My room was huge and so very clean. Staff were very helpful Breakfast was excellent every day

We came to Hitzacker after a hike from Himbergen through the Göhrde. Here we were hired to help us get a very nice room.

Very nice spontaneous 4 day short break. The salt grotto and brine misting are highly recommended. Degree with the complaints of Longcovid good for the respiratory system. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Top service always happy

A very nice, small, privately run hotel. From the inside, the entire building was renovated with great attention to detail. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning or indirect ventilation options in the room. The rich and fresh breakfast buffet surprised me positively. There is also free parking. I would come again!

A family-run, newly renovated Hotel/Pension Fortuna with its own salt grotto, a bit off the beaten track at the end of a cul-de-sac, so the walk to the thermal baths is longer, not ideal for the disabled. From our point of view (family with 2 children) the performance was not in relation to the relatively high price. The apartment was spacious, clean and there were enough towels, but the last renovation was certainly several years ago. Positive: very nice area, quiet. Single room tiny. Mattresses extremely soft. Breakfast 2-3 stars. Value for money is not correct. Far too expensive in my opinion. I'm not sure where the 4 star comes from.

Room simple but clean - certainly not a 4 star level but the staff is very friendly and courteous, so that you feel very comfortable. Food was excellent in terms of the layout, the taste and the individual components. The food is more than 4 star level!

Have lived in the lake apartment. It's good that I didn't watch the really sensational video from the website beforehand, I would have been even more disappointed. This wasn't a 4 star apartment. But: the dinner at "Gustav" was really excellent. And if we had actually been assigned the table in the winter garden that we had pre-ordered by telephone, the ambience would have been even better.

Very nice house with excellent quality in all areas. There is even a well-equipped gym connected. As a hotel guest, you can take part in the courses and use the devices. The trainers are super nice and highly competent. In addition, the beautiful location between forest and lake! Here you can feel good 🙂!
