Nice location surrounded by woods. Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff but reception was not occupied in the afternoon so had to check in by myself. Breakfast can be better.

Since I was only there to eat, it is unfortunately not possible to assess the rooms. But the food was very good and the service attentive and nice.

Always good. An event with approx. 100 people registered, then increased to 150, in the end there were almost 170. The staff played great, provided enough space, food and drinks were always there, there was nothing to complain about. Kudos and many thanks.

Nice, centrally located hotel with modern, very clean rooms. Some rooms are equipped with a pantry kitchen. Good for a long term stay. The hotel is absolutely recommendable. Own parking spaces are available.

It says on the hotel website that there is a restaurant on the property, but this is not true!!!!!! The rooms, however, are spacious and clean pity there is no restaurant The breakfast is good thank you

We went to Herford to attend a wedding. The family of the groom suggested the Hansa. It was centrally located and we were able to walk to most of the wedding-related activities. We stayed in one of the Black Suite rooms,quite nice with a modern bathroom and very comfortable bed. Being located in a pedestrian area, there was no noise at all during the night. I stayed here for three nights in May 2022 and i absolutely fell in love with this little gem. I stayed in one the newly renovated rooms and really enjoyed it. The lovation is hard to beat, in the middle of the city center next to many shops and restaurants. We stayed at this apartment complex for 4 nights whilst we were in town for a family wedding. The beds are so comfy, the room was lovely and had many finishing touches such as a great fan, earplugs, sweets on the bed for arrival. All of the staff were very helpful and it was very useful to have a fridge, kettle, cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs, an electric hob, pans, knifes etc. The location is perfect...

The hotel is situated just outside the old city, with a 10 minute walk you are in the heart of Herford. It offers large rooms with newspaper wallpaper (?!), and kitchenettes. a microwave is also available. some rooms have a balcony. try to get a room away from main street. As so many mid-range hotels, the reception is not 24 hrs anymore, so best to arrive early. carpets were a bit smelly.
