Quite dissapointing. 1) The hotel was undergoing construction work (mid august 2020). So workmen could, and did, pass our window at any time during the day. There was no mention of this on the website, nor on booking.com (it would have made us choose a different hotel) 2) Our bad for expecting airconditioning in a fairly new 4 star hotel. We won't make this mistake again. We were there in the middle...

The cockroaches you're not exactly a meet, but high purity, this place does not Shine. Noticed features: if you want to connect to WI-FI, go for the code at reception. If you want to eat quietly in the morning, get up early. For a small fee, you can send a postcard (straight from the reception), a card in the room on the table.

Good hotel but the restaurant isn't open at night

Very quick check-in, with friendly staff. The room was clean and recently renovated and the bed was comfortable. Nice new bathroom. The only thing that can be improved - and it would take really very little effort - is to fit the shower with a proper hanger for the shower head. As it is, it sprays everywhere but on your head. It would also be nice to have USB ports in the room.

Very well located it is walking distance from Munster Station... friendly staff .. always ready to help...

Stayed at the hotel for one night and it exceeded my expectations. The room was small but clean, pleasant, and very well equipped. The same goes for the bathroom. The room windows were facing to the inner yard and it was very silent at the night time. Would definitely recommend!

Very good bed and clean. Right in the City near the train station. Handy, but that's it. Shower was good too, but the shower does need fixing and I had to change room, as the windows in the first room were broken and the curtains were hanging from the railing too.

For such a small hotel everything was excellent!

I paid on average €145 a night for a 3 night stay which was quite expensive for a small town like Münster. For this, there was much to be desired. The positives were the location and a very kind set of staff at the reception. The negatives: The hotel didnt have a gym. There was a bad smell in the reception on all of the 3 days I was there. On the first day at breakfast I asked for gluten free bread...

Had a beautiful stay here. Also appreciate the option not to get the room cleaned on a daily basis for getting additional benefits. The only improvement would be the mattress which was sagging just a little.

Great location, reasonably priced and good sized well appointed rooms. A note though. The parking is not suitable for motorbikes. We parked on the road and seemed to be fine and was free. However, had I known I would probably have booked elsewhere. As we had not booked on arrival the booking in process was fairly simple and stress free with friendly and welcoming staff. A nice place to stay to explore...

Great location. Junior suite rooms were excellent and we enjoyed making use of the access to the executive lounge. Very good choice at breakfast. Hotel Reception and room floors access from the car park was very helpful for checking in and unloading luggage.

Of all the breakfast offerings and buffets in Münster this is definitely the top. Live cooking station and a huge selection of delicious meats, a huge smoked fish section and very attentive and friendly service. The only down side- because of this it was packed. So definitely make a reservation.

Unforgettable moments when I and my family stayed here long ago in 1997 for the DAAD Annual Meeting. A large modern building with sparkly clean rooms, artistic architecture, complete facilities. We loved the breakfast, especially the egg omelette, the juices and the German bread.

I had called this Hotel to get 3 rooms and Annika helped me with reservations, I called that I was gonna check in around 1800 and Lina answered and couldn’t find my reservation, I sent the email but missed a letter 🤣, when I came to the Hotel; Lina was very professional and helped me with our issue and also with the rooms that I needed. Thanx Lina. Also the guy at the front desk brought me a firm pillow...

We were happy to return to Factory Hotel after a year. It is on route for us travelling through Europe and a great place to stay. This time we couldn't park in the underground car park as we had a roof box and we were disappointed that we had to run around looking for a way to pay for parking to get out of the car park. We are returning again this week and hope that the situation will not be repeated

A wonderful hotel with interesting architecture, away from the mainstream. Extremely friendly and service-oriented staff. A good selection of dishes and despite of COVID-19 a good breakfast buffet. Very recommendable!

This hotel has comfortable beds, a good breakfast and clean rooms. Our room did get quite hot due to the lack of air conditioning. There was also a loud ventilation unit right outside our window.

Hotel Schloss Wilkinghege is an excellent hotel to wind down after a long day. Driving onto the grounds via the gravelled road already makes you feel better. The hotel is located next to the Bundesstraße, but I did not hear anything of it in my spacious room. Unfortunately it was dark and rainy when I arrived, otherwise I would have liked to check out the garden which looked lovely even in the dark...

Stayed for 2 nights .Mdern hotel which was't far from the train station . Staff very friendly and breakfast was great,if a bit pricey but it would set you up for the day.Would definitely stay again.

Very successful from the first impression to dessert! The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. Standard rooms are very small for a 4 star hotel, bathroom is a joke (like student accommodation). The bed was too hard for me and I could feel the springs in the bed. I stayed here for 2 nights in the city room and it was a good stay. The rooms are relatively smaller compared to other city center hotels but they do offer an overall boutique experience. Issues: 1) the room did not seem to have sound proof windows so I woke up to traffic sounds 2) curtains in the room don’t block the morning light so that was quite uncomfortable for me as I don’t prefer that Overall...

A charming hotel in a fantastic location, with great view, more than friendly staff, top notch restaurant and a relaxing wellness area. The room was clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We have been the last guest who left befote the seond lock down started today. We can highly recommend this hotel and will definately return in the future.

Good in principle. The restaurant was well cooked. Little bit poor Breakfast and only 1 GB of Internet traffic per day for free. But the worst - paid Parking and no SPA. Just no!

Clean , nice bedroom, not enough pillows if you don’t like the height. Generally everything was fine and clean . Location is full of people outside in front of main station so depending on why you are there , its ok and not really necessary safe outside area! Love the lobby look old library style area, great to chill

I found a great deal directly from their website to get 3 nights for the price of 2. The room was clean and welcoming after a long day of walking around the city. The staff were friendly and had the patience for my poor German skills. They can speak English well if you would prefer to speak it.

The rooms are quite small, the bed was not that comfortable...I don't know, maybe only my room was like that. As it's centrally located the noise from the street can be heard with open windows. However the spa area is amazing and recommended!

The hotel is very nice, it even had a library! Which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and hotel is clean. The noise level is not so bad. it does have air conditioning. Didn't have chance to use their spa or sport facilities. But would love to go back again.

So-so, felt more like a 3 star hotel than a 4-star. Good location and good AC which was a blessing on the hottest day of the year. Expensive parking (just let me park for free…) but friendly and helpful staff.

Good hotel! We had booked a room with a kitchennete sadly this room was not available the first night of our stay. They decided to give us a higher class room for a lower price than our original room. This was a good solution! Very happy with our stay at Hotel Conti!

I was in the Hotel for 2 months during COVID19 time, due to a job stage, and I must say I was treated from everyone so nicely. Rooms were clean, very well lit, and there was no problem giving me an upgrade. Absolutely recommended.
