Gateaux look good but the sponge layers between the cream filling is dry and old..tastes like cardboard. What a shame that the cakes are not freshly made as in other local cafes. The location is best in Bad Pyrmont ...fantastic views. Lovely garden seating , Cosy inside seating. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, Easter etc.

A real German traditional Hotel - Restaurant. Set, high on the hill, overlooking Bad Pyrmont. Statues, Artifacts and Flora are dotted all over the outside area. Topped off with Bavarian style huts. Service is also traditional. The menu is essentially German(what alse) very reasonably priced. Parking directly in front of the Hof.
Kaffe Kuchen is also popular! Family also approved.!
If you are there at the right time,Deer are grazing within 5 metres of the outside seating area. Nature at its best!

Nice hotel to stay with friends and family. It has a restaurant, garden and sauna.
