Hotels in Norderney

So far I haven't had a coffee machine in my room for the 5th star! Surprise ... now it was there !! As always, a very pleasant stay ... friendly service (thank you very much!), Good mattresses, great breakfast, great location ... we'll be back!

Sehr schmackhaftes Frühstück und eine Vielzahl von Produkten. Super geschmackvolle Halbpension die man auch Mittags in Ruhe einnehmen und geniessen konnte. Tolles Spar- und Wellnesscenter einschl. Hallenbad und Aussenpool. Hier blieben keine Wünsche offen.

It was another great evening at the restaurant and super great food. We will definitely be back next year. Thumbs up from me👍

Excellent hotel, right by the sea. Excellent pools, saunas. Service in restaurants is excellent, organization is good. Food is good, especially breakfasts (buffet). Modern rooms, very good. Bathrooms too. I spent 2 weeks in this hotel and I am very satisfied.

Very tasty, I hope that next time you come you will have the sausage with wild garlic, I would recommend you to remove it from the menu if it is not there.

The spa is really great! Highly recommended. Right on the beach. Best to get there by taxi.

Really cute stay in this hotel, everything was really cleaned (even the kettle and it’s cool to see that, it’s not that common), the sauna area was relaxing, the quality of the breakfast is really good and it’s well organised, the staff is friendly, professional, with a good sense of service, it is pleasant to see good professionals of tourism like your team , thank you !

The hotel is excellent! The team was really nice and friendly, the breakfast was good and with a lot of options, the bedroom was comfortable. It is located in a central area and close to the beach.

Very good. I visited recently and despite the restrictions due to Covid 19 had a very pleasant stay. I´m sure that for the staff it has been very difficult to work under such conditions. As a guest i found the welcome friendly. The location is very close to the main shopping area, but without the noise or bussle. The room was not small. It was well laid out with pleanty of storage, a coat hanger on...

A bit old, otherwise we felt very comfortable. What we will remember is that there was a small kitchen in the room, so you don't have to go out to eat every day.

This is our second time in this property. It's very plain and simple but the location is great. The gentleman at the front desk missed his job in my opinion. Very impolite.

It's good that it doesn't look the same on the inside as it does on the outside. Could use a new coat of paint.

We spent a really great vacation on Norderney from July 15th to 25th and were super satisfied in every way. We had a spacious room with modern bathroom e.g. floor-level shower and a large balcony. The hotel is located near the center in the countryside and yet in a very quiet location. The staff was always very nice and helpful. The room was always clean, tidy and there were fresh towels every day...

Too little staff sometimes only half a day reception occupied. What if there was an accident? Room service not good, new towels were simply put as a roll on the sink.

Only came here for breakfast and back lunch but seems like a nice hotel.

Would stay there again Very nice hotel with excellent service snd facilities, including washer & tumbler (€2 per go). Large room with plenty of space. Near the north beach and the pedestrian area, including restaurants, cafes and shopping. Ver friendly and helpful staff.

Very good central location in a quiet side street. Room was modern and comfortably furnished. Nice big TV and excellent WiFi. Great and plentiful breakfast. Very nice staff. Very clean.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Eine frühzeitige Anreise war überhaupt kein Problem. Die Sauberkeit des ganzen Hauses stach sofort ins Auge. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The house is very nice and cozy and you feel very comfortable. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the rooms and bathrooms are not very big, but luckily most of the time is spent outside and preferably on the beach. Or on the large sun terrace. I can only recommend it.

There were two of us and we ate there on two evenings. When we first requested an appointment, we were very friendly and accommodating. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive throughout the evening. Since there was a fish buffet the next day, we spontaneously reserved a seat and were once again delighted with the food.

I stayed for several days with mine six-year-old son as a guest Hotel Ennen. The entire team is very courteous and attentive. Super breakfast buffet and the restaurant is worth a visit. The quality is right here and the service is great. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back! Many thanks to the entire team!

Super nice and well equipped rooms with balcony, second row hotel at the beach side.

The room was very comfortable and nice to live. If I will ever go to Norderney, I would definitely stay here again. It felt like we were welcome there. Many little gifts on the way, kindness of the personal. We didn't make it to the last ferry, and this problem was solved via phone in 1 minute. Really appreciate!

We were only on the island for one night and chose this hotel for its location. The apartment we got was great! We had a great view of the opposite island of Juist and the sea. The room was very clean and nothing was missing. The staff was also very friendly and nothing was left to be desired. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was great here as well. The only thing we noticed negatively...

I am a so-called regular guest, I like the proximity to the sea and the city, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, etc. So far I have always liked that the hotel insists on wearing a mask and insisting on its domiciliary rights, but this time I was impressed by the inconsistency in this regard. not promised, since some guests were demonstratively walking around without a mask, so I wonder...

Positive: - Great breakfast - Great for how they deal with free water, coffee etc - very nice room - very friendly service Negative: - overpriced for what it is - No AC, super hot in room - busy street in front of the window due to too many delivery trucks in the morning who park with running engines, not what you expect from a stay on a quit island - Wifi slow and flacky, how can this still be an...
