Rooms are small with uncomfortable/hard beds and rather thin pillows. No phone, alarm clock, clothes closet in the room. Bar employees were unfriendly.

Excellent Stay Brilliant stay from start to finish. A lovely quiet location, a spacious, clean and very well appointed room, food in the evening was excellent as was the local beer. The staff were extremely professional and really made us feel welcome. If we were returning to the area I would definitely stay again.

Reminded me of the atmosphere of hostels in my young days some 50 yrs ago..😁 a bit smelly in the corridor, no tv. The bedsheets etc. they handover at check-in because to be applied by yourself. The room was OK, quite old fashioned and a bit run down, but very clean. The room was really warm and without any possibilities to regulate it, only option was to open the windows. However, this meant a lot of noise as it lays right next to the street. There was no WiFi, and the Internet Access Point (one computer next to the entrance) was so slow it couldn't load any pictures. Easy five star restaurant with a beautiful ambience. All the dishes we ordered were delicious and specially the duck special. It was well seasoned and the quantity was huge, I was not able to finish it. The roast beef, steak, and fish were all very unique as well. The hotel also houses a sports Centrum with tennis courts, the name probably comes from that. But the rooms are in perfect shape: clean, roomy, sophisticated and tasteful designed. So do not let the name fool you, this is an awesome hotel!

The only thing I would suggest is that if you’re not fluent in German this might not be the best place. The staff tried their best to communicate and answer questions and having a translation app on our phones helped.

This is a nice hotel situated in easy walking distance to the pedestrianized center of Bad Segeberg. There is a major supermarket in walking distance. Stayed at Vitalia Seehotel for 3 nights with work. Location is nothing less than fantastic. Right on the bed of the lake... It gives a fantastic experience. Rooms are very nice and comfortable and there are a lot of great facilities. Breakfast is rather good but dinner the dinner buffet could be improved some. All in all it is highly recommended!

Really nice hotel in superb location overlooking the lake. Pool was very nice with more amazing lake views, although saunas are out of service for renovation. A rather disappointing culinary experience. A rather simple selection of vegetables and their preparation with no surprises. We were served a plate of beef and pork. The pork was completely dry. Luckily there was a sauce to go with it. And the vanilla ice cream for dessert had no taste and the whipped cream was not sweetened. The only positive thing was the starter of the asparagus cream soup.

Good German kitchen, very professional personnel that will serve you quickly and is always in time for a refill, even when all tables are occupied. Nice place, but overpriced, really bad internet connection (both wifi and mobile data). Also the kitchen was not well equipped. Wellness area and massages were very nice. The room was nice but it had some broken things.

The hotel is ideal for a city trip, as you can quickly reach the train station and the motorway on foot. The sauna and fitness area are highly recommended. Unfortunately, our bathroom already smelled of smoke when we checked in.

The facilities are good for a few nights. But if you want to pass the time watching TV in the evening, the single room would at least benefit from a more comfortable chair than the one in the dining room. Or you have to lounge on the bed. Good location since the reason for staying is due to company training.

The location is ideal, it's located near the centre of Kiel, the staff is also very friendly and easy going. The rooms ar not cleaned well and the toilet looks dirty. There was a massive layers of dust under the bed. The windows were crooked and could not open properly without touching the curtain rail. Luckily we're using this as a one night stop hotel

Convenient location, clean, check-out from the room is at 11, and they kicked us out at 10, not very pleasant, but overall the hotel is good.

Good room and breakfast, pore parkering. The room had two beds that made a kings size bed. There were also two extra beds perfect for children. The hotel is close to the railroad station that may affect your sleep. We needed to park on the street, it is free from 22.00 to 10.00.

The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the main train station and about 3 minutes from the Sophienblatt shopping arcade (I think that's what it's called). You can also get to the center quickly.

It was pretty budget but it was a good night sleep and staff were friendly. No free parking as far as I could see. If there was, they need to advertise where it is.
