Nice place for summer I assume. I stay there 2 winter nights. Beds were unfortunately uncomfortable, pillows hard and thin summer blankets. I had 2 hard to sleep nights at this hotel because of uncomfortable beds and cold nights. Breakfast was one morning poor, another good.

The beach hotel on the northwest side of Berlin is a reasonable place to stay. The rooms have special pillows, Airfect, which can also be bought at the reception. The room is big and clean, but the toilet is relatively dimly lit. The equipment in the room has been reduced to a minimum. Peaceful and quiet environment. Friendly staff.

Staff were nice but unfortunately the food is so ridiculously overpriced for what you get. 5 of us ordered, 5 of us were disappointed with the food.
I mean look at the watery mush that was served as risotto....!
P.s avoid the salad as it is TINY.

Stayed for a weekend with my fiancee in end January. We booked the stay through a smartbox-voucher, which included a single 4 course dinner, access to the sauna-area and breakfast both mornings.
The room was large and very well kept, and the overall decor and facility of the hotel was nice and modern. The surrounding area was beautiful for a stroll along the lake and through the forest, with nice little cafe's easily accessible in the area.
The hotel restaurant was nice and the food was good. The portions were big, and prices very reasonable.
If you are not from Germany and come to enjoy the sauna area, don't be surprised to find that it a unisex, all natural area. This is simply part of the culture.
As with most of Germany, it is not standard expectations to speak English. This naturally created a bit of a communication barrier, but the staff were very willing to point and gesticulate, so it worked out.
All in all a very nice stay.

Very nice hotel, quite modern rooms, friendly staff and very close to the beach. We could even ask for towels that we could bring to the beach at the reception, very nice service! downsides for me were not having air-conditioning in my room, dust and insects above my window (the rest of the room was very clean however) and the bathroom lighting was quite dim.
