We were in a suite with a view of river, it was neat and clean. The kitchen had utensils to cook something quick. I did not like the twin bed and it was a bit small than usual. Reaching the hotel was easy, there is a restaurant on premises, the morning breakfast had many variety and fresh fruits and drinks. I enjoyed the stay while working.

Location is subjective - it worked for us.
5 stars for our stay, my disabled mother and her husband spent 5 nights at the hotel, and it was fabulous.
Staff attentive, helpful and friendly - responding quickly to my mothers complex needs.
Disabled room was very well organised, access to all parts of the hotel was very well designed and thoughtout...
So refreshing to see a property that claims to be accessible and actually is!!
We would recommend and stay again.

Nice hotel but our appartment was a big disappointment. Not so spacious as advertised (for family) and no airconditioning in the sleeping room. The temparature in the room was too high for a good night rest.
Also, for a family friendly hotel we would have expected a (simple) playground/-corner/-room on the hotel premises.

Comfortable apartment room, Friendly staffs, Good breakfast. Just one missing for long stay is that there is not cloth washing machine.

The hotel is amazing. Well furnished, clean, with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Receptionist are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with various items to choose from.
They have spa, Gym, in-house restaurant and Bar which servers some of the delicious cuisine.

I stayed at the hotel in January 2024 with colleagues.
The main restaurant was closed, and the second restaurant has a very limited menu. After 3 evenings with no changes to the menu, we had exhausted nearly every choice on the menu. Also the restaurant service was poor. We had to wait longer for service than was reasonable, especially when we could see other cutomers getting served faster than us. Clearly some customers are more favoured than others.
The final straw came at check-out. I had to leave Marburg earlier than originally planned, cancelling one night. The hotel stiffed me for the cost of the one cancelled night. I did tell them that I expect to visit Marburg several times through 2024, and that they were creating an unhappy customer. It didn't matter, they still insisted on it.
I will avoid this hotel as much as possible on future visits to Marburg, and I advise all other travellers to do the same.

We stayed for a couple of days at this place. Its a nice little town & this place has a great location. Rooms were very spacious. Plenty of parking spaces. Nice restaurants & good choice of food. We could not experience the Spa & fitness center but we could see that it was very well maintained. Thanks for a wonderful stay !!!
