Plus: Very clean room and common areas. Good beds. Minus: although good breakfast, chefs must do a better job. 15 slices of bacon stuck together fried with only the frist and 15th slice having a crisp. No housekeeping for 3 days.

Standard hotel for the price. First room I got had nasty brown stains on the carpet. Receptionist quickly found me a clean room and still ahead of our check in time which was nice. Rooms are decent size. Breakfast above average for a hotel like this! Location is walking distance from everything. Paid parking structure across the street.

Rooms are nice and clean as you can expect from a good average hotel. Breakfast is included but very basic level. For 4 persons it is compact and sofa bed is not for 2 persons Very few hotel parking places But there is a paid parking area just few meters

Nice Hotel en route to Austria or Italy. Rooms are very conveniant. Good breakdast facilities. Mostly booked by travellers.

It is a motel, so the facilities and rooms are average. The view from the balcony was great, with the Alps opposite. The front desk also enthusiastically recommended nearby delicious food.

There is a difference in being polite and “polite”. Here the front desk is “polite”- that costs one star. Room and breakfast ok.

This was our third stay this year. It is a real gem and we will always come back to this great hotel whenever driving between our homes in Italy and Denmark. We can’t recommend this place highly enough, do you self a favour and experience this place for your self

We received very good service from the friendly staff and our room was excellent, spacious with a cozy feel to it. The building it self is amazing and gives a wonderful medieval feel, but with all the modern technology. The restaurant, Il Convento, was a very good experience. The service was excellent and the Italian food was amazing, we can only recommend enjoying a meal there in the superb setting...

A bit different from the usual modern box hotels. It was really was a monastery, but the reconstruction as a hotel and restaurant is a touch kitsch and Disneyesque. For example, the waiters are dressed as monks. Our room was small and cell-like, but comfortable. Location is a bit odd, surrounded by supermarkets, petrol stations and a Momax superstore.

A lovely hotel, where I've stayed several times previously. I got to bring my wife this time and she also loved it. I will be going back again.

Ok stay, worst customer service in a while Overnight stay, comfortable and a tidy room. It was very hot during the night as a stone house collects heat. Major criticism concerns the young lady at the reception while checking out, she was chatting on the phone for ages and finally whispered to me something in the middle while I handed over the keys, worst customer service in a while.

Couldn't open the window during the night as very noisy outside. Uncomfortable soft bed. Cold during the night as room didn't have a warm cover bed.

We stayed here one night in September 2025 in a Suite/ Apartment with 2 bedrooms (unfortunately with carpet), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (including Nespresso machine) and a bathroom with shower, jacuzzi, 2 sinks and a separate toilet. Just normal hotel, but everything is clean and nice 😄

Location is good but the hotel is very simple, room was smaller than it would be, without kettle etc. Standing show is small even for me (5ft10, slim-ish). Breakfast is simple. Service was okay - nothing to shout about, they did their job. Lift capacity is small if you carry luggage.

Good service, high standards, great location in city center. Overall a good choice if ypu plan to visit Rosenheim. Location is right in the city center, 3 minutes walk and you have all the terase and city center acces. I do recomand. Price not cheap but also not expenceive for what it has to offer

We stayed at the Hotel Happinger Hof for two nights. We only learnt about Rosenheim when we realised that staying in Munich just before New Year's Eve was prohibitively expensive, and so we looked for an alternative. What a great discovery! Very cool hotel, perfect global taste of breakfast for everyone.

If you are visiting, I would reccomend it for families. My family did not stay here , but we are their. The food was very good(big meals) and it was inspired by Austrian, italian and german. I especially liked the playground it offered for the smaller children. The parents could be sitting and chatting while not having to worry about their child.

This is the best place to stay and to eat even if you aren't a guest there. It is a small bit very nice hotel with everything you need. Rooms are renovated and the personal is very nice! It is a family owned hotel and they are making you feel at home. Food is another top here, is very tasty, very good quality and the price is the best ;)

It's a cozy place for people that would like to get some rest far away from the civilization, with birds singing next to their beds :) Very quiet neighbourhood. Walking down the street you can also see amazing tops of the mountains far away from here. The staff is very nice and amazingly helpful! Room is clean and mine has a terrace. You definitely need a car to get here. There is no public transportation...

Clean and quiet place. Breakfast is good but can be improved! I personally suggest to improve the way to speak with clients especially on the phone.

Like i mentioned before, whenever i need to stay at a hotel near Rosenheim Ariadne is my first choice. Very clean rooms and a very nice and competent service that close to the Autobahn make s me a happy customer/tenant.

Hmmmm. Pretty ok. No fan or AC and it’s pretty warm. Beds are semi comfy but bathroom is nice. Also near to the city center

Very friendly welcome and lovely, renovated rooms (bathrooms are gorgeous!). We were forced to find shelter here due to extreme rainfall, and had a comfortable stay. Breakfast wasn’t much - I personally found three small rolls per person too little, and no alternatives were given to the mostly meat coverings.

The central location is ideal for a visit to Rosenheim, close to both the city center and the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since it was very hot, I would have appreciated air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room. I will choose this hotel again the next time I visit Rosenheim.

Arrived in possibly the hottest week of the year to find out there was no air conditioning. The reception did give out fans for a 20 euro deposit though. I feel bad for people who didn’t get one though! Rooms were fairly sized, facilities were ok, but impossible to get in and out of the shower without water going everywhere; the door was right up by the toilet, making it hard to access. Location is great but make sure to ask if there is still construction outside, because we didn’t know and it was VERY LOUD. there is NO AC and hot in the room, sleeping with window open was an issue when construction starts early morning. the blowdryer didn’t work, staff didn’t have replacement but went out to buy some as a solution; we could get one against a 20e deposit. overall good stay but if...

Had a lovely room with a balcony it was a perfect 10 nights and the surrounding area is amazing.

Not very practical, but very friendly staff My 1 bed room was ok but very practical. The bathroom was very tiny, the sink just a “wc corner sink”, so it was hard to wash face and clean teeth… My window was direction main road, so it become very loud in the morning. The hotel would be ok for 50-60€, which was not my case, i paid almost double. I found it overpriced. However, the staff was very helpful...

Apart from main building you find this flat (underground + ground level), all in all the room is clean and acceptable for 2 nights stay but some things can be easily improved: we had no clear info on how to access the flat forced ventilation is not working in both “blind” toilets English is not spoken by the staff

Good location, friendly, breakfast is standard, room facing the street is too loud and impossible to sleep if the door to the balcony is open and if it is closed it is too warm 😕

Beautiful little hotel with a dining area and pub. Nicely remodelled, Rooms are small but comfortable, quiet and very clean. A hot continental breakfast is included. Parking beside the hotel at no charge. Staff are kind and check in was great. My wife and I would definitely stay again.The only down side is there is no elevator.

Surprisingly, amazingly awesome burgers! Juicy, tasty, high quality ingredients, generous toppings. Not just sauce, either, toppings are key taste carriers, and delicious beef. Buns are toasted (and branded!) and actually work - they stay in one piece and hold the burger together, till the end. Room good, but mark on one of the bed sheets. Reception guy was very abrupt and unwelcoming. Handy for station, but next time ill give the new premier inn down the road a try.

The hotel is nice and clean, right next to Rosenheim train station. Parking is available in the adjacent parking lot. Inform the front desk about parking and use the machine to print your parking card, which gives you a discount and allows you to enter and exit repeatedly. It costs 12 euros per night.

I stopped by here on my way to Innsbruck, and the location was fantastic. It's right next to the train station. The air conditioning worked well, and I was satisfied with the price. There are many trains to Munich, and it took about an hour to get to Innsbruck. I spent 5-6 hours exploring Munich, and even though I came back in the evening, the area near the station was safe and pleasant.

Fantastic hotel. We have stayed here twice now in the new block. The rooms are spotless, the beds are comfy with the softest sheets. The restaurant meals (dinner and breakfast) were delicious and staff very friendly. We will be staying here again on our trips through Germany

We stayed here during our trip to Croatia. We booked a 5 person room 2 adults 3 kids. The room was really big and quiet fancy. There was an high sleeper for the kids and an extra bed placed for our third child. The bed was nice there is an balcony were you can sit to smoke a sigaret or drink a whine and enjoy a book. Very nice hotel, staff and food

We loved our stay at the Gasthof Huberwirt. The rooms were clean, comfortable and cosy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was delicious. We will most certainly be back.

The space is really nice, the location is good, even though we were just passing by the area. The rooms are more than what we need, the person who attended us was really welcome, and the food in the restaurant is really nice. Nice place to stay. Have parking, and for motorcycles is good parking.

They had restaurant with very friendly staff (general friendly staff in the hotel) they even were VERY concerned when I didn't finish my meal (because I ate to much already that day, the food was definitely good).
