We had a parents night away here. Relaxing spa area with sauna/steam room. At the restaurant we had the 5-Course candlelight dinner, with wine pairings. It was absolutely delicious. Room was comfortable and spacious. We stayed in one of the newer rooms. Only down side was that it took a bit to find parking.

We just loved this hotel. If you are into wine and and looking for a quiet place to wind down, this is it. The place is idyllic. Nice pool (heated). Great selection of their own wines. Sipping a nice glass of white wine on the terrace while enjoying the view is a great way to spend your afternoon. If you take the 3/4 board you definitely win’t go hungry.

Vegetarian dinner was delicious, but unfortunately I have to say, rather modest in terms of quantity. It was like the side dish of a meat dish. At home we first had to bake a pretzel.

Nice hotel that I have used several times. When I should check check out this time it was not possible to pay with Visa or MasterCard. The Wine Room is in the back; down the driveway at sub-1. It once was like 50 self-participate wines. It took forever to try like 10 of them let alone 50. This is my third stay. This third visit didn't have the aha affect on me as did the first two visits. The coffee machine was out of order. The service in the restaurant during dinner was slow and lacking. We were in the hotel for New Year's Eve and had a 6 course menu. The coordination, quality and service were outstanding. The next day a brunch that left nothing to be desired and tasted great again, here is a master in the kitchen. A large, newly renovated room, just perfect. We weren't here for the last time.

We have been coming to this house for a few years and this time we were more than satisfied with the cleanliness, the type of room and of breakfast Especially you have to point out the very nice and good breakfast and the nice manner of the breakfast lady ... so the day starts really sunny and in a good mood!

The house and the rooms are really good. The breakfast is also extensive and good, but you have to make massive deductions, because there are "Aufbackbrötchen", with a good bakery only 50 meters away. Such sloppiness doesn't have to be, it can be done better

Almost centrally located pension in Sankt Martin. The parking lot is within walking distance and the daily price of 3 € is ok. The rooms are clean and big enough. The owners are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the former dining room is tasty and sufficient.

Room booking was problematic, the owner was not present on site, but as agreed in advance we were able to move into the room with the stored key. Booked bed and breakfast, room was an apartment, very large, clean. Only in one room was the sink sharp-edged due to many cracks. Lamps not all working and smoke alarm was on the bedside table. Breakfast plentiful and very courteous staff.

Smaller family-run hotel - beautifully situated below the Hambacher Schloss and a magnificent view of vineyards and villages as far as the eye can see. Free access to the ornamental garden, where you can enjoy the place's own wines. You eat at a fine restaurant approx. 150 meters from the hotel. Nice little hotel right under the Hambach Castle. After a short introduction, for example there is a garage for bicycles that is closed and a refrigerator in the hotel for everyone with drinks, you could enjoy the view of the Hambach Castle right away. Hiking is easy to do from here.

Wonderful little pension in the middle of the vineyards. Very hospitable people. The rooms are bright and completely renovated. One of the highlights is the wine refrigerator on the second floor. That wasn't the last time;)

I went to a two-day seminar in Neustadt Abbey. The building and the rooms are very nice. The food was very good, both breakfast, lunch and dinner. We came across this place by chance, we were looking fo something near our friend’s house. It was an amazing stay. The host is amazing. Staying at Emmas felt like we were staying with family. The breakfast breads were from a nearby bakery and are amazing. The room is big and nice with a cute little corner to sit and work if needed. Everything was super clean.

The boss is very nice and the breakfast girls are very friendly and helpful. The house is very cozy and furnished with love, many old pieces of furniture have been restored, really well done.

Hotel was nice to lay our heads in. Room was outdated but did the trick! Front desk reception was friendly as was breakfast service. The city right outside our windows had music going all night long, it was very hard to fall asleep. I think there was a night club or casino right next door. But overall, I’d sleep here again if I was passing thru!

I give Achat hotel Neustadt an der Weinstraße a 5 star review. I so much love this hotel for many reasons, the staff are the best, it is located 2 minutes away from the Neustadt train station and bus station. There are many restaurants, shops, café, street Market, church, river e.t.c close by. I really enjoyed my stay but will suggest that the hotel should put electric kettle in each room.

From the moment I arrived, the staff at the front desk Mohammed, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Quaint & cozy place with professional yet friendly customer service. The room I initially got was not heating up and when informed to the manager who is a kind gentleman switched it to a better one quickly apologizing for the inconvenience he even offered a delicious cup of courtesy coffee which was also much appreciated. This hotel is about 1.3 km away from the historical center. My room was comfortable though furniture was complete but quite obsolete and there's a bath tub in place of the shower. The breakfast buffet offered fresh food for though the choices were not as I wished. Both room and breakfast room were luminous because of the wide windows and offered a pleasant view on the green surroundings hills.

The hotel has a fair price to value ratio and for a brief stay in this lovely city it's sufficient. However, one has to accept the location is next to junction with a lot of traffic, even during the night. Having a peaceful night with fresh air is therefore almost impossible. I spent three nights at the Hotel Tenner and would definitely come back. It is a very nice family run hotel with a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast fulfilled every wish and the room was clean. The adjoining vineyards make the stay even more recommendable! All in all, I can absolutely recommend the hotel.

We were with our camper on the parking lot of the winery. Nice parking space right next to the vineyards, with fresh water and electricity directly at the parking space. Despite an event in the evening, a wine tasting with plenty of time, delicious wines and great tips was possible. The music event (Schlager) went on as announced until 10 p.m. We would love to come back anytime!

We stayed here twice on our way to Italy and back home. Both times a warm welcome! I see people's comments on traffic noise but I personally had zero issues with this. The heat may be a challenge in the summer but the rooms had fans (no airco!). Plenty of wineries to visit as well 😁

Review from one couple stayed one night back in 2010. OMG! I love this hotel and a couple, John and Karin, and their children too. Clean room and bathroom, wonderful and delicious breakfast, and most of all, kindness that made us feel just like home. Five stars are not enough to evaluate kindness and service. I want to go to Germany just to see them and enjoy the night.

It was very quiet, nice owners, big clean room, nice big bed and crisp bed linen, very nice shower (with lots of pressure and options). good fresh breakfast, nice surrounding, a small place. And good recommodation for a restaurant (with the service of making a reservation for us. Which was convenient for us after a long day of travelling).
