The hotel has large rooms, their equipment is new and well designed. I stayed in all three categories: 1-, 2- and 3-bedrooms because I booked shortly and those were the only ones available - one bedrooms are equipped with large 1.4m beds ! Staff and the director are all very friendly and ready to help out when problems arrive. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will surely come back here when back in Muenster

Not impressed at all. Good points were: great free parking, Very clean and quiet room. but the bad things: No warm water in the room next morning, seemed to be all over the hotel. Very small tv on the room, No coffe, No waterbottle , no fridge. No compensation was offered, which struck me as i like a warm shower and shave in the morning. Overall it lacks fascilities in the room and getting a coffee or thee in the evening is troublesome. The place is a bit boring, probably fine with elderly people but it is not a place to rmemember.

We stayed for two nights. Hotel is in a very attractive peaceful part of town within walking distance of local restaurants and city centre. Room was large and comfortable with a wet room - walk in shower. Breakfast was good. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and it was very clearly important to them that guests feel welcome. Would strongly recommend this hotel. Note; there is no restaurant on site.

Very simple facilities, but comfy, cleanest ever. A socially responsible hotel that supports the integration of workers.

Looks like a dorm room, bad coffee. Lots of parking. Quite expensive to what you get.

A nice hotel close to the city center of munster. If you are up for it you can walk (around 30 minutes) or take the bus (make sure you have a card or coins with you). The staff is friendly and they employ people with a disability. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Enough parking space as well. Definitely a recommendation!
