A lovely location, good wine selection, very tasty regional menu… we were impressed with the food quality at a reasonable price. Even though busy, the service was very good. A charming hotel with beautiful rooms, runned by a lovely, always smiling, owner. We will defenitely come back!

My wife and I stayed as a consolation when our 6-months reservation at a nearby Schloss was cancelled on us with less than a week to go. I'm so glad the Zell stay was cancelled. This establishment is nothing short of amazing! SO charming, elegant and quiet... The food was 5-star (prepared, I'm told, by Mr. Melsheimer) (I was a chef, so I KNOW good food),... Mrs Melsheimer (the hostess) is downright...

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The wellness area was kept very clean ! Breakfast buffet was well filled with various sortiments.

Friendly service and good food with great views from the terras. Room was however somewhat small and lacked significant ventilation or an air conditioner with 30+ degrees outside. Would go again.

Good service, food and wine. Our cheaper room was dated but fine. The hotel is a mix of old and new. Charging too much for water.

Food is quite good. Operation part is unprofessional, the trainees were the best. Wines are nothing special, mostly all quality wines. Wine card does not match with the what you get in wine. Nice Spa Area.

Very nice boutique room directly on the Moselle. We had the ferryman's room. We especially liked the bathroom.

Nice place with a small terrace directly next to the Moselle. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the beautiful old house. We will gladly come again.

Wonderfull small hotel direct on the Mosel river with excellent restaurant. Service is great, friendly and professional, we visited Mlsel several times but without any doubts is the best we have been. Our room was very clean, quite confortable with view river. Good hotel with suprme good looking food. Good placering to start a bike ride good mountainbiken courses and posible for road biking as wellness.

We were received very hospitably, it was a nice time in Reil, everything was to our complete satisfaction, with great attention to detail, nice people, very good breakfast and a nice room. The wine of the Dauns family is simply great. It was a pleasure. A beautiful spot on the Moselle.

We took part in a great covered wagon ride....the owner of the winery was super nice and told a lot about winegrowing and the area. One of the daughters also told us a few things afterwards and showed us the wine cellar. At the end there was still homemade schnapps which was not without. We bought wine there on recommendation, we were guests in another house down the street. The wines were delicious and tasty for my wife, so we bought wine there again on our next visit to the Moselle. Also, the prices for their products are still reasonable, which has become rare. Thanks for the friendly service and we'll be back.

Such a gorgeous place in a perfect setting. We have stayed here multiple times and could t imagine staying anywhere else! From the thoughtful touches from the host, immaculate and well-appointed accommodations, and breathtaking views, all nestled in a picture perfect village.I can think of no place I’d rather be than sipping wine on the terrace overlooking the vineyards. You won’t regret staying here...

Very nice place. Good restaurant. If you are riding an E-Bike you cannot charge your battery in the hott. There is a barn across the road from the hotel to park the bike and charge the battery. Not many outlets.

Warm and friendly couple run the show. The wife is an artist and the place is filled with her art, the husband has won multiple awards for his wine from Postkellerei. Beautiful art gallery-like winery and good hotel rooms, quirky and memorable. Food was good, Schnitzel is a must. Quiet surrounding, perfect to unwind.

Value for money is right. Although the rooms are not new, they are tastefully decorated and some have new furniture. Everything is definitely very clean. food was good. Booked bed and breakfast. Rooms (No. 11) are not new, but they are clean and since the owner only took over in May 2021 and is also the interior decorator, I can imagine that a lot will still be renewed here. Very friendly hosts who are always available. Well-kept, clean holiday apartment with a beautiful outdoor area to linger in. Very quiet location, beautiful hiking trails from the house. The destinations can all be reached by bus or boat. The holiday has a name: "Ferienweingut Rainer Hirschen" We thank you for the nice days!

Very nice hosts! Quiet location, but still central on the Moselle. The bicycles could become underframes. The wine tasting was fun, informative, and tasty! Lovely again!
