Nice hotel with good service. We stayed here with a large party as it was close to our wedding location. Hotel is a 5 min walk from the train station which is a 19 min direct ride away from cologne central station

Comfortable Hotel. You can easily reach it from the main street. Rooms are larger than the rooms in other nearby hotel and the prices are pretty fair. Would recommend it!

Wenn man nach 23:00 Uhr anreist, kann man sich telefonisch einen Code für den Schlüsselsafe geben lassen. Die Lage ist in einem Industriegebiet. Das hat den Vorteil, dass es nachts sehr ruhig ist und es genügend Parkplätze gibt. Der Nachteil ist, dass die unmittelbare Umgebung nicht allzu einladend...

The hotel itself is nice and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very expensive for the price, and the hotel itself is pretty out of the way, feels like in the middle of nowhere. But overall it was a nice stay.

The hotel itself is good, but the location is just depressing. Nothing in the vicinity except KFC. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but offers breakfast. Nice breakfast but depressing atmosphere. Room was good. Basically, only book this hotel if you will work in the area and need the room for sleeping.

Very friendly staff except for one woman Who was acting a bit hectic. English not perfect so sometimes a bit trouble with communication. Hotelrooms were very clean and it felt like an actual hotelroom which is good for the cheap booking. Not recommending the food but it's doable if you don't mind low variation.

Cosy, at a Local level would be assumed to be the Ambeinte rather in more rural areas and in the ratio of price/performance competitiveness. Who has enough chain of Hotell rooms brand of Swedish Furniture in a living here-stay accommodation.

The best part of the stay was the desk attendants ( Olga and Constance). They did everything they could to make the stay the best it could be.  Overall the room was way overpriced for what it offered. The room was lacking many of the standard amenities that other hotels offer. Even to the point you have to request room cleaning and hope to get it. We stayed 10 days and never received a room cleaning...

Not good I find it hard to understand how this property has a 4 star rating. Gym was a cupboard. Rooms only cleaned and refreshed on request. Aircon barely functioning. Breakfast overpriced and not good. Bathrooms poorly equipped. All of that said, the staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating.

Unique experience with very decent dining options in and around the property. There was no housekeeping service though and staff could have been a little more polite and helpful.

We happened on this hotel by accident. We were scheduled for another hotel and the booking was confused. We contacted this hotel on line. In spite of the World Cup Games they were able to provide us with a great room overlooking a beautiful garden. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The beds were new and we rested well. Nice room, but no bar and expensive parking. Nice hotel in the area of the Neustad (by U-Bahn). The hotel bar is closed, so nothing to do in the evening, At ********** it says it's open, but it isn't. Also parking is not € 25 a day but an expensive € 28 for a day. Room was OK, but the other things dissapointing.

Ideally located for attending a 1. FC Köln game. The stadium can be reached on foot in around 15 minutes or conveniently reached by public transport.

I'm not very often in Hotels - even not in Hotels in the German Federal territory. For a 3 star Hotel I think the rooms (especially the bathroom) are more likely to be very small. For someone with more Wealth is in the shower is a challenge... The bed I have slept in the I, knarxt... is simply outdated already... I then placed the mattress on the floor to sleep then on the ground, it was bearable...

The hotel is just three stops with S-Bahn from the city centre. My room was decent but could be improved. Clean, very warm and silent: these are the things I appreciated the most. In the other side, the hotel has no lift and this was very annoying especially if you are travelling with two big suitcase and your room is on the 3rd floor! No other mirror was provided, except the one in the bathrooom....

Have stayed there a night and have needed in the end, only a bed to sleep in. It was completely sufficient. Only the price was a bit steep but since we were the blame for this because we booked late.

A good hotel at moderate prices in a top location in the west of Cologne. Rooms are big enough, clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous, nice and friendly. A very good alternative to the crowded hotel at the exhibition center in Cologne.

Nice small hotel, clean and accessible, friendly staff and nice simple breakfast. There is construction behind the hotel that is loud during the week beginning at 7am, but if you're an early riser I would recommend this hotel.

We spent one night at the hotel without breakfast for the second time. The rooms are functional and clean. The convenient online check-in and check-out are good. The reception is staffed, however, and always helpful and competent. We will stay there again.

In itself a very good hotel. Staff nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, the parking spaces are no longer free due to a construction site (not changed on trip yet), but a nice gentleman at the reception was very accommodating and, due to the inconvenience, only charged us for a parking space. Beautiful rooms we had room 35. Staff were very helpful and translated in to English for us if they were in sure. Had to get help as our travel plug did not work and nothing was too much for them. Looking forward to staying again soon. Thankyou Mr and Mrs Marsh.
