I have had some good food several times, today I had char fillet, it was well cooked, the best fish I have ever eaten.

The rooms are very nice, the hotel is also very friendly, the staff is always happy to come back. Very beautiful place.

Room was good, big and spacious. The hotel room we got was very near to beach. Nice location. Friendly staff, and nice stay. The car parking (You have to pay extra) lot was just behind the building, so very comfortable. Breakfast was good, limited options for vegetarians. But, not a problem, you can be full. Wifi signal was poor in room, and I say, it was not working inside !

It was very good. Full of burgers. What I found really great was that on the one hand we got a table spontaneously and the kids had something to draw so the waiting time (which was not very long) was more bearable. The service was very good.

We really enjoyed our time in Wald hotel. Comfy beds, modern decoration, a correct breakfast, friendly staff and very helpful with all information of sellin and transports. The only thing we missed a bit was the possibility to have some tea in the room before sleep.

Nice room, clean, quiet. What is a bit annoying is that breakfast is in the other hotel. Two hotels are apparently put together for breakfast, which leads to waiting times in front of the door, so another solution should be found as soon as possible.

Very nice staff, in the hotel, reception, "Zum Kranich" (especially Mrs. Kaiser in the service) cleaning. The family room was a good size, daily cleaning. The food was varied, fresh and tasty. We spent a wonderful holiday in the hotel "Strandallee". The family room with a balcony was clean and we had enough space. The service team was always friendly and courteous. Breakfast and dinner in the "beach hotel" was delicious and the staff always courteous. We would love to come back.

I was a guest at the hotel with my wife. We were overwhelmed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Every wish was fulfilled immediately. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, as the beach is only a few meters away. We felt completely at ease and it won't be the last time that we have been there. The service in general is so good. I arrived early morning (10am) and they gave me my room without extra amount. All the women in the hotel (reception, housekeeping, restaurant) were so kind and sweet. And I loved the breakfast!! We stayed in a junior suite with sea view and balcony in the Hotel Stranddistel for 8 days, it was a dream vacation. Even from bed you could enjoy the endless expanse of the Baltic Sea and, if you were early enough, the sunrise. I really liked the modern room, very good WiFi, good TV, balcony, bathroom from Duravit. I recommend booking breakfast. I didn't like the permanently running water in the toilet. There were certainly 4 liters per minute running through - so 5760 liters per day! I didn't feel good about supporting such a waste.

Hotel Eldena is located just outside of Göhren, but has direct access to the beach. Otherwise you have to be good on foot or by bike to go to another inn etc. to eat. Receptionists should know about the best local hiking trail from Sassnitz to Königstuhl, but instead they said “You cannot hike there”. We did in fact hike 8km that day. Not very helpful staff in this regard.

The whole experience was great from the friendly receptionist, the cosy ambiance of the lobby with the candles all over. I travel a lot and spend around 150 days in hotels around the world. I expected more from a 5-star hotel. Positive: the location right on the beach, perfect breakfast, first-class staff. This stay was a dream. Direct sea view from the bed. The sound of the sea from the open window. It was good !! Large double rain shower from the bathroom ceiling. This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've been in. The location of the hotel really captures the ocean and atmosphere of a small beach town. I went in the winter time so not many travelers and it felt like i was in a book. The breakfast could be much better but otherwise cant complain about much else. Second time at the Kurhaus. First visit since the rebranding to A-Rosa. Hotel still holding a good standard. Rooms a little worn out. In need of a face-lift. Breakfast is good and location perfect. Spa area is small but cosy. The biggest disappointment is that the steakhouse has transformed to a wirtshaus that not keeping the same standard as the steakhouse. Would probably stay here again.

We were passing here and a space opened up in a fab beach chair so we popped in for a couple of drinks and to admire the view from the terrace. Ended up sharing a delicious club sandwich as well. I’d also hoped to order an ice-cream sundae as the ones others were eating looked pretty good but they needed to pack up for an event. It was not mentioned at checkin that parking costs an extra €19 per day, so it was a complete surprise when it appeared on the final bill. Very Nice hotel with good restaurants and spa.👌🏽

The hotel is well located, the service very friendly and the breakfast great. However, as others wrote too, our room was pretty small and our bathroom tiny given the brand and pricing of the hotel. In addition, not everything was spotless clean.

My review refers to a “country-style” double room. The rather small room was equipped with very low beds with sharp edges that could establish a risk of injury. There is a lack of storage space for suitcases. The cleaning of the living room and bathroom was perfect. The service was also correct. Noteworthy is the excellent breakfast, the wellness area and the shuttle service from the train station...

We spent four nights in this Villa and we loved every minute of it! The best was the size of the suite and the balcony. The hosts were cheerful and helpful all the time. We will definitely come back!

Staff (Especially Reception) was incredibly nice and always smiling. rooms are clean and as shown in pictures. Also amazing kitchen.

The breakfast room is at an excellent location, facing the sea front and the "Promenade" of Binz. The choice and quality of the food is excellent. It is very smart that cold cuts and fish are in a separate, cooled location. Egg choices are being asked by the service staff and prepared and served to you, you don't have to stand in line. What makes this place exceptional is it's 10...

This hotel is situated in the middle of the Strandpromenade in Binz with a few meters to the sandy beach. Our room was at the 4th and fifth floor - we had a balcony with a free view over neighbour houses and a side sea view. The breakfast was splendid with fresh fruit, new prepared eggs dishes - salmon, sausages, croissants etc.

Arrived early @11:00 - room was ready - a bonus. Breakfast was good as always. Sunny balcony at rear [no sea view]. Sauna/spa empty.
