Rooms are grat and clean...BUT
We had a problem with self chek-in and there were no one to help us. We arrived at 2:15am. For that price per day is no breakfast included, and 15€ for breakfast (salami and cheese) is insane.

good hotel, in an easy to reach location. Nothing outstanding but it deserves 5 stars for the courtesy of the manager who brilliantly and kindly solved a problem I had with the room

The rooms are nice ... I had a room with a kitchenette, but kitchenwares have to be fetched at the reception. It is functional, but I think it is limited to a pot of noodles or soup; ingredients including salt etc. You will need to bring yourself.
The restaurant and the rooftop bar are nice; the bar, however, is not open all year round. The restaurant is ok; they have only a small selection but what they offer is quite good. Only let down are the salads, they are not their forté, they are ok, but not more. Currently there are 3 dessert options, a brownie, ice cream and chocolate mouse, that unfortunately didn't live up to my expectation.
The location is close to the highway exit and there is free parking in the garage. It is, however, definitely not in the city center ... This is more like an economic area on the outskirts. The hotel is nice though.

Really clean and nice room with a good bathroom. The fod in the restaurant wasn't that good, the schnitzel came out of the frying pan and wasn't worth the money. Self check in was easy to do and the free parking garage was also a welcome suprise

Excellent hotel like new. Excellent welcome with friendly staff. Clean room, modern bathroom and air-conditioned environment with personalized settings. Free parking inside the hotel area. Not far from the center but in a quiet area away from the noise. Excellent position.

Modern hotel with cozy bedroom. Big flat screen tv, comfortable beds.
Only thing to improve was the bed cover, it was too hot even with the AC at its minimum temperature. They should provide colder bed linen with additional blanket in case you are cold.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms, free underground parking and friendly staff. Only 2 minutes from Autobahn München - Salzburg.

My husband and I had the misfortune of choosing this hotel for our stay in Rosenheim. I work in a hotel and know the standards even during corona and the only thing that deserved a star was the newness of the hotel. Even though it is during the Corona time, I know hotels that value their guests and keep them informed at all times with signs, clearly visable, and at least one person in reception until 10 at night. This Hotel doesn`t deserve 3 stars. No interest in the guests was shown. No service or housekeeping in the rooms, no chance of contacting anyone and the number given in reception promised to assist but didn`t. No chance of getting a bottle of water and we had to take toilet paper from the guest toilets downstairs because we had none. Thanks but no thanks. Not even if I received the next visit on a silver platter, I would not do this to either my husband or myself. One star for warm beds, warm water and a decent sized TV.
