Spent a week here to visit the Sinsheim Technik Museum and other sights around the Neckar valley. The rooms were clean and they come with the view on the Neckar. It's my 1st tour to Germany & stayed in this lovely hotel for 4 nights. Room & the bathroom was so neat & cleaned. Housekeeping Staffs cleaned the room and the bathroom daily. Meals and the beverage excellent.Many of the staffs well in English and they served up to the best way they could. My room number was 228 & there were nice view from the window. Highly recommended .

Arrived early morning 2am, booked online but it hadn’t registered with the hotel. Good deal hotel for 1 or 2 business nights. Would not stayed longer. Room was lets say OK, bathroom needs improvements. Staff was nice, breakfast was ok too.

Great hotel with nice cosy rooms.

Very nice breakfast and located close to Neckarsulm Restaurants! The rooms are not nice any more and urgently need a make over. Cleaning only on request, which is one thing you do not want to care about on a business trip. The staff was always nice and supportive.

There is no king size matrasse, only 2 separate bed, which was not comfy.

Incredibly helpful staff. I arrived in Heilbronn to find my actual hotel closed. The Mercure staff could not have been more helpful. Found me a room. Recommended a good restaurant. Helped me call my other hotel the next day. I would definitely recommend.

Everything we needed, clean, comfortable, shops nearby, nice to be able to have tea, coffee in the rooms and we were able to also get drink from the bar despite late check in

very clean and comfortable structure next to the Railway station of Neckarsulm. The bedroom was quite big even for 2 people. The breakfast above all was OK. Very good position in case of business trip. and the industrial area of the town is reachable very easily by foot or via public transport (bus)

I was there a few days for a training, and can complain about ncihts. The owner (at least I suspect that it is the Couple of the owners) are very nice and accommodating. I had a Smoking room, good Breakfast and nice small talk with several employees. The statement on the delivery company problomlos, several of my colleagues in another Hotel had a very big problems. For the next training in NSU.

This stay was the best in my life. This warm-hearted and loving atmosphere created by my hosts gave me the feeling that I wasn't just a hotel guest. It felt more like visiting good friends. I stayed there for the first time and enjoyed the central location, surrounded by the city park. The room was light and airy, with a French balcony. Comfortable bed, good bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, lovely restaurant and terrace, very friendly and helpful staff. We had planned a surprise visit for my aunts 74th birthday. We had made our arraignments from NY and we had originally booked our stay online at another close by hotel which turned out to be total disaster. Very nice and clean rooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

It was a very nice stay in the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortably furnished. The service was top notch. Unfortunately, I do have one small criticism. The tiles in the shower are very slippery and there is no way to hold on. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

The hotel was located just in front of the Heilbronn Hauptbahnhof, which was superb for families with elders. The cleanliness was nothing to worry about, room design was simple and neat. With air conditioners was a big plus point during the summer! Definitely will staying here again when coming back to Heilbronn, one of the best stay throughout my travel!

The front desk service is very good, still very polite, and the location is very close to Heilbronn hbf. However, even after staying for 3 days, there is no hot water, only frozen water.

B&B Hotel Heilbronn is a simple hotel, clean and well organised. Very close to the station, it has friendly staff and a mediocre breakfast. Nothing to complain about, recommended for short stays for business.
