After a brief stay, I am left wondering how this hotel has earned 5 stars. The service is far from satisfactory. For example, the level of service falls short of what you would expect from a 5-star hotel: the rooms are noisy, breakfast closes earlier than the stated time, the public restrooms are missing soap, the waitstaff seem unmotivated, and the receptionists are unfriendly. Additionally, guests are not permitted to use the spa on the day of departure. On a positive note, the location is convenient, and the facilities are pleasant.

This was our first visit to Roewers and we really enjoyed it. Everything just fits here. Friendly and polite staff, excellent spa with professional massages. You can't describe food, you have to experience it. We will definitely be back and have already booked a room for October. Thank you for two wonderful days.

Breakfast was lovely, staff were very attentive and friendly. The whole place was excellent. Situated on the "main" street of Sellin. approx 5 minutes to the beach/promenade, lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Supermarket and train station- 10 minutes. The hotel has bikes you can rent also.
A great location for a relaxing break in a quiet little town.

A wonderful place to stay and relax. Director and Owners are very kind hearted persons. A beautiful ❤️ memorable experience. A must visit place in Sellin. And a very pleasant ambiance.

Super great, always again. Early check in is 10 euros although the room was ready, well it wasn't supposed to be.

We took the stay as happening too. Since a wild animal crashed into our car on the way to us, the hotel also did everything to make this holiday memorable. Thank you.

This is arrival. You will immediately feel welcome. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. The food is fantastic. Ms Rower takes the time to personally greet her guests and exchange a few words in the evening. An excellent hotel to meet every need, with a spa and wellness centre. I will be glad to return.

We only went to their restaurant Toujours and I couldn't be more amazed. It was one of the best flammkuchen I ever ate. From the balance of flavours to the crispy dough and the staff was super friendly.

We went for our honeymoon to the Roewers Privathotel beautifully located in Sellin. Service, food and hospitality are unbeatable, along with the generous offer of SPA and wellness treatment in the Vitambiance area.
