Of all the breakfast offerings and buffets in Münster this is definitely the top. Live cooking station and a huge selection of delicious meats, a huge smoked fish section and very attentive and friendly service. The only down side- because of this it was packed. So definitely make a reservation.

Unforgettable moments when I and my family stayed here long ago in 1997 for the DAAD Annual Meeting. A large modern building with sparkly clean rooms, artistic architecture, complete facilities. We loved the breakfast, especially the egg omelette, the juices and the German bread.

I had called this Hotel to get 3 rooms and Annika helped me with reservations, I called that I was gonna check in around 1800 and Lina answered and couldn’t find my reservation, I sent the email but missed a letter 🤣, when I came to the Hotel; Lina was very professional and helped me with our issue and also with the rooms that I needed. Great hotel next to the lake. Super service! Always helpful and friendly. Even if you forget something, it is sent to your home. You can hardly get a better breakfast and the bar is a popular meeting place in the evenings. The drinks are delicious and the bartender knows what he is doing. You can reach the city along the lake... on foot, by bike, by electric scooter or by public transport - no problem...

We love the H4 Hotel for our visits to my mothers Hometown Münster. The best thing is obviously that the hotel is situated in the city center which makes it perfect for strolls through the city, going out and everything else. The business rooms come with access to a lounge where you can get drinks and snacks (even meals) all day. The criticism I have here is that there are almost no options for vegans...

I paid on average €145 a night for a 3 night stay which was quite expensive for a small town like Münster. For this, there was much to be desired. Had a beautiful stay here. Also appreciate the option not to get the room cleaned on a daily basis for getting additional benefits. The only improvement would be the mattress which was sagging just a little.

Quite dissapointing. 1) The hotel was undergoing construction work (mid august 2020). So workmen could, and did, pass our window at any time during the day. There was no mention of this on the website, nor on booking.com (it would have made us choose a different hotel) 2) Our bad for expecting airconditioning in a fairly new 4 star hotel. The cockroaches you're not exactly a meet, but high purity, this place does not Shine. Noticed features: if you want to connect to WI-FI, go for the code at reception. If you want to eat quietly in the morning, get up early. For a small fee, you can send a postcard (straight from the reception), a card in the room on the table.

It's an alright business hotel - bed factory. Not as bad as I thought it will be so I was happy. Location is good at the channel harbour.

No Air Conditioner. Fan, Iron, Toothpaste, Comb, bicycle provided if required. Enough space in the rooms. Cleaning staff was ok.. Overall professional staff.

We were happy to return to Factory Hotel after a year. It is on route for us travelling through Europe and a great place to stay. This time we couldn't park in the underground car park as we had a roof box and we were disappointed that we had to run around looking for a way to pay for parking to get out of the car park. We are returning again this week and hope that the situation will not be repeated

A wonderful hotel with interesting architecture, away from the mainstream. Extremely friendly and service-oriented staff. A good selection of dishes and despite of COVID-19 a good breakfast buffet. Very recommendable!

Booked conference room for a training program. Walkable from Münster train station. Good facilities. The snacks provided was also excellent. Only improvement can be in the lunch. The rice provided was not cooked properly. Overall good experience.

The hotel covers most of the basics but does not have a safe for valuables and no bathtub. The rooms are quite small and little room for movement in the bathroom. It also lacks the modern Schick feel which I have become accustomed to in German hotel rooms. Friendly staff and breakfast and small bar area available.

Standard rooms are very small for a 4 star hotel, bathroom is a joke (like student accommodation). The bed was too hard for me and I could feel the springs in the bed. Very decent hotel. We booked through a 'outlet' - bookingsite and got a fair discount. Rooms are a bit small, especially the bathrooms, but quite nice and tidy. We slept very well, with a great view on the park behind the hotel. Great breakfast

Clean , nice bedroom, not enough pillows if you don’t like the height. Generally everything was fine and clean . Location is full of people outside in front of main station so depending on why you are there , its ok and not really necessary safe outside area! I found a great deal directly from their website to get 3 nights for the price of 2. The room was clean and welcoming after a long day of walking around the city. The staff were friendly and had the patience for my poor German skills. They can speak English well if you would prefer to speak it.

The rooms are quite small, the bed was not that comfortable...I don't know, maybe only my room was like that. As it's centrally located the noise from the street can be heard with open windows. However the spa area is amazing and recommended!

The hotel is very nice, it even had a library! Which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and hotel is clean. The noise level is not so bad. it does have air conditioning. Didn't have chance to use their spa or sport facilities. But would love to go back again.

Great service, great location, what more could you ask for....well maybe better free wifi. Wifi only free for first 24 hours and it's limited otherwise you have to pay for more and higher speeds. Good hotel! We had booked a room with a kitchennete sadly this room was not available the first night of our stay. They decided to give us a higher class room for a lower price than our original room. This was a good solution! Very happy with our stay at Hotel Conti!

I was in the Hotel for 2 months during COVID19 time, due to a job stage, and I must say I was treated from everyone so nicely. Rooms were clean, very well lit, and there was no problem giving me an upgrade. Absolutely recommended.

The rooms are very big and everything was really clean. The furniture was very simple though and the beds and pillows were not comfortable. The buildings look more like a hospital than a hotel. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay, a lot of choice of different kinds of food.

Slightly out of town in a quiet residential neighborhood with spacious sparsely decorated rooms. Beer garden restaurant is very pleasant with friendly service.

A wonderful place, in a suburban area, just in the wood. Very quiet and ecologycally clean area, where you will wake up under bird singing sounds!

It is far from the station. and walk for about 7 minutes from the bus stop. Access is not good. It will be better if it is a car. The room is beautiful. But I wanted a double bed, it was a set of two single beds. wifi is free, but a key is necessary. Three pieces of equipment can be used, so be careful if you stay with more than one person. The hotel was recently remodeled and clearly not complete. The staff tried so hard to make the experience great and they are the only reason for 3 stars. The AC didn't work and it was over 90 and humid. The windows didn't provide enough ventilation but we had to keep them closed because of the bus stop right below our window. And the bus ran all night. Our bathroom door wasn't hung and the floors...

Had issues with checking in, staff seemed new, some staff were rude, once into rooms one of the doors to the other bedrooms were locked.

My overall impression was good. The food is a bit bad, But the room service is Great. They serve nice and generous. I would may go to this hotel once more If you will ask me. There are some better ones but for this price this one is the best.

You need to speak German . The hotel isn't that close to the centre of Munster; it's a good 30 mins walk to the shopping centre. Lots of restaurants in the local environment

Hotel Schloss Wilkinghege is an excellent hotel to wind down after a long day. Driving onto the grounds via the gravelled road already makes you feel better. The hotel is located next to the Bundesstraße, but I did not hear anything of it in my spacious room. Unfortunately it was dark and rainy when I arrived, otherwise I would have liked to check out the garden which looked lovely even in the dark...

The bedrooms were very basic, which was a disappointment compared the the grand ballrooms they have. A great place to hold a wedding but it'll be good to have a ground floor toilet for handicapped and the elderly. It's just too many stairs...
