great atmosphere and furnishings. The rooms are clean and friendly furnished. The beer tastes great and the food is more than plentiful and at fair prices. Everything is served by nice and friendly conditions. And in the morning the breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired... gladly again...

We stayed here for one night on our way to Italy. Parking is easy and costs 5 euro per night. Our room was large and modern. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. Heilbronn is okay for one night but not very interesting or pretty.

A very good 3star hotel. Decent breakfast collections. English speaking people at the reception are not so fluent. But they make sure you have pleasant stay. If you arrive late in the evening make sure you can check your mail, usually the drop the keys in place along with information how to collect it. Save the number of the hotel owner to be on the safer side.
