We stayed at the hotel over the weekend and were completely satisfied with everything... No matter whether it was the room, breakfast or the service... Very nice hosts. That's why I can't understand some of the bad reviews at all... If you look at others Treated the way you would like it to be treated yourself, there are no problems.... We will definitely be guests there again.

The three of us came completely wet and dirty from a mountain bike tour. We would still be offered a place independently. The hostess? showed us a room where we could change. During our meal, which was very tasty, our things were briefly washed and dried. SUPER SERVICE. Here, hospitality and service is not just a job but a calling. We'll come back when we're nearby.

A very nice hotel. We were there with 9 motorcycle riders for 6 nights. Very nice rooms The food is simply very good and plentiful. Breakfast was also very good. The persona, rarely had such friendly and helpful employees and owners. So I was completely satisfied with everything. Price performance is simply top. Definitely coming back again.

For a cheap money you pay, you get to stay in a nice, very clean hotel. It's old stylish but still nice for a stay. Has a small pool which can be used also in the night, as well as sauna...

Great food and a nice clean restaurant. Ate outside and enjoyed the company. Really good food and friendly staff. Tomato soup and goulash are two items you have to order. Schnitzel has awesome flavor and is tender enough to cut with a fork. Good bier selection. Have a few while u eat then head around and explore the area afterwards.

Very nice stay at Gasthof Hecht, warm welcome, nice bedroom and very good breakfast. The only thing is that the English version of the website shows an incorrect price of €38 per person and it is actually €44-48. I hope this will be corrected quickly since a 20% price difference to what is advertised is not a pleasant surprise.

We enjoyed our stay at Kirnbacher Hof. It's a luxurious stay with spa and dine facilities. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Dining was also great! Very clean, the breakfast was excellent. Very close to the road so a little loud but I would be happy to stay there again as the rooms were clean, the staff really nice and the location was close to some great hiking for families in Gutach.

Great place to stay on the Westweg rail and very good value for money. Nice room and wonderful dinner (I highly recommend to eat here). The old lady who is running the guesthaus is amazing, she can speak 5 different languages which is pretty rare, especially in the black forest where I met only few people who could speak English.

Wonderful family hotel and restaurant with a very special charm and great rooms, owner-managed by the gracious family Pastor! Great cuisine with typical dishes and seasonal, varied dishes, which are sweetened by a homemade Black Forest cake for dessert! Me and my wife can highly recommend this location, that i we visit multiple times a year!

During my business trip for 5 days, I stayed here. Frau Pastor and her husband were very accommodating and made my stay very comfortable. The food is also very nice, and the homemade cheesecake was amazing! The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend to you.

5+5 Stars. This place was amazing. When we checked in iirenea greeted us and informed us of things to do. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. All the linen and towels were crisp and clean. When we were leaving we asked about dinner. I told her my wife wanted Jagerschnitzel. It was not on the menu and she said she could make it. We came back and told her we would be back in 30 min. for dinner...

We ate the soup and the käsespätzle. It was okay. Some bread with the soup would've been nice.

This beautiful little guest house was amazing! Friendly people, delicious breakfast brought straight to our table, more then what we could eat. Very quiet and romantic and perfect for the last part of our honeymoon! Close to the train station to walk, with the bus stop right out front, and to top it off, they have a guest pass for the local transportation which allowed us to explore and do so much...

Lovely room above a Greek restaurant. Close to the train station and walking distance to the Blackforest Open Air Museum (well worth a trip). The bed was very comfortable and there was everything you need for a short stay. We ate at the restaurant and the food was great.

We stayed in a room which looked directly over the Canal, to our delighted surprise. Made for a very pleasant spot to relax! Our host was very welcoming and friendly, and we enjoyed our breakfast.

Very nice parking space with only 4 places, cozy at the inn with chickens in the immediate vicinity. Railway, road and summer toboggan run not far away, but not disturbing. Shower and breakfast possibility as well as drinks and snack machines. You feel welcome. Gladly again.

Great location for a relaxing vacation. Views from the balcony are beautiful, and the breakfast was very well done. Everything was very clean and the owners are friendly and accomodating. A surprise, considering the location, was the high-speed Internet.

Much of this hotel is quality, but certain details let it down. It does not cater well for children, as the clientele is older generally. There is a slaughterhouse opposite the hotel which slaughters pigs and the noise is quite disturbing. The half board does not include children, so costs can escalate. Most loungers by the pool are reserved all day. Free drinks are limited, only full sugar drinks...

We liked everything about the hotel and staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly. Room was great, with view of creek and valley. Position in the country was great, you have to have transportation to get there, but that is good because your not in town!!

Amazing hotel. Really clean and what a great location. Stayed for the nite and would of stayed longer if we could. Great breakfast bar and coffee is made to order. I get to Germany from the US. My hotel I normally stay was closed because I got there at 10:30 pm and they were gone! Everyone was sold out or to far (1 hour or further away). I found this place I come to the door its locked and lights out. I press the call button expecting no one and after a few minutes no answer so I start to walk away. Suddenly a head pops out of the window above and then she comes...

Very good kitchen and food. The breakfast selection at the breakfast is very small. The whole facility is in very good condition but the hotel is in the middle of nowhere! All in all a clear recommendation for a short stay!

Very nice restaurant and hotel! Room was very roomy. The shower in our room was a bit small, tricky showering when your taller. Breakfast is served per table, and offers a lot of quantity and choice. The portions served in the restaurant are ginormous. The Däsbudeltoast with Schnitzel was impressively large and very tasty. Definitely a lovely place to stay!

We spend here on October 03 2015, our first night during our little travel in the Black Forest. Very nice and very silent at the and of nowhere. Very nice breakfast. The room is clean, wide enough and so on the toilet and shower with in.

Great food and very friendly staff. We had a large group and everyone's food was great and it didn't take long at all. This area is beautiful and there is a lot to see. Very scenic.

Very pretty accommodation. Stayed for 9 nights at the place. Wi-Fi works perfectly and is amazingly fast. The staff was always friendly and courteous. Breakfast was extremely rich. We are back at the 09.07.16 for dinner there. Small menu but great taste. Good Price-Performance Ratio. The mouth swap Burger is highly recommended. Staff is nice and fast. Very Child-Friendly.

A small map, but what the Restaurant offers is consistently good. If the fresh salad, the special house salad, or the Schnitzel. The outdoor patio is dry, but a lot of noise from the main road. Only open Friday to Sunday from 13.00! To 21.00

We have here a schnitzel with French fries eaten. The schnitzel was a bit too greasy for us (a lot of butter / fat used).

We went here to eat a schnitzel. The meat was prepared using a lot of butter, dripping out of the food, so wasn't my favorite.

Rosi is incredibly sweet and helpful. She has been hosting guests at “Haus Rose” for almost 60 years. Her husband Alfred is a well known carpenter and beekeeper in the region. We had an amazing 3 day stay in August in the Blum Bauernhof guesthouse with our family. We have been very well welcomed by the very kind and passionate owners. Our stay here was a last minute arrangement and we could not have been more pleased to have been accommodated. This family-owned and run boutique hotel is an absolute must visit. Fantastic hotel and restaurant, really worth the visit. The hushband and wife owners were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
