Wir sind super zufrieden, das Personal TOP, MANAGEMENT TOP, das Hotel TOP, also wir sind sehr begeistert!! Das Personal ist wirklich sowas vor freundlich, alle wünsche werden erfüllt! Das MANAGEMENT gibt sich super Mühe damit die Gäste das bekommen was sie sich wünschen. Und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich!!Danke wir kommen wieder! 😉

Wir können uns den negativen Bewertungen mancher Gäste nicht anschließen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr persönlich und freundlich mit einem Glas Prosecco (angeboten wurde eine Getränkeauswahl) von Thomas begrüßt. We were only on the island for one night and chose this hotel for its location. The apartment we got was great! We had a great view of the opposite island of Juist and the sea. The room was very clean and nothing was missing. The staff was also very friendly and nothing was left to be desired. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was great here as well. I am a so-called regular guest, I like the proximity to the sea and the city, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, etc. So far I have always liked that the hotel insists on wearing a mask and insisting on its domiciliary rights, but this time I was impressed by the inconsistency in this regard. not promised, since some guests were demonstratively walking around without a mask, so I wonder...
