Pretty basic, would only stay again if desperate Pretty basic hotel..Lack of English understanding reception staff. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Location of light switch near the mattress corner meant almost everytime you moved on the mattress the light would switch on or off. Good central location and working AC. Clean rooms, polite cleaning staff. Reasonable decor. TV not having phone mirroring...

The room is not big, but meets basic needs. The breakfast is simple, similar to American style. The overall level is similar to Home Inn and Hanting. It is within walking distance to the central railway station, and the transportation is quite convenient. There are many restaurants around, including Chinese restaurants.

Good location, spacious room but the bathroom was smelling extremely unpleasant, esp. The shower. I couldnt see any mold tho. Other than that it was good for the price and from experience of my colleagues one of the good ones in krefeld. Others apparently arent as clean… i cant be the judge of that 🤷‍♀️

Its very close the city center (Hbf etc.) and near to tram station. But depend on that a little bit noisy. There are only 2 elektric plugin in the room. 4 people room and 2 plugin is horrible. Everybody has phone, watch etc and only lucky 2 can charge. :/

Really accessible for Dusseldorf on the tram/ metro network. Reasonably priced and everything was just fine

The Ladie at the reception was very nice and helpful, thanks for looking so well after me and my family. The place was clean and very close to the city.

We had room 143. The safe was broken, the air conditioning didn't work on a very hot weekend. The shower water took ages to drain away. The maid just knocked & came in even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door. Its out in the middle of no where, so not very convenient for anything apart from the golf course next door. The breakfast was a plenty, but the "fresh fruit" was actually frozen...

Excellent hotel overall. Average room, good firm bed, great tea and coffee offerings, great snack options for business meetings, great food choices and quality of food, small exercise room, quiet rooms, nice staff! Really enjoyed the 2 day stay! Danke!

Fine. However 25 euro pp for breakfast and 25 euro pp for the (small) wellness seems a bit overdone

Work trip with two nights at the Mercure. Good parking and hotel is set in lovely grounds with red squirrels and rabbits to entertain you. The hotel itself is very clean. Room was very big but no kettle. There was a small fridge with waters and drinks but at a charge. Toiletries provided in large dispensers. Ate in the hotel for one night and food was lovely. I had my room in the "Kutschhaus". Very friendly and cosy rooms. The Internet was excellent. It seemed very new and well maintained. The bathroom was spacious and the shower really nice. The restaurant is a big plus, especially if you like wine and typical german food.

Comfortable rooms, a good restaurant, and great ambience. Good location just on the edge of the village, and right near the walking/biking paths. Not modern by American standards, but charming nonetheless.

You can check in digitally when you are late. Good hotel, nothing too fancy. Good quality/price ratio. It is next to a bunch of garages. And there is a little pond with grass and benches across the road.

De accomodation itself was good. The carpet might be a little bit old and can be renewed. The hygene is decent. The room is spacious! Which is the best part and the personal and guests were very nice. The neighborhood needs some getting used too, but after that you'll find the people to be nice.

Close to the station and trams. Lots of roadworks going on when we were there but wasn’t an issue. Comfortable bed and good shower, fine as a base. Walk into the centre of town for a proper breakfast. Checked in online and was emailed the code, no hassle.

The room smells big and the space is small

The room is very clean, with very high space utilization. It is located next to Krefeld Station, with a subway station just outside. The breakfast quality is great, but it is the same every day. Germans don't drink hot water, the only hot thing is coffee. The guy at the hotel front desk is very handsome and nice.

It is what it says . IBIS budget. I have no complaints . Check in was easy. Room was clean with a comfy bed. Bathroom perfectly fine. Located a hop skip and jump from train station and tram stop. Great for one or two nights. Although basic it suited our needs

Contrasts that only marriages offer. Top-notch staff, you could say a dream! But unfortunately, that doesn't apply to the cleaning ladies...repeatedly found strange hair (bed, bathtub...) and dust...after shaking out the towel, a shower-related evacuation was necessary...But once you'd put yourself in the hands of the "catering team" for breakfast in the morning, you almost didn't know what was bothering...

Location on the 8th - 10th floors of a building block. Reception on the 10th floor. Rooms were basic but spacious.1 small lift fitting only 1-2 people with luggage.

Small family hotel, older style. The rooms are not large but very comfortable. The breakfasts are included and adequate. The staff are wonderful and always available to help. Transport links are great also with the trams stopping just out front. The room rate is very reasonable. The hotel is not far from Castle Linn, the original centre for this area. The are many restaurants available close by.

Just passing through, I chose this somewhat old fashioned hotel. I chose this since everything in my price range seemed fully booked in Düsseldorf and the cheaper hotels in the area seemed quite bad. I was very pleased with "Alte Post". All staff I was in contact with were friendly and the price was good, both the rate itself and in the small self-serve bar. Room was a little dated but clean and fulfilled...

Satayed there multiple times over the years - always happy. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, free internt, great location with restaurants around the place and plenty of free designated parking spots. Staff always friendly...recommend it

Good hotel with friendly staff. If you arrive outside check-in time they'll leave key on a key box. It's a three star hotel and it's exactly that. Breakfast decent as well.

Hotel has seen better days. Not so clean as we expected. Wifi not available in our rooms (too far from reception). Breakfast average not to say poor. Affordable place ir you nees just shower and bed.

We haven’t seen a single person while staying there apart from some nutjob wandering around and asking for his tablets / telephone. The reception was closed when we arrived at night (we used self check-in service, you need to call the number that is listed at the self check-in box) and it was still closed in the morning. It felt like a zombie town. It is difficult for me to judge if the location of...

The room we got is not the best, but probably this is the worst in the hotel. The toilet is outside of the room but other rooms have own toilettes in the broom. But the breakfast for 7.5 is very good quality.

The staff are friendly and it was clean and tidy. This was a good stop over for me because they have an Electric Vehicle charger. It cost €25 but it was worth it because I was fairly low on charge. Also, they reserved the space for me and it was a quick charge.

The people at this hotel are wonderful and very responsive. I loved the old world charm and the centralized location. The bed and the room were comfortable, and the buffet breakfasts had a wide array of offerings. I would stay here again and again.

I recently spent a weekend with my husband at the Hotel-Restaurant Benger and the experience was consistently positive. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, the rooms were cozy and clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and had something for everyone. Dinner was delicious too - can't recommend this place enough!

The rooms are simple but functionally well furnished. The cleanliness is very good. The breakfast buffet is simple but very good: fresh fruit, rolls, yoghurt, spreads, juices, etc. Only the communication can be a bit bumpy. But that doesn't detract from the good overall impression. i would come back

I personally find the hotel overpriced. It's clean... But that doesn't justify the price of €75 per night. Which was not good before you got the key I had to pay in advance!

I just staid one week at Osterather Hof, and had an excellent time. The hotel was old fashioned until the current management took over a decade ago, renovated the rooms and got this going. I had a single room- larger than expected, with view on the village church. Adequately furnished, kept neat and clean by the room service that deserves a good tip. My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting friends in Meerbusch. It is a cozy hotel with newly remodeled rooms and bathrooms. The mattresses were very comfortable and everything was very clean! The service was exceptional and the staff was very friendly. They made us an afternoon snack even though the kitchen was closed. Lovely place - beautifully renovated barn, extremely clean and tidy. Nicely arranged interiors and comfortable beds. Breakfast - everything was very fresh and tasty. Helpful and attentive staff. And a super-pretty Eveline, who serves best coffee! Plus her cute dog Bogdan, that reminds me my 3 pupils, who cannot travel so far.

Breakfast is basic but the price was fine so no problem. The only complaint is that the keys for the main door don't work well, many times we had to be let in or wait for someone to come out.
