Nice room, very good breakfast, good restaurant, bathrobe walk.

Very nice place to stay. Front desk staff is the friendliest and most helpful that I've seen for a long time. Good buffet breakfast selection. Spa and pool a short walk from hotel and the prices were reasonable. We will stay here again

Absolutely wonderful...from friendly people in the reception who are so helpful and able to give you advice about beautiful places around, breakfast which is awesome, plenty of fresh fruit, cheese, eggs, salami, yoghurt and a lot of other things. Swimming pools in which you can relax outdoor or indoor and also chambermaids who look after your room.

Excellent staff - this is hospitality! They work with their hearts. The absolute killer is the little zoo for kids. We couldn't get our baby daughter away. She loved it.

We found this place through a travel agent and did not really know what to expect. It was Surfing Corona and things for hotels and restaurants were Esther difficult and complicated. But Ernestgruen found a good was to cope and once you arrived beside wearing masks and booking the pool ahead we did not really had to think about the virus which was a nice change. I'm so nicely surprised by this hotel, it's one of the loveliest places where I've ever stayed. You can feel ppl invest a lot of efforts and "soul" into it. Indeed, very good for relaxing and uniting with nature. And the restaurant in just a top notch! The dinners we had there were just a dream. I had my best ever deer meat meal here! I especially liked real chimney in the restaurant 🥰 Excellent breakfasts...

This is one of the best hotels in this region that we have been. The staff are quick, know their tasks well and are very nice. The atmosphere is relaxing. Great breakfast and dinner. There are often events, like on Saturday we had a live music with food and drinks. Also for kids plenty to do. E-bikes are available for hire. The wifi speed is excellent with full hotel coverage.
