Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 4 years old to 10 years old stay for € 35 per person per night when using an existing bed.

Very nice and quiet hotel. Extensive spa amenities and outdoor pool. Small gym aswell and direct lake access. Food was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet. Very relaxing get away outside small town

This is my fifth time staying at your hotel and you never fail to impress me and my partner. The rooms, the service, the food and the spa is all excellent. Thank you again for your wonderful service.

Very nice hotel, comfortable bed, good location for biking tours. Spa is enjoyable, especially japanese pool. The waiters at breakfast and dinner were well skilled and pleasant, however swimming pool staff need to improve hospitality and communication skills. Overall, hotel is to be recommended.

Best bed I’ve never seen in a hotel. Very nice terraces and beautiful hall. Cocktails at the bar were exquisite. But, the near village looks like an old DDR city and the bathrooms are not bathrooms (the shower and the toilets have their own separate micro-rooms, very uncomfortable). Nowack

The place is located about 20mins walk from the Radolfzell train station (convenient enough walk during the day). Truth be told, I wasn’t aware that it would be the most expensive hotel in town. It is probably that way probably because of the spa etc. it has to offer. The reason for my visit was purely business (with a company in town), so the amenities the hotel has to offer was not important to me. Based on this, I would say that this is too expensive for transit travelers.
The reception staff were good but unfortunately not very well prepared for my stay. I had to wait for a while beyond the check in time even though I had given prior information of my arrival. The other part that I complain about is the absent minded customer service. I requested for three bottles of water for my room. Not only was the room charged for this but the bottles were never delivered. Mind you they charge around €7 per bottle.
The Skydeck is something that is unique and has wonderful views of the lake. Definitely recommend this!

Book the Japan Suite, you won’t regret it. Also the skybar offers a beautiful view on Lake Constance. The spa has a Japanese onsen and plenty of sauna options. Extremely friendly hotel staff.

Service staff is very friendly and attentive. You get a regional transportation ticket complementary to your room.
Exceptional is also the sauna area. Great selection with hourly infusions in the different saunas.
If you would like to book a massage you need to reserve early.
Very rich and healthy breakfast buffet.
Overall it is on the pricey side but caters to the middle ground of German and Swiss guest.

Hotel is super! Although I knew that the spa was nude, I didnt expect ALL parts to be so. It would have been nice to have a non-nude area in the garden, where I could have just chilled out with bikini.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms wonderful spa. Special thanks to our evening server Thao. She was super friendly, answered all our questions, very attentive, we haven't have such a great service for a very long time. 4 course dinner was delicious, breakfast had a wide variety of food.

We had a wonderful 4 day-stay. The Hotel is located in a quiet seaside area. Rooms are very nice and spacious with good design and each one has a balcony. The food in the restaurant is just great and you have a superb view from the rooftop bar. In every area you find super-friendly personell. We enjoyed the good breakfast buffet and the very nice spa. Also booking a massage is very recommendable. We will definitely be back.
